The staff was very communicative and helpful with getting set up in the room. I was happy with the room, which was clean and comfortable and had everything I would need. The location really could not have been better, with the train station, good food, shops, and places to see just a short walk away. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Bolzano.
I don’t have any complaints.
