Proximity to train station. Clean, comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel is right in front of the train station, so location is perfect for those who need to catch an early train/bus (as we did on our way to ski slopes). At the reception we were given recommendations for where to have dinner and also a 10% discount for some of the restaurants.

Great location - a step across the road from the main train station, close to city centre and everything we wanted to see in a short space of time. The room was clean, but a bit pokey with the extra sofa bed being out - for 4 travellers with all our bags but we only stayed one night so it was fine for what we needed. They provided tea and coffee facilities in the room but only one bottle of water.
It’s a bit dated and there’s no lounge area to relax but nothing else was a problem.

Fantastic staff, so helpful and cheerful. Fabulous wide spread breakfast, totally and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Very clean room. Major plus point is they also keep our luggage for us after check out and absolutely free of charge. Super close proximity to the Bolzano train station and bus station. Was provided with free Bus pass too by the hotel. Will definitely recommend friends and family to stay in Hotel Regina. Thank you Hotel Regina for a fabulous stay and your superb service. Well done and keep it up!
