Unsafe and unhealthy sleeping conditions – bedrooms without fresh air, not suitable for overnight.

the location and cleanliness

We booked this property for one night. Upon arrival, we found that all bedrooms were located in the basement with windows that cannot be opened. There is no mechanical ventilation, only a Dyson fan that circulates stale air. The rooms smelled damp and unpleasant, raising serious concerns about hidden mold and CO₂ buildup. Because of this, we did not sleep in the bedrooms. Instead, we moved our mattresses into the upstairs living room with windows, together with our children. This was clearly not the intended use of the property and made our stay uncomfortable. Such conditions do not comply with basic health and safety standards in Italy and should not be advertised as suitable sleeping rooms, especially for families. I cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone until proper ventilation and fresh air access are provided.

Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Suited a family well.

A bit smelly downstairs. Front door key was difficult to use, but we are not used to European doors. Needed to work out bus route to get to it.

Ok for a quick 1-night stop but, wouldn’t stay longer

Well-equipped kitchen

We ran out of hot water and one of us was unable to have a shower till the morning. The bedrooms are dark, almost completely windowless and they feel damp, which must be because they are below ground level, and insulation is less than perfect.

Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Stupendo

Aprendo la porta d’ingresso, ti senti subito a casa. Calda ed accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort, ambienti grandi e molto comodi. La cucina molto spaziosa, dispone di elettrodomestici e stoviglie. Posizione servita da supermercati, posto auto non assegnato ma si trova sempre con facilità.

Un pochino scomodo il letto che affonda al centro, farei un po più di attenzione alla pulizia, ma per il resto tutto perfetto.

Kurzurlaub in Bozen

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und gross genug für 6 Personen! Toll war, dass ein Lebensmittelladen gleich um die Ecke war. Super!

Super séjour

Le logement était très confortable et très propre. Les lits étaient très bien, les deux salles de bain aussi. J'ai bien apprécié d'avoir un étage en dessous du RDC. Les hôtes ont très bien expliqué la démarche pour récupérer les clés et le logement.

La location n'a pas été évidente à trouver sur le GPS, et la manœuvre pour y accéder quand on ne connait pas les lieux n'est pas forcément simple. Peut-être rajouter un peu plus d'explication pour trouver la location. Il a fait très chaud dans la journée, au RDC il faisait chaud malgré la climatisation et les stores fermés, mais l'étage du dessous il faisait frais, c'était agréable.

L'appartamento era molto carino, accogliente... e confortevole. Nota un poco negativa le camere da letto nel seminterrato... perché rimane sempre un po di sensazione di umido...

Appartamento ben tenuto e organizzato

Appartamento pulito, ben riscaldato, disposto su due piani con la parte notte (2 camere un bagno) collegata con una scala nel piano inferiore. Nel piano superiore, ampio soggiorno con divano letto e un piccolo bagno con doccia. Chi deve fermarsi più giorni trova tutto quanto necessario per soggiornare comodamente. Francesco è chiaro e tempestivo nel mandare tutte le info per accedere all’appartamento. Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto.

Arrivando dal centro città, il numero civico è nascosto da una pianta e ci si accorge dell’accesso solo dopo averlo superato. Problema, peraltro, risolto in pochi minuti facendo un giro dell’isolato. L’appartamento è a circa 2,5 km dal centro che è comunque raggiungibile agevolmente. Le due camere e il bagno del piano inferiore sono senza finestre, così come il bagno del piano superiore

Tranquillo e vicino al centro. Valutazione positiva

Appartamento situato in un condominio degli anni 70. Discreto e comunque tranquillo. Prezzo sicuramente più conveniente se sfruttato da almeno 4 persone. Ne consiglio la scelta.

Parcheggio non sempre sfruttabile in quanto pochi posti per tanti condòmini. Le camere sono al piano seminterrato con finestre di piccola dimensione, ma per un soggiorno di qualche giorno, diventa superficiale per na valutazione negativa.

Molto molto freddo

Struttura molto fredda e nonostante siamo stati 2 giorni con i riscaldamenti accessi non si riscaldata. Le camere da letto si trovano nel locale seminterrato al buio completo e solo con 2 micro bocche di lupo che non si possono aprire. Per i servizi ci hanno fatto trovare due micro asciugamani e senza nessun ricambio . Buona la pulizia e la posizione non lontana dal centro. Pensavamo di trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua di cortesia ma il titolare alla nostra richiesta risponde di bere l’acqua del bagno che era piu buona delle bottigliette e potabile.
