Fantastic place to stay!

Excellent location and amenities.

We loved the property and would definitely recommend and stay again! The walls between the rooms are quite thin and the building has a heavy door which you can hear throughout the night (depending on if people use it) so for light sleepers bring some ear plugs. We only had issues with noise on a Friday and Saturday night, this again depends on if the other people staying are out late at night/early hours or not. I am also a light sleeper so it could just be me being noise sensitive at night but I loved the place and would stay again.

the room was so spacious. location wise, was easy accessible by walking to the city center. unlimited coffee, tea and biscuits with jam are available.

would have been nice to have more spoon, fork and plates that may be used by guests if they want to dine in instead.

Passable for a one-night stopover

Great location near the center of Bolzano and also the train. Check-in was easy. Room was spacious. Fully-blackout shutters. Bathroom was well maintained and clean.

The room has a permanently locked door that leads to another room, and it allows noise from the other room to come through very easily, which caused a disturbance from other guests. There weren’t many electrical plugs to charge the computer/phone—the one spare one on the wall has something broken off inside of it so it could not be used. The bed was large but quite uncomfortable—not a proper mattress.

The room was spacious and very clean; there was water, tea, coffee, and the bathroom was clean. When problems occurred (no water in the bathroom), the host quickly replied and fixed the issue.

Comfortable and clean

Modern and clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Easy self check-in process and automatic payment. Excellent location for walking to the historic area. Very close to bus, train and cable cars. Espresso machine in the room. I had a double bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a refrigerator in the shared area for storing any cold foods. I did not hear any noise from other rooms.

A few thoughtful touches were missing such as a place to store toiletries in the shower, hooks to hang up coats. The fan in the bathroom did not extract steam well so everything in the bathroom stayed very damp.

Quite a disappointing stay.

the property was clean. the shared bathroom were modern. there was coffee machine, kettles, fridge and microwave.

the other guests were very loud during the night as the walls were thin you could always hear something. the pillows were very old and uncomfortable and the blanket was very thin and not suitable for winter, we were left freezing. the water pressure in the bathroom was also terrible.

There are several repair issues in the bathroom: the shower is leaking water, the tap of the bassin is lose.

Simple but great place to stay, great location, very clean, easy walking access to Nolzano!

cleanliness, location, easy availability of owner, though we never had need to see him personally, via email & Whatsapp, handy refrigerator in hallway, many supplies both in the room as well as in the hallway, & you cannot beat the value for what you are provided with…

We are not luxury oriented so this is not your place if you are…it was more than ample for our needs & we would seriously consider coming back here if we visit Bolzano again & the same owner is in charge.

Not much

Bolzano itself is ORDINARY. Too busy, no character, parking a nightmare. Don't base yourself here for the Dolomites - find a small village nearby. Room was musty and when we opened the windows, there was the smell of cat urine and faeces. Internet pictures are too flattering. No A/c or fans so it wd be uncomfortable in summer. There is some furniture in the room but i don't know why - doors are locked or it's so crappy that you wouldn't put anything in there anyway.

The comfort of the mattress and the location were the highlights of this accommodation.

The room was quite cold and the shared bathroom had a strong smell of sewage at all times. Another issue I would like to point out is that the place is B&B but the so called "breakfast" was hardly sufficient to call it that. The description of the accommodation can therefore be misleading.
