Room is clean, comfortable bed, easy check in. Plus have EV charger, just pay 10 € until full. We ask for hot water and the receptionist lend us a kettle.

Sited in the south of Bolzano, with plenty of parking, around 30 minutes walk into old town centre. Would stay again and recommend.

Clean, friendly, great breakfast selection and a big room with AC.

We walked from the airport which was a bit of a ways, I'd recommend taking a cab if you have big backpacks.

Bed was comfy & we were able to check in slightly early

The walls in our room were quite badly scratched and damaged with dirty hand prints, shower head was too heavy for the stand so the water just ran onto the wall, would be nice to have soap next to the sink rather than body wash

A nice hotel, very kind staff, clean room and bathroom, free private parking in front of the hotel, free Wi-Fi. Good breakfast (7,2€). The location is not really romantic, but it is easy to find and perfect to stay for one or two nights.

The hotel in my opinion deserves 10 points, but I’m giving them only 8. Why? Because they asked me (via Booking messaging) to give them at least 9 or 10 points. And I don’t like that.

The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable, and smell nice.

There was no flip flops, no tables next to the bedsides , nothing for free in the room not even a bottle of water. The price of one night also was a bit high for someone going for working matters.

Hotel is fine if you need to be in that part of the city

WiFi is always excellent, good to work on; breakfast offerings have improved since my last visit in 2021. Shower is great, although hot water took a while.

Single room offered only a single bed (fine, get what you book), but the bed frame didn’t have high enough sides and the mattress was sliding off. Woke up to find myself hanging off the side.

Easy to find with plenty of secure parking. Friendly staff. Clean room and hotel.

The location is a good walk from the town centre and any restaurants. They do have microwave meals available and drinks etc though.

Good location for travelers, comfortable room with good mattress, air conditioning worked well. Friendly staff, good breakfast, option to do self check-in/out, private parking(sign says property won’t take responsibility in case of theft)

It’s okeish for one night

Nice big room

Very noisy, cause the view from that room is on some industrial area, so had to keep windows closed at night even though it was a bit stuffy inside.

In general, a good series of hotels and the hotel in this city is no exception. Reliable, I got what

Room was clean, air conditioning worked great. Smart TV with a bunch of channels and the ability to remotely connect to a computer or phone. Very handy if you are on the road.

The plumbing was a bit faulty, but that's a minor thing, everything worked as it should.
