Easy self check-in and keyless access to the appartement. Lots of space and good heating in the bathroom. Location in the city center with the train station in walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffe machine, and some coffee pods are provided.
The view from the windows is not the best, but this is the only negative

Location was very good. Spacious apartment near restaurants and town attractions.
Bedroom on the mezzanine floor and toilet on ground floor were a bit tricky to access, especially in the dark at night.

Great central location in Bolzano. Easy walk to everywhere.
The room has a washing machine which is great! A little kitchen so you can cook for yourself (although there is no oil). Bed was ok as well.
The apartment is very hot. I was there in October, and it was cooler evenings and nights and the temperature in the property just doesn’t drop - insulation is obviously excellent!! But it made for uncomfortable nights.
Also, the door always took a couple of tries before it opened. It works, just don’t be surprised if it takes a couple of goes.
Would stay again here though, due to location and overall facilities here.

Good location in centre of town. Had a washing machine which was handy!
We stayed in apt 2 - the bedroom stairs to the mezzanine level was treacherous. The air conditioning was dripping constantly. I informed the owner but nothing was done. It was very basic for the money.
