Nice enough

- location was perfect and very central - easy communication and uncomplicated check-in - good recommendations regarding restaurants etc provided by the host - uncomplicated check-out - well equipped apartment (hair dryer, coffee machine…)

- parking garage is very expensive (20€/day) - cleanliness could have been better: some of the cups were dirty, there was a lot of hair on the bed linens - apartment was not sound proof - we were woken multiple times per night, also we could hear the neighbors‘ alarm in the morning - it would have been nice to get 2 towels, we stayed 4 nights and had to use the same towel for our entire stay

Excelent location, close to city center and railway station. Nice host provided us with all the necessary info about our stay, transport, restaurants, etc.

Take in account that it is on the 3d floor and there is no lift. Can be a challenge if you have big bags. Pretty small room and bed is ~ 140 sm wide.

The location is great. Communication was excellent. The apartment is very spacious.

It was not very clean and the apartment had a horrible smell. All the dishes and cups/mugs were dirty in the cupboards, the dishwasher smelt terrible and there were hairs on the linen as well as on the plates and bowls.

Discovering Bolzano

Great location in the city center. Majority of sightseeing places are in walking distance. Nice and clean appartment. The host provided all necessary information to access the accommodation and the places recommended were nice as well.

Location was fantastic. The apartment is small but had everything you needed especially air conditioning. Clean and our contact was very helpful. Easy to access. A very pleasant stay.

We had to lug over 50kg of luggage up to third floor of the building. No lift 😩

Overall room condition was good. Clean and newly renovated.

The bed was very squeaky. All the families couldn't sleep very well the whole night. The room is on the third floor(4th floor by American/Asian notation) without elevator. The apartment is located near ZTL and you are recommended to park your car at the paid parking lot. Which means you need to walk quite a while with your luggages and pay extra money (2.5EUR/h). Smells of urine on the ground floor of the building Not so good ambience around the building inc. graffitis Owner's message including F word in case you leave a lower review score with factual comment on the accomodation.

Comfortable apartment for a short stay in a good location.

Good location. Easy 5 minute walk to the station and the main piazza. Comfortable small apartment suitable for a short stay. The communication from Mr Ivan was clear and helpful. Easy access and directions. We were able to leave our bags earlier on arrival and later on departure which was appreciated. Air conditioning worked well on a hot summer day.

The location is really close and easy-to-walk from Bolzano train station and bus station which I really love and find it convenient. The facilities inside our room worked perfectly.

Unfortunately they don’t have elevator, so we had to take our 20kg luggage to the third floor by stairs.

I like the location. It is near to the train station. Very easy to go there. The room is very nice and cozy. We can see some snow from the window. The owner is also very helpful.

The room is on the third floor. it is a bit difficult to get the big baggage to the 3rd floor. But the owner indicates that when we made the reservation is it’s ok. The owner also offered to help if we had the big baggage, Although we managed to get the baggages ourselves. We feel very positive for the offer anyway.

Lovely room in a great location. Clean, comfortable, and cosy. Ivan was very considerate and caring, and although the check-in was done remotely, he provided plenty of useful information, and he made me feel very welcome.

The location was great. Close to the centre and local cuisine. Check in was easy. Ivan provided a lot of local information and was great at communicating when we had any questions. He also checked in to see how we were getting on.

The host was very friendly and stayed in touch prior to our trip and throughout. We checked in a bit earlier than the actual check in time and he accommodated us. We received a gift upon our arrival which was a very thoughtful gesture. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance from the train station, shops, restaurants etc. The property was clean and modern.

There were a few things missing which one would expect from an apartment with a kitchenette and washing machine. For example, there was a pan but no spatula, no washing powder with which to utilise the washing machine, no salt, pepper, or olive oil which are basics required for cooking. Tourists don't generally travel with these items. Lovely stay overall, however, I think with the addition of a few small items (mentioned above), the stay would have been perfect.

Alles wie erwartet und sehr schön :)

Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft, die zentrumsnah liegt. Unkomplizierter und angenehmener Check In, der Vermieter erklärt wirklich sehr einfach und genau wie alles funktioniert. Toll fanden wir die Kaffeemaschine und auch das sich Kaffeekapseln im Zimmer befanden. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder.

Toll wären ein paar Kleiderhacken im Eingangsbereich und vielleicht ein wenig mehr Ablagefläche im Badezimmer :-)
