Our apartment is located in the historic center, in the heart of Bolzano. A few meters from the famous Walther Square of Bolzano, where in the Christmas period you are 5 minutes from the Christmas Market, very close to the Via dei Portici and Via Museo (where is the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol with the famous Ötzi) is ideal for those who want to discover the historic center on foot and visit the beautiful museums of our city!

The apartment is located just 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. In the area you will find many restaurants, bars, stores, typical local and the beautiful Piazza Erbe with the market of fresh fruits and vegetables!
The apartment is ideal for 2-4 people and is located on the second floor (with elevator). The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed (for 2 persons) plus double bed and also a balcony.The kitchen is fully furnished, table and chairs, LCD TV with satellite, WIFI, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Towels (2 pieces per person/face and shower) and sheets are included. On request we provide a crib at no extra charge. Final cleaning NOT included.

Wer auf kurze Wege in die City, zu tollen Restaurants und Locations steht, ist hier genau richtig. Aber auch ins Grüne sind es nur wenige Schritte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges Manko: Keine Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Nice and clean appartment, near to the old town. Also very nice that we could check-in a few hours before normal check-in time. I would, however, have appriciated more information about check-in procedure beforehand. All though everything went very fine.

Wir verbrachten 4 Tage zu viert in der Wohnung. Die 42qm eignen sich nicht zum längeren Aufenthalt, also waren wir durchwegs zu Fuß unterwegs. Bozen ist toll und entschleunigt ungemein!
Die Wohnung besitzt keinen Parkplatz. Das öffentliche Parken in der Nähe der Innenstadt kostet 50€/Tag, oder 75€/Woche, oder zwei Busfahrkarten a 1,50€, wenn man am Friedhofsparkplatz 7km außerhalb parkt. In der Strasse des Appartments ist Halteverbot, da eng und unübersichtliche Verkehrlage, also ist Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks nur 50m weiter möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnhaus mit sehr vielen Parteien. Diese mögen die Kurzzeitgäste nicht und man fühlt sich nicht willkommen.
Der Müll darf nicht in die Container des Wohnhauses gegeben werden, da „Diamant“ keine „Lizenz“ hat. Außer Restmüll kann man Glas, Plastik, Papier auch in Containern auf der Strasse entsorgen. Der Restmüll bescherte uns aber am 3. Tag eine Fruchtfliegenplage, deren wir erst nach 24h Herr geworden sind.
