Beautiful small apartment with all the amenities to relax and enjoy our stay in Bolzano. Short walk to train/bus station, and adorable historic main plaza and shopping.

Stairs to loft were cool looking offset, but had to be very careful on them.

Fantastic location, very well looked after apartment.

Steps to bedroom, but that's a personal preference. I'm too clumsy!

An ultramodern apartment looking absolutely splendid inside, it is right at the edge of the center, indeed at the piazza the Fascists wanted to make the center of town because the actual center looked too Germanic. Good location. There’s half a stairway from the door to your apartment, and inside the apartment, you have a lovely, but worrisome stepwise ladder with rock-solid railing to get up to the bedroom. I’m eighty, and I did not fall, but I thought about it. The double bed is two single beds put together which means that the place where the two mattresses meet is where you escape sagging. There is a foldout sofa bed downstairs, which I didn’t try. There’s a full kitchen, which I didn’t use. The only bathroom is downstairs. The piazza outside is not noisy, but you do hear conversation or children in the neighboring “suite.” It is not a hotel, and there is no reception desk, but help is always near and, I found, always helpful. I recommend it for all, up to the age of eighty five.

Apartment has a good location and keyless access was easy.

When we arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel in extreme heat we found the apartment at an indoor temperature of 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit). It took several hours to get it down to a comfortable temperature. Knowing that your guests arrive in a heatwave we would suggest to keep the apartment a a decent temperature for arrival.
