Posizione comoda, bella struttura, nuovissima e ben tenuta
Camera molto piccola (in proporzione, bagno gigantesco!) ma con bel terrazzo; nella palestra non si capiva come far funzionare l'attrezzatura; assenza di parcheggi in zona.

Ceck in super. Accesso direttamente dall ascensore esterno a piano came. Bagno top, biancheria ok, letto iper comodo, silenzio assoluto. Garage coperto e chiuso. Io top . Consiglio al 100%

Sehr modern und neu

Die "Suiten" (Appartments) befinden sich in einem neuen Haus mit moderner Ausstattung.
Mein Zimmer war zwar klein aber sehr schön (moderne Lüftungsanlage und die Fenster sind mit Raffstoren und Fliegengittern versehen).
Die Minibar war gut bestückt und fair bepreist und der Gastgeber Paolo Menapace sehr freundlich und stets problemlos per WhatsApp erreichbar.
Die Zimmer befinden sich im 3. und 4. Stock über einem Wohnhaus, die Sauna und das Gym im UG (beides erreichbar über ein enges Treppenhaus oder einen Aufzug).
Jedes Mal 3x den 5-stellingen Code (am Gartentor, Haustüre/Aufzug und Zimmertüre) eingeben zu müssen, fand ich recht unkomfortabel.
Auch fand ich schade, dass die Rainshower-Dusche in meinem Bad nicht (mehr) vorhanden war und die Haltestange für Handbrause zu niedrig angebracht war, um die Haare im Stehen zu waschen zu können.
Am meisten hat mich aber gestört, dass ich erst am Anreisetag die Info erhalten habe, dass das Parken pro Nacht 20,- € kostet und die (nicht exklusive) Saunanutzung für 2 Stunden: 25,- €.
Da sich das Haus sich in einer sehr engen 1-spurigen Seitenstraße befindet und es hier keine Chance gibt am Rand zu parken (selbst Halten zum Ein-/Ausladen ist schwer) habe ich mir einen Parkplatz in ca. 5 Gehminuten Entfernung gesucht (hier kann man von 19:00 bis 8:00 kostenlos am Straßenrand parken). Auf Sauna habe ich komplett verzichtet. Damit war es für mich allerdings kein "Wellness"-Aufenthalt mehr.
