La posizione della struttura è ottima, ma la cosa che ho apprezzato di più sono state la cura nella gestione del cliente e l'assistenza whatsapp ancora prima di arrivare alla struttura. Il personale si è sempre dimostrato disponibile, comprensivo e in grado di dare indicazioni chiare. Anche quando si è verificato un imprevisto con l'apertura della porta automatica a tarda notte, la risposta è stata tempestiva e la risoluzione immediata. Ci siamo davvero sentiti ben accolti.

Il bagno cieco manteneva un po' troppo l'umidità. Lo spazio per disporre gli effetti personali era ok per due persone e perché abbiamo utilizzato il divano. Sconsiglio di considerarla come una camera tripla (a meno che il terzo non sia un bambino) perché altrimenti non ci sarebbe spazio per muoversi o per mettere le valigie.

Location is fantastic! Right downtown and short walk to train station and main bus center.

We were on the 6th floor with no elevator. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with poor health or disabilities.

The room was comfortable and clean

They provided a kettle but no cups, or spoons They also didn’t provide hand towels They also did not provide the guest pass for the local transport

Accomodation was as expected, was in a good location and staff were quite responsive and helped store our luggage for us while we were out for the day. Aircon, kettle suited the short stay

Check in was at 3pm, we got to our accommodation after a big day out at 3.50pm to find our room hadn’t been cleaned yet. We spoke to the office and told us the only thing we could do was wait it out with our luggage for them to finish. 40mins later we could use our room. Not happy with this result and response hence the score
