La posizione, la chiarezza nelle istruzioni per raggiungerla e per utilizzarla, la pulizia, la luminosità e le attrezzature (microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice…anche se non l’ho utilizzata).
La mancanza di ascensore (terzo piano) e il rumore proveniente dagli appartamenti confinanti.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. It was easy to walk anywhere in Bolzano and only a five minute walk from the train station. The host is also very responsive if you need anything. He even recommended restaurants nearby. Zero complaints, the apartment was lovely and even the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. Communication was excellent. The apartment is very spacious.
It was not very clean and the apartment had a horrible smell. All the dishes and cups/mugs were dirty in the cupboards, the dishwasher smelt terrible and there were hairs on the linen as well as on the plates and bowls.
