Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is lovely, clean and beautifully decorated. We loved it's location and seeing the Halloween fireworks from our windows was a bonus.

After travelling all day, it would be better not to have to collect the keys from another location lugging our suitcases with us in the rain. The office was meant to give us a tourist pass and when we went back the next morning, we were told the person who could issue it wouldn't be in until the afternoon so to come back later.

Highly recommend!

Great accomodation that was lovely and clean, and with plenty of room. Basically located in the middle of the old city with everything right at your doorstep. Parking at one of the designated parking places was ok as the accommodation was only a short walk away.

No microwave. Not a major issue but it would have been helpful.

great location and spacious apartment, beware the street noise (unavoidable because of the location)

The location was excellent, and the apartment was spacious.

Time constraints on the pick up time for the keys were an issue. Had to pick up before 6:30 pm, train scheduled to arrive at 6:00 pm made it a bit stressful. Also a lot of Kate night Street noise from the restaurants downstairs meant we had to close the windows and use the aircon.

Fantastically located light and elegant flat.

Lovely light elegant rooms. Location couldn’t be better with lots of food market stalls and good restaurants 2 minutes away. Great to have an elevator. The only improvement I could suggest would be more kitchen equipment.

Modern and clean flat in Bolzano

Lovely, modern, and clean apartment in the heart of Bolzano near great restaurants, bars, and shops. Spacious for two adult couples. WiFi and air-conditioning were reliable. Located on a pedestrian street, but there is a secure parking garage about five minutes away walking. Staff was always friendly and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Please consider adding the following to make the apartment better: - Hooks or towel racks in the bathroom - Light fixture above the dining table - Basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper

had to go to the office to get/return the key. Walk up 2nd floor(3rd floor in US) wish to have a coffee table for the couch in the living room. difficult to unlock the front door, but we found the way to open.

Nice experience and I like Bolzano!

Big living room. Great location. You can walk to any place - bus stations, museums and Coop in 5-10 mins. And the restaurant Paulaner Stuben across the street is nice.

Before arriving, I asked the host if they provide the free bus tickets (Bolzano Bozen Card) but no one ever answered. You can only get it when you reach the reception and then ask for it, which is available for one week. The bedroom is cold in winter, you have to sleep tight literally.

We found it difficult to find the reception desk but I believe they are in the process of putting a sign on the door.

The check in procedure is not easy. The pick up location is difficult to find as it is in a pedestrian only area and the car GPS tries to take you there. It would make things easier if you were directed to the hotel car park.

A 5 star experience in the center of Boltzano’s old town

The flat is located within the old town next to the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The design and quality is like a 5 star hotel. The property is clean, quite (though centrally located), great air condition, great shower and comfy beds. The host was very patient and accommodating and made the uttermost effort to keep us informed and satisfied. This is really a great find to anyone who travels to Bolzano. Highly recommended

the property is listed with a private parking which is not the case. they do give you 50% reduction in parking fee in a parking lot 7 minutes walk from the property. other than this point this is really a perfect place to be.

Gorgeous apartment in the best location. Beds were very good!

The kitchen needed some things in order to be functional. Needs a microwave, sharp knives for cutting, and a toaster. Also there was no dishwasher detergent. But the place is incredible!! Highly recommend

Amazing beds, matrasses and bed lienen that give you excelent sleeping experience. Spectacular location just in the pedestrian area. Modern renovation and furniture.

We'd like to see a better equipped kitchen, some kitchen utensils were absent. The perfect location has a disadvantage though - it can be noisy at nights.

The apartment is really nice, spacious and comfy. Brand new. The personnel was kind and helpful.

Heating was not working. Stinky corridor of the house the apartment is in. No dustbins downstairs.
