Exceptional

We loved each and everything! The owner lady was really really kind and helpful, she gave us all instructions about the apartment when we arrived there. She told us that Renon is a wonderful place and although it wasn't on our plan, we visited there and the view from the cable car was more spectacular than we expected and we enjoyed a wonderful view of Bolzano. You can use the travel card she provides to go there! Thanks for everything, Karin!

One point was that the hot water for the shower was unstable, turning cold or hot.

When we had difficulty finding the accommodation ( we were having trouble with GPS), we rang and the host came to get us on a scooter She filled us in on everything that we needed to know and sent a few emails with more info Much appreciated The apartment was very well stocked and roomy Great bed and hot shower Great view to mountains Even a bottle of bubbly in the frig!!! Parking was at front door and there was a lift Would definitely recommend

You get plenty of opportunity to walk up hills if you wish to but there is a bus which runs frequently and you get a pass for free travel on the buses They take you into centre.

Recommended host and stay!

Everything was very clean and tidy. It looked as if it was new. Karin was super good host and made our stay very easy, she gave us some wine, travel tickets for buses and many some breakfast for both days we stayed there. Heater worked perfectly and so everything in the house. Beds were comfortable even the couch and the car fitted perfectly in the garage although it was a jeep renegade. She waited for us to arrive and made an explanation and gave some advice and recommendations for our travel. I recommend everyone coming here and even if I have to come back I will try to stay again.

L'appartamento è super accessoriato e la proprietaria, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per la colazione. Il bagno è molto spazioso con una bella doccia. Letti molto comodi. Inoltre è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hatte sich zwischendurch gemeldet und nachgefragt, ob etwas fehlt. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Solo esteticamente carino, pulito

Ho prenotato un mese prima questo alloggio, non ho trovato pertanto corretto che la doccia fosse mal funzionante ( acqua non restava calda) , e il freddo che ho sentito in quei giorni. L’ anfitriona ha proposto di mandarmi i tecnici ma ho rifiutato perché non ho trovato giusto dover aver disturbi quando avendo prenotato un mese prima c’era stato tutto il tempo per sistemare l’alloggio a dovere . Per il disturbo mi è stata rimborsata una notte. Mi era stato detto Ti porto una stufa, mai vista. Penultimo giorno: facendo la lavatrice si allaga il bagno intero e fino alle 2230 mi sono trovata a asciugare tutto. Per il disturbo mi era stato promesso il rimborso di 3 notti, una volta lasciato l’alloggio si sono trasformate in 1 notte. Prima di andarmene ho pulito tutto impeccabilmente e avendo un cane mi sono preoccupata di passare bene l’ aspirapolvere e lavare la biancheria di casa usata. Non se lo meritavano. Wi-Fi funziona così così. Se hai un cane ti verrà detto che devi correre in fondo alla strada per fare la pipì, ma poi allo scendere dalla macchina rischi di pestare tu i ricordini dei cani dei vicini. Vicini adiacenti molto rumorosi . Me ne sono andata una notte prima perché non ne potevo più. Scorrettezza e disonestà . Questa gente non si merita niente e Booking ha supportato questo atteggiamento riprovevole. Una vergogna totale .
