Really nice stay in the Centre of Bolzano

We stayed for two nights and we really enjoyed it! Very comfortable, clean and simple. The location is perfect, very central and there is also the possibility to add a parking spot for a very cheap price a day, the walking distance is 8 minutes. The properties are really nice and always reply promptly on WhatsApp. Really recommended!

The room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. The location was perfect and check-in was very easy. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Easy to find, location convenient - center of town. Reception staff contactable via WhatsApp, self check-in instructions were clear. Lovely view out to street.

Front (reception) entry was unsecured - no lock and was wide open when we arrived - reception area completely stripped and under construction with no staff present (presumably for renovation?). Room doors were secure though.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 8, was bedeutet, dass man 6 Stockwerke den Koffer hoch schleppen muß.Kein Aufzug. Wie die Sicherheit bei Bränden gewährleistet sein soll ist angesichts von Holztreppen in den OG nicht nachvollziehbar. In Deutschland wäre ein 2. Rettungsweg vorgeschrieben !

Finestra completamente rotta senza aver la possibilità di chiuderla perciò abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta in pieno dicembre , letto senza lenzuola e senza fodere, escrementi secchi di piccione in tutto il pavimento del balcone , rubinetto del bagno rotto , senza asciugamani .

Gostaríamos de expressar nossa profunda satisfação com a estadia nesta acomodação. A localização é, sem dúvida, o ponto forte. Estar situado no coração de Bolzano tornou nossa experiência extremamente prática. A proximidade com as comodidades essenciais — como a padaria em frente, mercados e inúmeros restaurantes a poucos metros — e o ponto de ônibus a 2 minutos de caminhada permitiu que fizéssemos praticamente tudo a pé, aproveitando ao máximo a cidade. Além da ótima localização, o serviço oferecido pelos anfitriões foi excepcional. Foram sempre muito solícitos e responderam imediatamente a todas as vezes que entramos em contato, demonstrando um profissionalismo admirável e um grande cuidado com os hóspedes. Em relação à acomodação, o quarto era confortável e todo o espaço se destacava por estar extremamente limpo e organizado, o que contribuiu imensamente para o nosso bem-estar. Recomendamos calorosamente a estadia e agradecemos imensamente pela hospitalidade e pelo cuidado

Le foto su Booking non rispecchiano minimamente la realtà della struttura. In bagno c’era una evidente macchia di muffa proveniente dal piano superiore, i pavimenti erano neri dallo sporco e il parquet risultava poco curato, tanto da lasciare intravedere la sporcizia sottostante. Anche i muri erano visibilmente macchiati. Rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente deludente.

Soggiorno ideale in centro

Eccellente opzione per una breve sosta a Bolzano! L'ubicazione è ottimale, proprio nel cuore della città, permettendo di raggiungere facilmente tutti i punti d'interesse. La camera era ampia e confortevole, e il bagno si presentava moderno e impeccabilmente pulito. Inoltre, ho molto apprezzato il fatto che la struttura sia Pet-Friendly: ho potuto viaggiare e soggiornare con il mio cagnolino senza problemi! Un altro dettaglio gradito è la presenza di un bollitore a disposizione in camera, perfetto per una bevanda calda. Un enorme ringraziamento al personale per la loro disponibilità e rapidità. Ho richiesto il giorno stesso dell'arrivo di poter effettuare il check-in con 4 ore di anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto, e la risposta è stata immediata e positiva. Tornerò sicuramente in questa struttura quando sarò di nuovo a Bolzano! Assolutamente consigliato.

Posizione ottima, in centro a Bolzano. Il letto era comodo. Biancheria pulita.

Purtroppo appena entrati in camera abbiamo visto uno scarafaggio che correva fuori dal bagno verso la camera da letto. Sintomo ovviamente di scarsa igiene. Inoltre il balconcino e’ infestato dai piccioni (e relativi escrementi), quindi non e’ possibile aprire ne la finestra (l’unica nella stanza) ne la porta che danno sul balconcino. Mi domando come chi pulisca la camera possa arieggiarla... I piccioni inoltre hanno tubato tutta la notte facendo parecchio rumore e questo ci ha impedito di riposare bene. E’ davvero un peccato perché la struttura ha grande potenzialità ma a causa di questi disguidi non ci siamo assolutamente goduti il soggiorno.

Sicuramente la posizione in centro è la camera caratteristica antica .

Il fatto che non ci fosse compresa almeno la colazione visto il costo della camera....i piccioni sul piccolo balconcino disturbano e sporcano.....non essendoci una hall ho dovuto cercarmi l'ufficio che si occupa dell assistenza e non è stato x niente facile sulla porta di ingresso si potrebbe mettere un cartello sull ubicazione dell ufficio assistenza.

Una incantevole sorpresa

La posizione, la professionalità e la grande disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff, la pulizia e l''insonorizzazione della stanza dotata di climatizzatore funzionante e TV funzionante.

Io e mia figlia avevamo bisogno di un punto di appoggio a Bolzano che ci consentisse di conoscere questa meravigliosa città in tempo ridottissimi...e Sir Thomas ci ha soddisfatte alla grande. Non ricerchiamo lussi e comfort eccessivi perché lo scopo dei nostri brevi viaggi è la "piccola conoscenza" del luogo e delle persone del posto. Credo che chi necessita di stanze in strutture recettive con ascensore e con confort superiori possa chiederle allo staff del Sir Thomas tranquillamente e loro saranno lieti di dare loro tutte le indicazioni proprio come han fatto con noi.

Goede locatie, maar dat het een beetje.

De locatie is súper. Het is een tof gebouw en leuk interieur.

Als we toekwamen, zagen we dat er een groot lek was in het plafond van de gang en de badkamer, duidelijk door leidingen van de douche, hierdoor rook het ook heel muf/vochtig. Het was niet heel schoon, er lagen nog haren op het bed en een oude bloedvlek. Toen ik het nachtkastje opzij schoof om het lichtknopje te zoeken, lag er nog een oud koekje en een pil achter. De douchewand en de glazen in de badkamer waren vuil. Er stond een handzeepje (ook niet zo proper), maar dat was leeg. De wifi werkte bij aankomst ook niet. Het bed is steenhard en de kussen super dun (wij hebben handdoeken achter de kussens gestoken om ze iets dikker te maken)

Es ist ein elegantes Dachkammer in 1.A.-Lage in Bozen. Für sportliche Leute geeignet. 69 steile Treppenstufen führen zum Bodenkammer, modern, sauber, alles drann was man braucht. Schlüsselcode kompliziert, nur mit Lesebrille!

Wir hatten großes Problem mit dem Schlüsselcode, Personal war nicht erreichbar, erst nach dem Kontakt über ADAC->Booking.com in London haben wir einen Code erhalten, mussten die erste Nacht im Auto schlafen. Der empfohlene Parkplatz war nicht auffindbar, wir haben in der City-Tiefgarage geparkt, teuer aber nahe. Früchstück nicht vorhanden, Personal dito.

Perfetta per un weekend nella bellissima Bolzano

Camera pulita, accessibilità molto semplice grazie anche alle dettagliate informazioni. Posizione centrale con parecchi ristoranti e negozi di ogni tipo nelle vicinanze. Silenzio e temperatura perfetti per dormire. Letto molto comodo. Bagno ampio con tutto il necessario. Complimenti a coloro che gestiscono la struttura per la loro gentilezza, attenta professionalità e una continua assistenza nei confronti degli ospiti che così si sentono come a casa propria. Sicuramente consiglio a tutti questa struttura. Per noi sarà sempre un punto di riferimento nel caso dovessimo ripassare da queste parti .
