It was very nice stay.

The location is in the heart of the city. There was no breakfast, but it is not needed because the excellent pasticceria is just in front of the property. The only thing that could be added is the bottle of water in the fridge.

Bolsano

The location was close to the train station and in the heart of the old town. Quite building although in the old town. It was cosy and the beds were comfortable. It had a rustic look about it went with the rest of the interior building.

Two beds rooms. One smaller than the other and you had to climb into bed from the end of bed. Pillows were to soft and flat. Floor needed to be swept. No lights working in corridor as you walk in. We hadn't complained as we were only there for 2 days.Bathroom had leaking tap and 6 bath towels enough for our group but could have done with a hand towel. Kitchen could have had a serviette to wipe down kitchen utensils.

Reception staff were offhand. Parking was a ridiculous distance from the apartment. Apartment was very unpleasant and uncomfortable. Most expensive $ per night for our month trip to Italy. Even more expensive than Milan !

We were met at arrival and the host helped us with our luggage. The apartment was very spacious and charming and the beds were comfortable.

The main problem was that all the power went out fairly late at night. The host did put us in touch with the technical guy and we eventually got it back on but it took the remaining 45 minutes of our evening. There was only one coffee pod for the two of us and only 1 towel apiece--no hand towel for the bathroom. It would be nice not to have to put the duvet covers on.

A lot of promise and potential but not a place I'd stay again or recommend.

The location was good, being approximately a 12-minute walk from the railway station and 2 minutes away from Piazza Walther. The room size was good.

On arrival, we found the towels and doona covers provided were damp/wet; they hadn't been dried properly. I asked the reception for replacements, but they were never provided. We ended up using the airer in the room to dry the items ourselves before we could go to bed. There was no shower curtain or screen in the bathroom, so we needed to be cautious not to spray water across the floor from the showerhead. Although the apartment had a kitchen, it lacked the essentials to make even a cup of coffee when we arrived. The apartmetn looked to be in poor condition generally.

The room and kitchen were quite spacious and well appointed, exuding old wore charm in the furnishings.

Some maintenance was clearly required, including a failing window in the kitchen and plumbing in the shower held together by plastic ties.

Room doesn’t have the AC and the fan was not working. Poor amenities and furnishing.

Great central flat

The flat itself was in the city centre which was great for going out and seeing the sights of the city. When needed the staff were available to talk to and very helpful. The flat was nice and spacious for more than just 4 people. There was also parking available if you drove.

It was quite complicated to drive to the flat as the car needed to be registered by the flat owner to enter the city centre. This is not mentioned in the booking information. The parking was also a 10-min walk from the flat. It was hard to get to as there are a lot of road closures that don't show up on Google maps.

Beds were very comfortable

The service provided by the staff is very bad. If you need their help to fix a mistake they made, most of them will just tell you they can't do anything.I wouldn't recommend staying here and also the pictures they show are not the same with the room they provided. Also on the summer the room is really hot and they only provide a fan.

It was truly unbelievable. I did not expect it to be so incredible. The place was huge. It was absolutely spotless. It was in the perfect place in the city center. It could not have been any better.

Apartment above a restaurant with loud party until 3 in the morning

It is in the very Center

They had a huge party in the restaurant below and you could hear everything in the apartment. You could hear people screaming on the streets until 3 in the morning. There was no prewarning from staff. The check in was 1 hour later and staff was not responsive at all.

Slow respons slow information

Slow respond, only got 1.2 roll of toilet paper staying for two days for the two of us so we contacted them and have no response for three days and we have to buy it ourselves. Keep waiting for information to enter the apartment and up getting messages from them late minutes. The location is excellent but for the price they should give us more toilet paper or at least responded if they cannot afford another roll lol. Information is not clear and when we called Shannen is not friendly. And trust me, we are very polite, greeting always in their language first, etc.

I felt privileged to be able to stay in such a historic beautiful building in a historic place,

This old building has been beautifully renovated to suit modern requirements but retains features of the old building. It would be very comfortable for a long stay with a well-appointed kitchen and lots of room. It is situated in the heart of the old town and only a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful historic square and the Otzi the ice man museum. The train station is only about five minutes away.

excellent situation in downtown of Bolzano. Very big room - much more space than i was expecting. Clean - both room and bathroom. Spacious kitchen with door to separate from rest of apartment.

Air conditioning was not working (or remote control was not working). Wireless was not working. We got wrong code for the parking - solution was not straightforward. Attitude of host on this one I did not like at all.

Great location!

There were quite a few ants in the bathroom and kitchen, but the place was clean. It was also very hot and we would have loved air conditioning, or one more fan so both bedrooms had a fan.

OUTSIDERS NOT WELCOME!! Find a different town to visit.

We had enough beds for everyone in our family. The lady working when we checked out seemed more friendly than the girl working when we checked in.

The girl working when we arrived was aloof & borderline rude. We asked for several pointers (where to do laundry nearby & where to eat) & she told us to look on the internet. No desire to be helpful in the least! I had messaged the property several times with different questions prior to our arrival & they weren't the least bit helpful either. We were really excited to stay in Bolzano but the locals weren't any friendlier than the girl at check in so we were happy to move on to our next destination. It was like they were bothered to have people visit their city!

The location is perfect, just in the city center.

The shower was broken, they said they would send someone to fix it and no one came, you always had to hold the hose with one hand while taking a shower with the other. The towels were solo tiny, like hand towels, not for after a shower. The kitchen accessories were dirty, poorly washed cutlery and dirty cups at the bottom. They say they have nearby parking (additional charge), when you arrive the parking lot is super far, impossible to move with luggage. There is no curtain in the room

Room not cleaned and money grabbers.

Location would have been good but we were moved at the last minute to another place with all of our luggage and little apologies or a sense of the inconvenience caused.

On arrival our room was clearly not cleaned from the previous guests. Bedsheets were unchanged, bins unemptied. Bathroom was dirty with hairs and empty shower gel packets. We were checking in at around 7pm so there had been plenty of time for cleaning to take place but we were told "that there was a problem with the cleaner". The solution offered was an apartment on a nearby street which meant we had to move our many bags to yet another location. The new apartment was substandard and was very different to the apartment we had booked. We informed the reception of how unhappy we were with the new place but were told that the apartments were the same size so no refund or partial refund would be given. There was no sense of customer service. Would recommend avoiding this place. Terrible experience.

Very good

Staff was very accommodating, even helping me take all of my luggage upstairs to the apartment after check-in. The space was so much bigger than we anticipated; more than enough room for our family of five to spread out. The kitchen and bathroom were both updated and spacious. The location cannot be beat. In the center of town, with a delicious restaurant just downstairs.
