Fantastic stay. Bolzano was absolutely beautiful to add!

It was a great location, minutes away from shopping and the city center . It was also alll digitalized. The lights, curtains, keyless entry made it feel very modern. It also came with free transportation passes so we utilized the cable car ride and just wow!

Highly recommended - a great value stay

Comfortable and cosy, the host Andrea was really helpful. The common pantry area had free snacks/drinks and coffee machine. Plus we were given guest Sudtirol passes - those were an added bonus. The facilities of the room is superb.

A perfect choice for a comfortable and thoughtful stay. This is a place you truly want to return to.

This was a fantastic choice. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a truly comfortable stay. Every detail is carefully considered — from convenient appliances to even an orthopedic pillow. I would call it a smart home, but with a user-friendly and intuitive setup. We were warmly welcomed by the wonderful host, Andrea, who explained everything clearly. Before check-in, we were also able to leave our luggage, which was very convenient. Guests have access to a shared kitchen stocked with a wide variety of hot and cold drinks — there were probably around 10 types of tea alone! There were also many snacks available. Everything was impeccably clean, neatly arranged, and clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. Helpful native-language instructions were available for all the appliances, making everything easy to use. The property is located in a lovely neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful park. Despite the central location, the apartment itself was quiet and perfect for a restful stay.

While it was very comfortable, breakfast was limited to packaged offerings. Coffee was good and juices were available, however at this price point, fresh morning breads and croissants could have been offered.

A água quente do chuveiro não suporta mais do que dois banhos curtos de 3minutos sendo que reservei acomodação para 3x pessoas, ou seja, a segunda pessoas já não teve água quente suficiente terminar o banho e o terceiro coitado só teve água gelada. Espaço para o cafe da manhã muito apertado, cabe 2x pessoas sendo que somente uma pessoa tem assento, não tem um micro ondas para esquentar nada.

Ottima la modalità di accesso tramite codice personale. Area comune estremamente funzionale, sempre fornita di snack e bibite. Pulizia, organizzazione e gestione impeccabili nonché grandi disponibilità e gentilezza da parte di Andrea e tutto il suo team! Consigliatissimo! Grazie mille per la cura e la dedizione nei confronti dei vostri ospiti, speriamo di tornare presto!

Camera ampia, bella, pulita nel centro di bolzano.

Camera accogliente con un livello tecnologico altissimo. Camera spaziosa, con ampio bagno. Fuori dalla camera, comunque nell’ambito della struttura, c’è un fornito punto colazioni con merendine, the caffè, acqua, succhi. La camera, molto pulita, e’ al primo piano di un palazzo silenzioso nel pieno centro di Bolzano. Possibilità di usufruire di ampio e comodo garage a pagamento. Ne vale la pena perché parcheggiare a Bolzano è complicato. Accoglienza di persona, cosa che ho apprezzato. Lo consiglio caldamente sia per la posizione che per la bellezza della camera.

Moderne en comfortabele studio

Heel comfortabele studio dicht bij het centrum van de oude stad. Heel modern uitgerust en kraaknet. Makkelijk toegankelijk via deurcode. De host is heel bereikbaar en helpt met alles wat je vraagt. Je krijgt ook digitaal een Mobil Cardpas waarmee je gratis het openbaar vervoer en de kabellift kunt gebruiken. Er wordt na twee nachten gepoetst en ververst en er is gratis toegang tot snacks, een koffiemachine met veel keuze en een koelkast met frisdrank en water.

Eigenlijk niets behalve misschien een aantal loszittende tegels, die een wat hinderlijk geluid geven, maar dit is maar een detail.

Splendida permanenza nel cuore di Bolzano

È stata una delle permanenze migliori mai avute. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e curata nel minimo dettaglio. L’host è stato super gentile e disponibile. La stanza si trovava in prossimità del centro di Bolzano, quindi tutto era facilmente accessibile. Parte migliore? La possibilità di avere snack e caffè, nonostante la colazione non fosse inclusa. La presenza di questo mini-bar/ cucina ad accesso libero per gli ospiti è stata la “coccola” migliore del viaggio. Ci torneremo!

Boa Localização próximo ao Centro de Bolzano

O quarto é muito bem localizado, a uma curta distância do centro de Bolzano, sendo possível fazer tudo a pé. O quarto é bem tecnológico com funcionamento de luzes e demais comodidades a um toque de mão. Achei incrível! O anfitrião foi muito simpático. O frigobar estava abastecido com água, suco e mais umas coisas gratuitamente. Limpeza ótima. Roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade. Smart TV. Possui estacionamento que é pago a parte.

Ficamos apenas uma noite, e chegamos já no final do dia, por volta de 19 horas e como o checkout era às 10 horas, pedimos para deixar o carro no estacionamento até umas 14 hs e nos foi informado que para isso teríamos que pagar a mais pela diária. Achei absurdo pois não teria completado nem uma diária do estacionamento. Apesar do anfitrião ter sido simpático na chegada achei a atitude pouco cortês. O quarto tinha uma porta grande que dava para um terraço, mas mesmo assim achei um claustrofóbico.
