The aircon was broken and the WiFi range does not extend into the rooms, so largely pointless. I believe with issues such as this the host should have offered a reduced price from what was a very expensive booking

A decent place to stay for a few nights in a close proximity to city centre in Bolzano.

Kind and friendly owner. Decent for a few nights close to the Bolzano centre. Reasonable price. Regularly changed towels. Kitchen and coffee machine available.

Poor wi-fi signal in the last room. Loud streets around - in summer, without AC, must be less comfy. Missing spots/hooks for hanging clothes/towels.

Super easy to walk to the city centre, in a quieter location which fit us great. Great value for money and everything was super clean. TV also had channels on it so we could watch stuff. The lady who checked us in was absolutely lovely.

Close to the station, friendly staff

We just stayed there for one night, it was what we needed, something close to the train station. Downside was the proximity to the street making it very noisy. If you have some ear plugs you solve the problem.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Gemütliche Betten, frisch duftende Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie Kaffee undTee aufs Haus in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Parken nur für PKW möglich im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus. Bis 2,20 m Höhe

Belle balade et shopping de qualité à Bolzano

La chambre est très bien, confortable et fonctionnel. Avec air conditionné, parfaitement fonctionnel.Il y a une petite kitchenette mais je n'en ai pas fait usage mais tout à fait équipé avec FRIGO et freezer. Appartement bien situé à quelques minutes du centre à pied

Accueil un peu perplexe, nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la chambre avant 18 heures. J'ai dû faire usage de déduction pour trouver la sonnette et le lieu. L'emplacement pour la voiture et dans un parking public déserté la nuit. Tout s'est très bien passé mais pas trop rassurant.

vicinanza alla stazione, gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto

il bagno non è in camera, ma è esterno. questo non viene specificato al momento della prenotazione. la camera affaccia su una strada molto trafficata, ma non c'è insonorizzazione. la notte è difficile dormire. probabilmente non avrei prenotato a queste condizioni. Al bagno viene dato un bagnodoccia e un sapone per le mani, niente shampo e niente sapone intimo. viene fornito in bicchiere di plastica di detersivo per panni. l'impianto elettrico è fatiscente, con prese che si staccano dal muro e interruttori sicuramente non in regola. sul lampadario c'è un dito di polvere. imbarazzante

Super Umgebung mit Bergen, Seen und Kultur. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Exzellente Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt zur Seilbahn und zum Bahnhof. Zu Fuß war alles, vom Supermarkt bis zur Pizzeria, sehr schnell erreichbar. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin mit persönlichem Check-Inn. Eine saubere, zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit passendem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Zimmerfenster gehen direkt zur Straße, man hört Autos und Passanten deutlich. Ohrstöpsel könnten hier aber helfen.
