Cosy stay in Bozen

The room and the bathroom were very clean, new, and had a nice design. It felt very cosy. Each day there was water and other drinks that were included in the booking price. They had a huge selection of tea as well, which was perfect in the cold evenings. Cannot wait to come back.

Clean, central location

The location of the room is good, very central and within walking distance. The cleanliness was very good. Towels and bed sheets were new and in good condition.

The only negative thing I can mention is that there is no wardrobe in the room to put clothes and belongings, only a small hanger where you can hang a few items.

Really good apartment, location, and amenities. Would stay again!

We traveled in the winter, and when we arrived, our room was nice and warm, which was excellent! The shower was really good and there was plenty of hot water for three people. There were really nice towels and the bed was comfortable. They also provided water and juice in the fridge every day. And we were in a very quiet part of town while still being close and walking distance to all of the fun things you can do. One note, it took us a minute to find the thermostat. You have to pull the TV out from the wall and then you will see the little control panel on the bottom right hand side behind the TV.

Honestly, we have nothing to complain about.

Would not stay again

Room is clean. Location is very good. Property has inhouse parking.

I stayed here during the early shoulder season. The listing mentioned that the room had air conditioning, but when I arrived, the AC remote was removed, so there was no way to turn it on. The room also had no windows, which made it feel quite warm and stuffy. When I contacted the host, he said that the AC was not needed during this season. In my opinion, if the host chooses not to provide AC, it should not be listed as an available facility. His suggested solution was to leave the door open while sleeping, which I found unreasonable—especially since the property gate lock didn’t function properly and anyone could open it. The host also blamed me for checking in late, even though he had already accepted the booking with the check-in time I mentioned. When I asked if someone could bring the remote, he responded that he couldn’t travel 400 km to deliver it. My husband tried to talk to him patiently to see if the shutter can be closed but the door can be kept open and instead he complained that we might be disturbing others with these questions. Nevertheless the shutter option that he provided was also not full proof. The room itself was tolerable at night even though the room could not be cooled but the thermostat worked, but the overall experience and the host’s attitude during our conversation were disappointing.

A simple and beautiful space, very modern and elegant. There was everything that we needed, and it was in a great location. The air conditioning was a life saver on a very hot day.

Central location. Comfortable.

Great position just outside the ZTL so a short walk to the museums and the historic centre. Clear communication at the gate and in the room. The use of codes for the gate and doors made coming and going very easy, with no keys or keycards to lose or forget. Comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a big shower and fluffy towels. Big TV. Tea, coffee, water and beer provided - much appreciated. It was well worth booking a very convenient parking space in the courtyard.

Extreme Comfort

It was clean, well-designed & in good condition. There is beer, apple juice, water, tea and a coffee machine. All the essentials like shampoo, hairdryer are provided. Shower pressure is excellent. Check-in is easy with codes given near the time of check-in. It’s near to mummy museum and supermarket.

It is a little over 10 minutes from the station. The automated message requesting for passport ID is a little rude.

We loved the central town location. Shower was good and hot, beds and pillows were comfortable....we slept well. The room was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities.

Altogether, not a pleasant experience

We liked the location, close to the center of town. We were also happy to have bottled water and coffee in the room.

However, we were not satisfied for a couple of reasons:: The correspondence was not friendly, and listed a long list of "you should not" There was a problem in opening both the outer gate and the room's door. We had to call the proprietor for help. The room is small and faces a balcony. One cannot lock it if one wishes to leave the door open for air. The bathroom has no window.

The location is quite good, only a few hundred meters away from the train station and the bus station. The landlord was kind enough to allow early check-in for one hour; the room is very clean, with free capsule coffee, beer and mineral water, especially the Wi-Fi is great; in addition, I am sorry for my friend's impoliteness, thank you for your understanding; I think it is the most basic to keep a clean check-out;

Lovely room with a lovely host.

We liked everything. It was a great room, enough space for two. Manuel was a great host. He did his best and even arranged a parking space for us. The location is very close to the lovely city center. But you can also visit a lot of other wonderful places in the vicinity. We will certainly return to Villa Jasmine the next tine we’re in the north of Italy.

A lovely comfortable stay in a beautiful city

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Jasmine. The room was very comfortable and a 10-or-so minute walk from the train station. We rang the property shortly before we arrived and we were met very quickly and given access as well as some information on what to do in the area. There was also complimentary water and beer in the small fridge and we had access to wifi. It was a short walk from the property and the beautiful old city of Bolzano. It was a lovely comfortable stay in a lovely quiet area of Bolzano and we would be happy to stay there again.

Just a suggestion, a box of tissues in the bathroom would be an additional nice touch.

check in time too late (15.00) check out time too early (10.00) we were almost kicked out.. I had a problematic night and could not arrange to leave at 10. we told the cleaning lady that we’d leave around 10.30 but she waited infront of the room making us nervous

Comfortable, quiet and located within walking distance of several sights.

The room was very comfortable. The apartment was set back from the main street which made for a quiet setting. Nice to have the on-site parking for our rental car. It was within easy walking distance of interesting sights and restaurants. The host was very welcoming and greeted us promptly upon our arrival. We were allowed to leave our car parked there after the check-out hour which was very helpful as we viewed some local sights on foot before heading to our next destination.

Stylishly furnished and pleasantly quiet room . only minutes from the historical city center. Secure parking and friendly. helpful staff.

Somewhat expensive for what is only a room Complaint not about Villa Jasmine but the wrong information provided by Booking.com.My confirmation stated I was able to change/cancel the room without cost till October 1 at 23.59. When I tried to do so online on October 1, it was impossible. The staff at Villa Jasmine could also not change my booking (to arrive one day later) . This wrong information is very unprofessional and has decreased my trust in the booking.com reservation service
