Great and luxurious place with amazing staff

Breakfast was good and rich, the staff were very nice and helpful, the location was convenient for walking around the city and to explore outer areas. We loved that the minibar is included in the room fee and everything gets refilled twice a day. The dinner at the restaurant was good but a bit expensive.

The spa could be better. Also, when we got to the hotel we found out that guests that booked through booking.com have to pay for the parking (€20 a day) while other guests don’t.

Relaxing weekend in Bolzano

Great service and friendly, well-prepared staff. Beautiful property, excellent spa, and a spacious, cozy room.

Overall, a great stay. Just a couple of notes. The avocado toast at breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially given the extra charge. Our room was near the stairs by the entrance, where there’s a speaker playing music in the hallway all night. The room door is fairly soundproof, but we could still hear it and woke up at one point wondering where the music was coming from. The parking fee was a bit of a surprise, but understandable given how close the hotel is to the center.

Wonderful elegant Hotel in a perfect private city setting

Everything. A beautiful example of blending a historic building and an elevated modern warm super nice interior. Kudos to the architect and interior designer. Lovely rooms, super comfortable. Breakfasts just fantastic especially as they are al fresco. Very accommodating and professional staff. A very small gym, but it works. Great location in Bolzano, which is such a fun small city.

Treat yourself to excellence

ALL of the staff is amazing! A special thank you to David and Andreas. The rooms are more than comfortable and very clean. The chef prepared food that is A+ outstanding! The spa (included in our room price) has 2 saunas, a whirlpool, a steamroom, an ice rub, a multizone shower, 2 private showers, and 2 plush relaxation rooms with teas. We ended up staying 3 nights.

Perfect honeymoon stay

Everything was perfect. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. I truly can’t say enough about the exceptional service — every team member made us feel genuinely special and cared for. The spa was incredible, the pool was dreamy, and the location was ideal — close enough to walk to town attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious, too. We’ll remember this stay forever!

Beautiful castle in Bolzano

Tommaso greeted us with great hospitality, helped us with all of our plans, and gave us a really lovely room. The castle is beautiful, well located and our room was quite special. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to stay in Bolzano.

The staff for breakfast, evening drinks, and dining in the restaurant seemed inefficient and inattentive. We are sorry to say this as this is such a lovely property. Perhaps staff was overwhelmed and simply not able to give adequate service. We would not be able to recommend the restaurant.

A jewel in the historic center. Great room, garden pool, spa, restaurant, service.

The hotel is a real gem in a great location. Their level of attention and service is rarely found, we loved everything about it. We had a great room upgrade, they took care of us, our dog and our family that joined us for dinner. We will never look anywhere else next time we are in Bolzano, we have found our perfect place. Thank you.
