Wonderful hotel with great staff

The hotel is right in front of the train station, so location is perfect for those who need to catch an early train/bus (as we did on our way to ski slopes). At the reception we were given recommendations for where to have dinner and also a 10% discount for some of the restaurants.

A lovely hotel in a great location - perfect for short stays!

Great location - a step across the road from the main train station, close to city centre and everything we wanted to see in a short space of time. The room was clean, but a bit pokey with the extra sofa bed being out - for 4 travellers with all our bags but we only stayed one night so it was fine for what we needed. They provided tea and coffee facilities in the room but only one bottle of water.

It’s a bit dated and there’s no lounge area to relax but nothing else was a problem.

Major plus point is they also keep our luggage for us after check out and absolutely free of charge. Super close proximity to the Bolzano train station and bus station. Was provided with free Bus pass too by the hotel. Will definitely recommend friends and family to stay in Hotel Regina. Thank you Hotel Regina for a fabulous stay and your superb service. Convenient for overnight stay if travelling by train

Good for transit stop over night. Fairly basic room and hotel for the price but Bolzano is a bit pricey. Reception staff helpful and gave us a guest pass which meant free transport including funicular and tram up the mountain (great value). We had access to breakfast at 6am as early train. Convenient location - Hotel 2 min walk to Train, 8 min walk to Old town Piazza.

Fairly warm in room even with aircon. Very hot in Bolzano for June. But we were only there one night so not a big issue.

Fabulous spot near the train station

This was our second stay here. The staff were so so helpful and they helped us store our bikes. So close to the train station is helpful as well.

Exceptional

All of the staff we met were very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They also had one of the best breakfasts ever offered at a hotel we have visited. They also held our luggage after checkout so we could visit the town. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was cold and a little bit damp. There was an air conditioning/heater but either it didnt work or we didnt know how to use it. Probably should have asked the staff, so maybe our mistake. We expected a little better breakfast comparing the prize of the hotel. But maybe the prize is because of the location.

Excellent stay for many reasons!

The location was excellent. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very helpful as we needed some help with tickets and printing. They were also pleasant and helpful with local information. The breakfast was the finest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. All in all we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

The room and bathroom were neat and clean. The bathroom had good counter space for 2 people close to the sink.The staff were great. Nice and helpful.

Buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection but the eggs and bacon were not very warm. The beds were a little hard for me.
