De tudo. O funcionário foi extremamente prestativo, resolveu todas a sminhas solicitações e foi sempre muito simpático, ainda nos deu um brinde. O quarto é uma delícia, com ar condicionado, super bem equipado, o banheiro é uma MARAVILHA, ainda tem uma mini cozinha ótima, super bem equipado. A localização é ótima, bem central, muito perto da estação de trem e acessível pra todas as cidades próximas. Melhor lugar para visitar Dolomitas. Recomendo muito a todos! Melhor estadia impossível!

Great location, only minutes from the train station and in the centre of old town. Comfortable and clean. Easy communication with the host. A great spot to base yourself in Bolzano!
Quiet building although noise between apartments can travel (which has been the case in all the places I have stayed in Italy) so pack ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The location is great. Communication was excellent. The apartment is very spacious.
It was not very clean and the apartment had a horrible smell. All the dishes and cups/mugs were dirty in the cupboards, the dishwasher smelt terrible and there were hairs on the linen as well as on the plates and bowls.
