Location & Check in. Receptionist was great with plenty of advices on where to go etc. I love the strudel at the entrance for guests.
The room was boiling and the bathroom heating could not be switched off

My CC got scammed on booking.com through conversations with the venue. This wasn't their fault but the way they addressed my issues wasn't adequate. I never heard back about whether they'd addressed the issue. I believe this is probably more a booking.com issue which they need to get on top of but won't.
