Modern spacious appartement in the city center.

Easy self check-in and keyless access to the appartement. Lots of space and good heating in the bathroom. Location in the city center with the train station in walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffe machine, and some coffee pods are provided.

The view from the windows is not the best, but this is the only negative

Location was very good. Spacious apartment near restaurants and town attractions.

Bedroom on the mezzanine floor and toilet on ground floor were a bit tricky to access, especially in the dark at night.

Central location in Bolzano

Great central location in Bolzano. Easy walk to everywhere. The room has a washing machine which is great! A little kitchen so you can cook for yourself (although there is no oil). Bed was ok as well.

The apartment is very hot. I was there in October, and it was cooler evenings and nights and the temperature in the property just doesn’t drop - insulation is obviously excellent!! But it made for uncomfortable nights. Also, the door always took a couple of tries before it opened. It works, just don’t be surprised if it takes a couple of goes. Would stay again here though, due to location and overall facilities here.

The room (and hallway) was way too warm (airco could not cool it). The only window in the room is looking at an inner yard, there is little privacy. Low ceiling in bedroom - watch your head.

The view is of a wall. Climbing up to the bed , the stairs turned into a type of step ladder . This was fine for us, but anyone with mobility issues could not climb like this

We stayed in apt 2 - the bedroom stairs to the mezzanine level was treacherous. The air conditioning was dripping constantly. I informed the owner but nothing was done. It was very basic for the money.

Relaxing, quiet and convenient with a sanctuary type vibe

The location is fantastic. The instructions were spot on for access and provided in a timely manner. The sanctuary feel once you’re in the room is fantastic - you can shut out the noise and simply relax.

There could be a toaster available as well as a fry pan for cooking. But that’s being very picky because the rest of the experience was great. Just a slight word of warning if you do have any mobility issues the loft bedroom will prove impossible - but there is always the sofa bed option available.

An excellent base for exploring Bolzano

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to get to by bus from Bolzano station, and the provision of the Tourist Card meant all transport (including the cable car!) was free. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay, including a washing machine - plus laundry detergent and a clothes rack! This is so rare. The bed was really comfortable but the sloped roof of the bedroom was tricky for my tall husband. Valeria was excellent to deal with and was extremely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Basic needs were not met. No towels in the kitchen. No soap for the kitchen or laundry washing machine. Very few kit he utensils so it was hard to use the kitchen and dining table.

Great place in Bolzano

Very great location in the centre of Bolzano, we had marvellous breakfast at the terasse of the Pepper and Lounge bar, After pre arrangement, safe parking was possible near the apartman in the yard of an adjacent school/theater - at a reasonable cost. Our host, was very helpful. Thank you, Nik, for the great hospitality.

Our host, Nick went the extra mile. He made us the most incredible breakfast on Christmas morning and gave us City passes. He also offers transfer to Livigno and ski slopes.

Nothing wrong with the suite but Bolzano is more expensive than other cities in Italy and they advertise that the Christmas markets are open daily but they close early afternoon on Christmas Eve and are closed on Christmas Day so we missed it.
