A wonderful place to stay, great staff, lovely breakfast and close to town centre and train station.
Excellent staff - helpful before arrival and during stay. Not stuffy service but attentive. Always happy to help
If you have limited mobility the the Rosengarten suite may not be for you - as you have to use stairs to get to your room. So just select another room.

A good stay
The property was very nice in the very city center, easily accessible if you arrive by train. The staff was friendly and suggested us good things to do around. The breakfast was the best! The hotel looks very stylish. We loved the fireplace at the lobby!
It was unusual that at such a high-end hotel you have to pay for a cup of tea additionally. It is understandable with bottled drinks but free coffee and tea at the lobby would make guests feel more welcomed. It would be nice to have robes and slippers in the room as well. Also, even though when booking it says “large double bed”, in the room there are two separate mattresses pulled together

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was really great!!!! Loved the “honor bar” in the lobby. Exceptionally clean property. Fantastic location. Multi-lingual staff had great recommendations and made reservations for us. Bicycles for borrowing. Cozy rooms and comfortable lobby. Highly recommended property!!!!

A comfortable, yet sophisticated hotel with a dedicated staff.
Everything! The staff - personable and helpful. We slept like we never had before - the room was quiet and dark. Amenities were terrific. Location was excellent. The breakfast was bar-none. We hated to leave!
