I liked everything about this hotel! Clean, spacious, and modern inside. With generously proportioned public rooms, a terrific mural in the dining room, a very well equipped gym (which I used twice), and a comfortable bedroom. The reception staff were exceptional during my stay. And Noa really went the extra mile in helping me to have my glasses, which I had left behind at the hotel, shipped back to the UK. I will make this my go-to place to stay in Bolzano.

Location is very good, close to the downtown. Reception was super kind. A big bonus considering difficult parking in Bolzano, is a garage at the other side of the streer

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection with some amazing pastries. The room was a good size and being a family room allowed the kids to have their own room. We also had a tourist card for public transport which was great. The hotel is about a 10min walk from the station and city centre. Overall very happy with our stay.

Its location is very well and it is a nice hotel. The lady who made the check in and check out was very friendly and helpful and we had a comfortable room.
In the evening we realised that the heating AC is not working properly and the room is cold. We tried to call but the phone of the room was not working so we went to the reception and she said she can send someone tomorrow and there is nothing else she can do (she didn’t even offer an extra blanket or a coffee as an apologise) but we were staying only for one night so it was useless. Also there is no kettle and coffee/tea in the room to make a hot beverage in the room.
