Nice hotel, a bit away fron the city center, but located just in front of the bus stop. Beuatiful views to the mountains and vineyards from the room. Efficient staff. Very good breakfast. Small room. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay overall—the hotel was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable in so many ways. The only issue we experienced was when I got locked out and needed a key. At that time, there was no one at the front desk. I noticed the on-duty staff member sitting in the restaurant just next to the lobby, but instead of helping right away, she asked me to wait. My family and I had to sit in the lobby for about 10 minutes until she finished her food or drink. She eventually came over, but only after we gave her a frustrated look. It felt unusual for the front desk to be completely unattended, but aside from that incident, everything else about our stay was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The people in this hotel are super friendly specially the waitress. We got an upgrade to a room with stairs (beautiful room), but because of my knee we couldn’t take ut. They immediately found another room and where patients until we switched the rooms. The hotel is very close to the funicular station and to the center so you don’t need the car to move around. Also we got from the hotel a transportation card making cheap and easy to go around Bolzano. Very good hotel

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is a little far from the city center, however we did walk it on two occasions. The hotel did provide a free transportation pass which would cover the bus and the stop is just opposite the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options.

This is a great hotel with fine food. The room was a bit small but very well designed. The staff was very friendly. We stopped here on our way from munich airport on our trip to Tuscany. It worked out very well indeed.

It took me about 20 awkward minutes to finally get the lady at the front desk to notice me and check me in, but other than that I had a great stay. The room was a bit warm and it was hard to get to the hotel by walking since it's uphill from the city. Beautiful room with a nice view and a beautiful hotel. Breakfast buffet was tasty.

We had a wonderful three night stay here. The staff was very friendly and you couldn't ask for a better view and property. I am eagerly awaiting my return to Bolzano so I can stay here again. The hotel is about a mile from the train station but it is a beautiful walk and well worth it.

This was a delightful hotel. Extremely clean and charming with wood beam ceilings and a balcony off our room with a view of the mountains and city below. The hotel restaurant offered the best dinner that we had during our entire two weeks through Italy, Austria and Germany. The hotel and restaurant personnel/service was fantastic. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel.

We were on a touring holiday of Austria and Italy and this was one of our favourite hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel on one evening and it was warm enough to eat on the terrace. The food was delicious and the setting was beautiful. Although not in the centre of Bolzano, it is only a 15 minute walk into town and taxis are not prohibitively expensive (we took one back to the hotel at around 11pm and it cost 8 euros). There are also regular buses during the day costing a standard 1.5 euros per trip.
