Location good, 5 mins from railway station. Reception very good. Room comfortable but someone noise from heard through walls. Room Bolzano nice location. Recommend trip up cable car.

I always stay here when in Bozen.

I liked the spacious reception area where one could stay for a few hours even after checking out. The location is nice and quiet but also has access to restaurants and stores.

I'm just confused how people can regulate the temperature in their room.. sometimes I don't feel any significant changes.. but that's not a problem for me..

It’s a christian collage. Clean with good location and good brrakfast. But the beds not for couples.

There was no parking place, so we had to find one on the street. It took almost one hour till we could find one. The beds were behind each other, so it was not according our taste.

A good hotel for a short stay.

The hotel is well located, and a big plus is the underground parking available directly on-site. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The only inconvenience was that we couldn’t open the windows at night due to a lot of noise coming from the street. Breakfast was modest, with limited options. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay.

Nice hotel in the city center

Great location, at the very center of the city, friendly helpful staff. Clean room, a comfortable bed, rather good breakfast. Less exensive than many other hotels in Bolzano, but still is very expensive compared to other places in Europe.

No kettle in the room. You can get hot water in the beverages machine in the lobby, so it can solve the problem, but only partially, as it is in a small plastic cup.

If staying in cool weather it could be a good choice if you get a good rate.

Several of the staff were outstanding in answering questions. The fresh bakery items at breakfast were wonderful. There was a wide variety of drinks available for breakfast. The property has a large open patio to relax in. Except for the AC issue the room was comfortable.

One afternoon it was unseasonable warm & I asked if the AC would work. The man at the front desk told me to make sure the switch was on the middle setting. It wasn’t so I switched it, but it still never come on. Fortunately I had a small fan with me. For 95 Euros a night I thought the AC would work.

Great value and location, a perfect choice!

The location is excellent, just a five minute walk to the train station. We came for the Christmas Market and it was just a few minutes walk! The staff was very friendly and helpful! We love to stay at places with cool history, so we thought it was funny to stay at a former seminary. Beds were comfy although dormitory style, but we knew that when we booked! We would stay here again for sure.

Great location, great staff, very clean and sleek. Good views from upper floors, and all around very nice.

Breakfast was a little lacking, but I went later so that could have been a cause for it. walls between rooms were a little thin. you can hear other alarms in rooms and occasionally words.

The location of the Hotel is perfect (old town). The large room is super clean, and the bathroom as well. The staff is super friendly (from receptionist to the cleaning & kitchen staff)

For people who like a no frills, frugal lifestyle !

High praise for the receptionist lady at arrival Sunday PM: very pleasant and helpful, provided a snack from the closed Hotel kitchen, as an emergency kind of service as all restaurants in Bozen seemed closed on a Sunday nite, even in the center of town! Room is OK, heated floor tiles!

Two other (male) receptionists (later and on a different day) appeared to be annoyed by my queries for information/help! Questions such as "Where do I find a pharmacy, a need a medicine?" were answered with "no idea, check the internet and google maps". Reception did not bother to call me back, which I had politely asked for. I actually ended up calling the 20 Bozen pharmacies listed on the internet: not one (zero!) answered on a Sunday nite. Itis not possible in Bozen to order a taxi ahead of time, in my case on Tuesday nite for Wednesday morning 7 AM

Great location in the center of oldtown. Receptionist was nice. Good breakfast although missing a few key ingredients such as hot eggs and perhaps a vegetable or two

Upon entering the lobby I thought I was in a community center or senior home. It eventually became clear that in a prior life it was a religious dormitory. Small rooms with narrow beds and excessive book shelf storage. Two distinct non connecting wings so the opposite genders wouldn’t mingle. WiFi cut out at times. Weak signal. Considering the high price, not a good value at all

The beds were not comfortable and the bathroom was not clean (lots of hairs from previous guest on the floor and towels) and smelled weird.
