Lovely hotel

Beautiful rooms. Perfectly located. Staff were very friendly

My CC got scammed on booking.com through conversations with the venue. This wasn't their fault but the way they addressed my issues wasn't adequate. I never heard back about whether they'd addressed the issue. I believe this is probably more a booking.com issue which they need to get on top of but won't.

Magical Bolzano

Booked it for a last minute side trip to go to the Christmas market. Less than 5 min walk to train station. A lovely cafe, restaurant and all overlooking the magical Piazza Walther. Staff was super accomodating and friendly, prepared a breakfast box since our train left so very early. I can't wait ti visit again.

Charming hotel in a fantastic location.

The hotel itself, the location and the staff were fantastic. Breakfast was also very good. Spa provides a great option to relax.

The bar was under renovation during one of the nights. The sauna in the spa did not work both days I was staying at the hotel. The parking is paid 22€ per night which you learn after you make a booking.

A very nice hotel close to all amenities

The Stadt Hotel Citta is in a very good location at the side of the plaza. A beautiful building, it is close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance to the train station. On our arrival, we had a very pleasant interaction with the receptionist Alexia. She was very cheerful and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Breakfast was good and plentiful, with enough variety. The bedrooms were well-furnished though without a closet.

They have really good tables from StableTable on their terrace. Never wobbles automatically adjust to the uneven floor. Staff is very keen to help!

Great spot- beautiful building, but beds to hard to return.

Location is great!

Have to close windows due to city location. This is fine except there was no way to cool the stuffy room! AC must have been turned off I guess. Too hot and Very unpleasant! Please beds too firm. Sore shoulders and hips for us older folk (58)

Fabulous experience. 5 Star service.

What can we say, other than what a wonderful experience, from our partial until we left the staff were absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Shout out the Shaby who was wonderful and very attentive, nothing was too much trouble for him and he made our stay at this beautiful hotel most enjoyable. Thank you.

Great breakfast buffet but service could be much better. We had cold coffee served as well as a cold omelet one morning. Simply as they kept it waiting too long once prepared before serving us.

Amazing hotel

Amazing location and close to everything , minutes walk to everything. Groceries, cafes , restaurants etc. staff are amazing and there is an underground parking lot linked to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is really good. The toilets in the rooms are spacious and new. Highly recommended

Tasteful and elegant art-nouveau hotel in the very center of town

Amazing location in the centre of Bozen. Tasteful interiors and comfortable rooms. Quiet if you keep the windows closed. Effective air conditioning is enjoyable on hot summer days. The breakfast is just great and offers a variety of choice. Parking garage is close by and acceptably priced (22 EUR per day). For dinner I recommend ‘Wirtshaus Vögele’ at 5 min walk which offers typical tyrolean dishes. Reservation required if you want to sit outside on a summer eve.
