Lovely hotel in nice location

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection with some amazing pastries. The room was a good size and being a family room allowed the kids to have their own room. We also had a tourist card for public transport which was great. The hotel is about a 10min walk from the station and city centre. Overall very happy with our stay.

Lovely few days in a gem of Bolzano

Oasis in Bolzano, lovely modern hotel in a vintage building, gorgeous pool and grounds, even a cat to say Hi to! Breakfast was excellent, restaurant food top quality. Bed incredibly comfortable.

Great location for a Hotel, with a nice swimming pool for the kids and decent rooms.

Excellently located hotel, with private parking. Rooms are as you'd expect - not super spacious, but big enough for sleeping. We had a room with an extra adjacent room where 3 beds for the kids were placed, which worked fine.

Are you sure it’s a four-star hotel? 👀

Nice breakfast buffet offered from 7 am to 10 am. Location is not bad, walkable distance (~10 min) to the train station or city center. The hotel participates in the Bolzano Card program which is very convenient for tourists who stay in the Süd Tyrol region. The garden and pool area was very pretty.

No coffee machine in the room. The cleaning crew threw away some of our stuff… And rearranged everything. We had to put up Do Not Disturb for the last few days of our stay. (Context: We’re from northern Europe so would really appreciate more boundaries and respect for our property.) SUUUUUPER SLOOOOOWWWWWW ELEVATORS!!! Shower doors were worn out; it leaked every time.

It was a good stay

Its location is very well and it is a nice hotel. The lady who made the check in and check out was very friendly and helpful and we had a comfortable room.

In the evening we realised that the heating AC is not working properly and the room is cold. We tried to call but the phone of the room was not working so we went to the reception and she said she can send someone tomorrow and there is nothing else she can do (she didn’t even offer an extra blanket or a coffee as an apologise) but we were staying only for one night so it was useless. Also there is no kettle and coffee/tea in the room to make a hot beverage in the room.

Great combination of aesthetics and comfort

The breakfast is fabulous and we enjoyed using the sauna. The pool area is also very lovely and peaceful. The staff is very kind.

You have to ask the front desk for a kettle if you need one. They are not automatically provided in the rooms.

A perfect escape

The hotel is a short walk from the train and only 3 minutes from the Cable car. Bolzano is a lovely town and the hikes from the top Soprabolzano were exceptional with the amazing autumn colours. This was the best hotel and breakfast we found in Italy.

Nice city in Sud Tirol with nice places around.

A special mention for the Srta. Amina at the front desk: she was a sweet girl with a very friendly approach and a sweet smile. She was kind enough to give us all the information we needed for visiting Bolzano. Thank you, Amina. Excellent breakfast. Good parking and Bolzano free card, very useful for visiting other places around Bolzano.

Exceptional

I choose this hotel because the good reviews and location but for some reason we could not make it and I forgot to cancel on time. Only one day after the Cancellation day. the hotel managment did everything they could in order to help us and find replacement for the 2 nights and 2 rooms we've ordered and updated me all the time. The dud find replacement. We really appreciate their good will and honesty to take care of our situation even though they didn't have to. Good to know there are such a good people as those. Really appreciate and we will make it next time!

Good hotel with easy to use 3 phase EV charger and staff who knew how it worked.

The hotel, room and breakfast were all fine. The thing that moved it from good to excellent was having a decent EV charge point that we, and our friends, could use.

Excellent location, close to the train station. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful room, with a terrace, out the front of the hotel.

The bar staff at night could have been a bit more friendly. They took away cushion from the chairs very quickly, so you had to sit on a hard seat 🙁

The room and balcony were so nice. Great pool and grounds. Convenient location. Close enough to everything without being right in it. Friendly staff. Beautiful landmark.
