The location is too far from the city center

The room smelled really bad and it was smaller than the one I booked as family room. Moreover, the internet didn’t work in our room and the receptionist kept saying that I might have some magnets which I surely didn’t have lol. The staff was rude and they never offered any coffee during the breakfast. Breakfast is super poor, just bread and water:

Great place to stay in Bolzano and close to the messe area

It has a cosy wellness facility and a good selection of free weights in the gym. The continental breakfast was very good and the room spacious. The staff was very helpful.

We arrived late in the evening and the restaurant wasn’t open. No options to buy small snacks or small plates of food in the bar.

Nothing

Everything. We asked to go in the sauna, you have 2 of them. Steam and Swedish. The steam sauna was not working. In the room we had a hot tube, gues what. We opened a water to fill it up, water was YELLOW!!!! girl on reception was super rood to us, she didn't want to hear us out, she was interrupting our conversation, she was acting so rude to us that never in my life I saw that aughful receptionist. Everything was super bed, I would never recommend it to anyone.

Good quality hotel around town

The bathroom and it's equipment, the room was also quite spacious.

The breakfast lack of warm dishes, no scrambled eggs no bacon, no sausages. The croissant however was one of the best I ever ate. Also espresso was available on request.

Location very different from the advertised picture

It was clean

The pic doesn't give a fair representation of the hotel. It is in the middle of the road and traffic, very disappointed. The Spa is open from 5 pm till 10 pm and was not written on the website, not very accessible if you are spending only one day at the hotel and are eating out. The breakfast was ok, but for the price we paid, could have been better.

I love this location and hotel. Such an amazing views. Definately will come again. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The flusher from the toilet sometimes did not work (water stayed running). Also the water from using the shower went to the toilet side and couldnt get at all it out from there, had to use the toilet with feet soaking at the same time. Balcony had some spider nets and inside the room was just a little dusty still (trashcan lid). Also the breakfast has been a little richer previous times (last year).

the location is perfect to easily reach the exhibition center my room was pretty spacious

cleanliness is not detailed and just sufficient breakfast is of poor choice and low average quality ( the offered juices are nasty ) , there are no vegetables offered - no way to get an omelet or scrambled eggs .. definitely to be improved for the money which are charged .

Good City Hotel for a short stay

The room was clean and very big. Also the terrace was nice. The breakfast was very good and there is a fee parking infront of the hotel, if you travel by car.

The location of the Hotel is not the best. I would recommend a car for this hotel.

Rather disappointing - would not recommend

the outdoor pool and the entrance area are really nice. Room was big and really clean. Beds very comfortable

We wanted to go there because of the spa and wellness area after a hiking trip. Unfortunately the pools were not heated at all. Saunas would only open at 5 in the afternoon - bit late for our wellness days :( also the breakfast was very disappointing. some cake and other sweet stuff, nothing fresh such as tomatoes, cucumber or so. nothing offered for dinner, you have to eat outside. And the area is also not great. we were walking 25 minutes until we found an open restaurant. would not really recommend
