Perfect

Modern, spotless, a big room with a kitchenette and a balcony. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Close to the station and old town (10-15 minutes walk). Highly recommended.

It was absolutely surprisingly new, clean, I especially liked little kitchenette, there were even slippers and little vanity kit, as if it would be in 4* hotel. 10-15min away from train station and centre and for this price? Wow.

Bed, hélas, wasn’t so comfy, but however excitement of marvelous panorama of mountains and roaring river just in front of the hotel have took my breath away, so I couldn’t sleep anyways :)))

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay in Bolzano

The room was clean and quiet. We loved the balcony and 2 chairs with a view of the cable car. The staff was very friendly and could communicate in multiple languages. Check in was easy. There was a game room and laundry room downstairs. We got pastries from the cafe downstairs and they were also good, with friendly staff.

The location was a bit far from everything. The price was a bit high for just being a room with no couch or other amenities.

We stayed at Ferrari tower for the month of July. It was very affordable but I don’t think I’ll be back.

The amenities were all super convenient. The coworking space was really nice: there were a few giant monitors I was able to use, which made work easier. The gym was also good. Overall the building is clean, and, since it’s newly built, everything works well. The staff are all quite helpful.

The building advertises AC, but it’s a passive cooling system that’s built into the ceiling/walls. Our room never got colder than about 75 degrees at night which made sleeping pretty difficult for us (no fans either). No screens on the window meant we were constantly weighing the discomfort of a really hot room with endless mosquito bites. The smell from the river was also not great; we got used to it but it took a while. The induction stove is a little difficult to use; things were either not cooking or totally burning. I have an induction stove so I’m used to using them but this one was quite finnicky. There were also events every Friday night at the bistro in the building, just a few floors below us. They played music super loud until 11 or 12 at night, which was a major bummer when we wanted to wake up early to get into the Dolomites. The overall design of the building is very minimalist / global monoculture. I know some people like that, but i wasn’t a fan of endless white walls, little to no color, and virtually no art anywhere.

街からは少し離れていて近道を知らないと歩くのが大変です。駅の地下駐車場の通路を使ってください。

Excellent rapport qualité prix !

Le rapport qualité prix est indéniable. Les chambres sont neuves, spacieuses et bien équipées. Le balcon est un gros plus. La salle de sport est excellente et neuve, les services de laverie, salle de repos, de musique, d'études aussi. Situé un peu loin du centre (20 mins à pied) mais proche de la gare (10 mins à pied).

Peu de restauration à côté, il faut aller dans le center ou manger dans un restaurant sushis, pizza, etc. de qualité médiocre. Le lit n'est vraiment pas confortable (matelas et oreillers bas de gamme), l'accueil n'était pas non plus très chaleureux.

Ottima esperienza

Struttura moderna, camera confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ottima posizione per visitare i mercatini (circa 10/15 minuti a piedi). Comodissimo il parcheggio sotterraneo della struttura se viaggiate in auto. Presente bar interno alla struttura perfetto per la colazione e con personale gentilissimo.

L’accoglienza da parte della struttura non è stata delle migliori. Gentilezza e cordialità dell’operatrice molto migliorabili.

Pulitissima. Moderna, tutto nuovo. Per raggiungerla abbiamo utilizzato il sottopassaggio molto utile e sicuro.

La stanza era molto calda, forse troppo… Ci hanno parlato del Guest pass che rilasciano gli alberghi, ma a noi non hanno rilasciato nulla. Probabilmente l’albergo non era convenzionato… Non saprei…

Sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption. Unkompliziert und höflich. Alles war so wie auf den Bildern und sauber. Kleine Wohneinheiten für Geschäftsreisen absolut in Ordnung.

Müll müsste ich jetzt nicht unbedingt runterbringen, aber war auch kein Problem.

Modernes Hotel nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt

Das Apartment-Hotel liegt nicht weit von der Altstadt entfernt und ist offensichtlich noch recht neu. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist neu und alles war sehr sauber inklusive einem neuen Spüllappen und Küchenschwämmchen. Das Zimmer ist klein, jedoch ist alles, was notwendige ist vorhanden. Es gibt im Untergeschoss die Möglichkeit Tischtennis zu spielen. Im Untergeschoss gibt es eine kostenpflichtige Garage und die Möglichkeit Fahrräder abzustellen. Es gibt ein separates Restaurant, das an das Hotel angegliedert ist. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Radweg, auf welchem mann innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der Altstadt ist.

