Ok for location and if you have low expectations

The location was good. In the city centre and with parking nearby.

The property needs work. It’s extremely basic, with some issues that need sorting (loo lid for example). If offers very little aside from the beds and towels. It’s ok, but could be better kept and cleaned.

It was close to the centre

Disgusting is an understatement. As soon as we entered the apartment we were disgusted with the smell of smoke.The floors for sure never been washed jn ages,clogged drains in the bathroom,cobwebs all over the place.stained chairs dust everywhere. For sure that the cleaning department does no exist.

The company need to hire a new cleaner.

Talking about the commodity it was comfortable to stay because its quite near to the city center

I think they have to find a new cleaner. He/she didnt do good of cleaning the room. I was the one you sweeps the floor and mopped it. And locker was broken i cant even hanged my clothes

Location was very central

Very dirty Appartment and uncomfortable beds. The kitchen was dirty and very badly equiped ( only 2 teaspoons!, very few dishes, the freezer was broken,...) that's why we didn't use it at all All the furniture was old and in bad condition.

Extremely dirty, kitchen and bath were disgusting, the toilet paper was full of mold, all furniture was old, dirty, and not useable. The kitchen equipment (cutlery, pans,...) was almost nonexistent or not useable

Good location, big and well equipped.

Receptionist was not good. He expelled us from the room and left us waiting on the stairs. Reception desk is around 350 meters away from the apartment.

Picking up the keys at a separate location was a bit inconvenient—not a major hassle, but unnecessarily complicated. The apartment had the feel of a place recently vacated by long-term tenants, with the new landlord stepping in as an interim renter. It was furnished with a minimal selection of furniture—just enough to cover the basics, but without big thoughts on comfort. The apartment itself was clean, though it had a somewhat run-down feel (drains in the bathroom were slow/almost blocked) It gave the impression of a place that hadn’t been thoughtfully maintained, just kept functional.

horrible in every aspect

Horrible experience on every level. The apartment had nothing to do with the photos and description published. It was another room, very dirty, furniture broken, one wall was actually a vetrine facing the street (making it dangerous to sleep in such a place), completely dark and no privacy. The other rooms were even worse, inside the room a shared door with other rooms so no privacy and scary, shower had no hot water so couldn't use it, sheets dirty, horrible smell of sewage. Above all, reception was not helpful, and was using the excuse "i cannot do anything because i am not the owner" etc etc, and even claim and write that these apartments are "deluxe". We honestly felt deceived and it was not only a very ugly place but also scary and dangerous.

Location was the only thing that was good about this apartment

Nothing about this apartment was acceptable. The pictures shown on booking.com vs the apartment we got was totally different. List of issues sent to the host and he ignored us 1. No plus so could not bath or wash dishes 2. Bathroom door doesn’t close, no privacy in bathroom 3. No plates to eat from, only 3 bowls and we booked for a family of 5. 4. Cockroach found in kitchen on arrival I would not recommend this place to anyway. It’s a waste of hard earned money

The apartment desperately needed renovation. There was also rusty water from the tab. The location is good, but the apartment is just not being properly cared for. There is also no wi-fi available.

Very clean and spacious apartment

No locks on the bathroom door meant it was hard to have privacy. Not enough pillows either. Also bars nearby are open so late hard to sleep after a day of sightseeing when you can hear people so late.

the location was perfect

The apartment needs to be cleaned and also requires maintenance. The impression one gets is that is all the leftover crockery and cutlery etc that is just put in the apartment. The towels were threadbare; the stone wall in the main room is so dusty and full of spider webs. The toilet seat is loose; the toilet needs a good clean; the extractor fan is so blocked it does not function. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, however they did keep us informed about the problems with the parking garage.

The apartment was in an accessible and safe location. Spacious for a group of 4.

Pictures were not representative of the place. Although superficial, there were a lot of dirty markings on the wall and furniture was worn. It was comfortable enough for a one night stay but I wouldn't want to stay here beyond that.

Parking space is in a garage which costs €10 per day and it’s 500m far from the apartment,the garage it’s full of rubbish. The apartment wasn’t cleaned at all,toilet was broken,oven very greasy, all the sockets are not safe to use, the hot water comes and goes,having a shower it’s impossible!And mould everywhere!!!!!!

NOTHING! the property they show when you book is totally different, they gave us an apartment in Via Vintler 5 and it was smelling, dirty and with the sink full of mold and to not mention the stained and hairy bedsheets! a complete disaster!

the blonde receptionist was so rude and bothered by any kind of questions you asked, making faces while talking to her and give attitude! the first apartment they gave us was so dirty and smelly that even if we stayed for a night we went back to the reception to get another accommodation more clean and decent! the second apartment in via Weggenstein was a bit better but not very clean (there was a dried grape trunk on the shelf) overall a very bad experience for sure I’ll book an hotel room next time, better to spend a bit more money than sleep in such dirty places!

For a one night okay For longer look for something else

The location ist really good. The flat is big enough.

No internet. There are lights in the flat that you cannot turn off. They might disturb, if you are sensitive. The flat that we've been to is on a ground floor (low groundflor). Not really cosy, forget daylight. It's not said that to pick up the keys you have to enter zona traffica limitado. In case you are with a car have in mind you have to park outside the zone and then pick up the keys.

Good apartments! Large apartment, clean, located in the city center, close to shops. Keys can be picked up at the reception, 5 minutes from the house, nice girls at the reception. You can also leave your suitcase there, if necessary, on the day of arrival or departure. Thanks!)

Check in is in a different location, very challenging when you have a car as it's in a middle of a no drive area. Parking was very expensive at 22 euro per day. The house was nice but hot water was hit and miss, no kittel to make a cup of coffee in the morning.

Good as a quick pit stop

For a one night stay this apartment has all the basics that one can need, small kitchen, bathroom with washing machine.

Construction work is occurring nearby with the noise starting around 8am very loud in the room. Therefore, I would only suggest it as a passing through and not a longterm holiday accomodation.
