Apartment was very near the centre. Lots of shops in the area for things needed. The person in charge communicated really well, sending pictures on where the car park is situated with the code, very detailed on how to get the keys. And if have problems, they responded really quickly especially when i have things i want to clarify.

Appartamento diverso da quello prenotato e pagato in anticipo, una stanza invece di due, nessuno dei due divani letto previsti. Arroganza del gestore tale da far venir meno la fiducia nella piattaforma per i prossimi viaggi.

Appartamento completo a disposizione. Risulta vicino alla fermata del bus che collega la via con il centro e la stazione

Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente esagerato per ciò che offre, considerato che l'appartamento in sé è molto semplice e poco arredato e non presente nessun servizio particolare se non riscaldamento e acqua calda. La proprietaria non è stata particolarmente collaborativa e il self check-in troppo laborioso

Capisco di non essere in un 5 stelle, ma basterebbe un po di attenzione in più: far trovare la stanza a una temperatura confortevole, la presa delle lampade da letto attaccate. Insomma non stampargli l'etichetta di un dormitorio.

Un incubo

Il bagno nell'appartamento era grande. La posizione perché ci sono tanti ristoranti e bar vicini. L'ascensore.

Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento e una stanza. L'appartamento al piano terra con angolo cucina era abbastanza decente. C'era il necessario anche se poco pulito. Muri macchiati e bicchieri sporchi. Il problema principale è stata la stanza al terzo piano dove il bagno è condiviso con altre stanze. Il bagno piccolo e molto sporco ( forse troppe stanze per un solo bagno!?!). La stanza piccolissima non ha neanche un armadio solo il letto . La cosa peggiore è stato il letto che era sporco pieno di peli ( allego foto) di chissà chi. Le lenzuola si notava perfettamente che non erano state cambiate così come anche le fodere dei cuscini che avevano peli e capelli e macchiate di qualcosa che sembrava sangue. Le asciugamani stessa situazione sporche. Ho contattato i proprietari e la risposta loro è stata che le asciugamani le lavano loro e che quella sarà sicuramente macchiata e la butteranno ( perché non l'avete buttata prima?) chi mi garantisce che è macchiata e non sporca viste le condizioni del letto? Per il letto hanno semplicemente risposto che parleranno con la lavanderia... Il problema signori non è la lavanderia il problema è che non avete cambiato le lenzuola!!! Non avete pulito la stanza. Avete solo piegato due piumini e basta!!! Una vergogna pagare un sevizio di alloggio e dover dormire nello sporco in mezzo ai peli di sconosciuti. Viaggio spesso e non ho mai visto una cosa del genere! I 14€ di sconto che ci avete fatto per la tassa di soggiorno non ricompensa la situazione di disagio che avete creato. Chiedo nuovamente " a voi piacerebbe dormire in un letto sporco e pieno di peli di sconosciuti?" Una notte da incubo! Aggiungo che i muri sono fatti di carta sì sentono in continuazione le persone delle altre stanze che si alzano per andare in bagno e lo sciacquone se avete il sonno leggero lasciate perdere. Anzi lasciate perdere a prescindere vista la scarsa igiene.

Kakerlaken

Wir waren in einem der Doppelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Kakerlaken im Flur und an der Zimmertür. WC-Spülung im Gemeinschaftsbad defekt, Sauberkeit des WCs entsprechend. Schlüsselübergabe komplett anonym, Gastgeber nie gesehen. Hat aber alles in allem gut funktioniert. Haus liegt an befahrener Straße, entsprechend laut, schlafen nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich, sonst zu laut. Mit geschlossenem Fenster aber (unter dem Dach) sehr warm und stickig. Im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen. Billige einfachste Möbel, wie zusammengesucht im Gebrauchwarenhandel. Betten sehr einfach und unbequem. Laut Angebot mit Parkplatz, dieser soll aber gesondert bezahlt werden (10 EUR). Falls Ihr nur über Nacht bleibt, spart Euch das Geld - auf der Straße gibt es direkt vor dem Haus nachts viele kostenlose Parkplätze bis 8:00 morgens. Eine entsprechende Frage vorab nach kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten hat der Gastgeber unbeantwortet gelassen. Wir sind um 4:00 morgens wieder aufgebrochen, weil wir nicht mit den Kakerlaken im Zimmer bleiben wollten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht.

Posizione ottima, quartiere multietnico molto servito. L’appartamento è grande e spazioso. La doccia enorme. Il check-in automatico molto veloce. In caso di dubbi le risposte su whatsapp sono velocissime

Mobili vecchi e raffazzonati. Non tanto la camera da letto che era ok ma i letti singoli in soggiorno. Una delle sedie in cucina era rotta. Mancavano cose basilari come lo straccio, lo strofinaccio in cucina o le mensole in bagno, insomma quelle accortezze che rendono una vacanza comoda

Die Fotos auf der Anzeige verwirren den Gast bei der Buchung. Wir waren in der Annahme, dass eine als Ferienwohnung beworbene Unterkunft zumindest eine Gemeinschaftsküche inkludiert. Stattdessen hatten wir ein kleines Zimmer mit stark beschränkten Sitzmöglichkeiten, dass nicht zum aufhalten einlud.

Sehr gute Lage, man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens sind gut erreichbar. Zweckmäßig zum schlafen und duschen. Reibungsloser Ablauf zum selbsteinchecken

Es ist schade das der Eigentümer nicht vor Ort ist. Sämtliche Kommunikation muss übers Handy erfolgen, was lästig ist, wenn man z.b aktuell kein warmes Wasser hat. Wir hatten nur ein Familienzimmer und kein Apartment, dennoch finde ich wenn ein Tisch mit Stühlen vorhanden ist, das es auch für jeden einen Stuhl geben sollte. Wir hätten gerne zusammen gesessen aber mit 2 Stühlen bei 4 Personen schwierig.

Zweckmäßiges Apartment für einen schönen Urlaub

Lage war ok. Man kann in 25 min in die Altstadt laufen. Die Verfügbarkeit eines Parkplatzes (vorher reservieren) war wirklich super für uns… Ansonsten ist es ein kleines, ordentliches Apartment, was seinen Zweck erfüllt. Kommunikation mit Host erfolgte ohne Probleme.

Voll ausgestattete Küche heißt kein Ofen/ Wasserkocher/ richtige Kaffeemaschine;)

War ohne Frühstück Lage an der Strasse nähe Restaurants Parkplatz Einfahrt eng aber gut.

Badezimmer auf Etage war von vorherigen Gast nicht so sauber hinterlassen. Internet hat leider den ganzen Abend nicht funktioniert. Erst am Morgen, so konnte ich wenigstens mein GPS programmieren.

Al nostro arrivo di sera il quartiere era poco sicuro: alcune persone per strada urlavano e litigavano, gli inquilini della palazzina a fianco hanno urlato fino alle 4 di notte. Ad un certo punto si è sentito uno scoppio o sparo. Il parcheggio accanto all'appartamento è di difficile accesso e non sicuro. L'appartamento si presentava molto spoglio e trascurato, la biancheria da letto essenziale e non fresca di bucato. Non rispondente al prezzo pagato.