Die Flure sollten täglich durch das Öffnen der Fenster belüftet werden. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr einfach zu erreichen nur 15 Gehweg vom Bahnhof entfernt, Kompetenz, und Freundlichkeit dort zu Hause . Die Lage hat mich positiv überrascht, zum Glück ist alles gut gelaufen. Ich kann nur Ferrari Tower nur weiterempfehlen, an derjenige die nicht zu. Viel tief in die Tasche greifen kann , Sehr gutes Preis für drei Nächte , und die sraff macht alles möglich um den Kunden entgegenzuwirken zu Kommen . •Zimmer war sehr schön mobiliert , mit alles was man braucht, alles war sehr neues . Veramente ottimo, si ha tutto il necessario per una permanenza piu o meno lunga.

La struttura ha praticamente tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza. Appartamenti con angolo cottura per poter essere autonomi nei pasti. Sala svago con biliardo, biliardino ping pong, playstation. Sala lavanderia comprensiva di asciugatrici. Sala per riunioni + sala musicale per poter suonare/cantare. Sala di lavoro con postazioni in openspace. Sala palestrea con attrezzature di ultima generazione. Parcheggio sotterraneo con ingresso automatizzato, una volta parcheggiato l'auto basta prendere l'ascensore per trovarsi nel piano della propria camera.

L'impossibilità di poter fumare e stendere i panni in balcone, lo rende poco utile, con un po troppi insetti che entrano in camera.

Helt nyt hotel i et industri-område ca. 10-12 mins gang fra centrum bagved banegården i Bolzano/bus 3 gange i timen direkte til centrum - lækkert værelse med et mindre køkken som vi ikke brugte - parkering i kælderen med direkte adgang tilværelse via elevator (8€/døgn) - ikke morgenmad på hotellet, men lige ved siden af lå en dejlig bistro med det finest menukort og super god kaffe til rimelige penge - meget roligt om aftenen/natten og i weekenden

Tolle Unterkunft, zentral und sehr nettes Personal

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, man hat uns bis ins Zimmer gebracht und alles gezeigt. Wir hatten das Apartment in der 12 Etage mit Schlafzimmer ,Küche/Wohnzimmer und Bad. Die Größe war super und die Aussicht auf dem Balkon war MEGA.Die Duschen war sehr groß, es gab Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und auch Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo & Duschgel).Safe war vorhanden, aber Laptop passte nicht rein. Es gab sogar ein Fitnessstudio, was wir aber nicht genutzt haben.Cool war auch der Tipp um in die City zu kommen, den Weg hätten wir alleine nicht gefunden, durch einen Tunnel.

Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern. Mehr Mülltüten, Küchenhandtücher waren keine da. Mehr Haken im Badezimmer und ein Fön fehlte auch, aber alles nicht schlimmes. Wir würden wieder kommen :-)

从Ortisei小镇返回米兰，作为中转休息站，我们在这里住了两晚。这里是公寓式酒店，地下一层有洗衣房（洗衣3欧，烘干2欧，还有非常好用的熨斗），有各类活动室和健身房，自动贩卖机的价格十分便宜。作为旅途的中转休息站，我甚至觉得它比很多高档酒店更方便实用，室内还有厨房和各种工具及设备。距离酒店两分钟有一家中国人经营的餐厅，老板娘非常友善热情，饭菜也很可口，大米非常好吃。酒店楼下有1号公交车，坐三站，穿过一个商厦的地下通道，坐电梯到0层，顺右手路即可到达火车站。附近也有其他公交线路可以乘坐。距离酒店七八分钟有一家很大的超市。

Nicht wirklich als Ferienwohnung geeignet. Die Ausstattung müsste auf jeden Fall ergänzt werden!

Fernsehen war lediglich im Schlafzimmer möglich (Dort war der Fernseher angebracht). Die Küchenausstattung bestand jeweils nur aus 2 Artikeln (2 Teller, 2 Tassen, 2 Gläser, 2 Messer, 2 Gabel etc.) Da kann man die Spülmaschine nicht nutzen, weil das benutzte Geschirr ja sofort wieder benötigt wird.
