Never in my life have I had such a terrible stay.

The apartment was in terrible condition. You could see stains on the walls, the dishes were not clean, and everything felt greasy and dirty. The walls clearly hadn’t been painted for at least the last five years. The cleaning was disgusting, there was no dish soap, and the fake leather chairs were all cracked — you really didn’t feel like sitting on them. My baby’s stroller didn’t fit in the elevator, so I had to carry the stroller in one arm and my baby in the other. I couldn’t open the shutters at all because they faced directly onto the neighbor’s window, and the curtain hadn’t been replaced. It was obvious that the curtain rod had fallen and no one had bothered to fix it. So if you’re looking for a stay in complete darkness, this is the perfect apartment. To take out the trash and dirty diapers, I had to plan in advance for someone to come and collect the bins — very inconvenient. I complained about all of this, and not even the parking fee was offered as compensation. Worse of all: I'm Italian and my family lives and works in town !

Wonderful place, bathroom needs a touch of love

Excellent location near old city, with excellent osteria a short walk away. Well arranged access to both apartment and parking garage. Spotless clean.

Shower drained very slowly, probably clogged a bit - had to turn off water every few minutes not to flood the bottom. Bathroom could use extra furniture - no place to put toiletry bag etc.

Awful Non responsive hosts No WIFi for over a week

There was no functioning WiFi the entire week I was there (previous guest told me they didn’t have it either) Do not book if you need WiFi for business or school or any other necessary reason while they said it never happened before the fact they couldn’t get it fixed in at least 9 days that I know off means if it does happen again don’t expect a quick fix or any other gesture of help or compensation

Great apartment in the heart of Bolzano

This apartment was large and provided lots of space to move around. It was great to have a kitchen which was stocked well. The apartment is located in a quiet place and was very clean. We were able to walk about 10 minutes from the train station to arrive at the property. We could also walk anywhere in town and were close to restaurants and shops. You're also close to public transit so if you want to head anywhere slightly outside the main area of town that is an option. The bed was comfortable and has two duvets. The bathroom was huge and the shower had good pressure. There was lots of storage and places to put your things. The host was also very easy to communicate with. Water in Bolzano is considered mineral water, so the tap water was actually really good.

It was a bit expensive, but was priced accordingly for the area. Nothing really to complain about.

I had a decent stay but could improve in many ways

The room was specious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Quick response from the owner. But the bedroom door didn’t have a lock. I don’t feel safe for that matter as the main door can be opened by the code. There is no reception as mentioned and there is no daily cleaning during your stay. With the price I paid, I think they should provided that. And very thin ceiling, as I can hear every foot steps and everything that was happening from the neighbor upstair.

Overall, recommended for families, super clean and a good central location.

The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped, although some salt and pepper would have been nice, since we had to go and buy these for our short stay. The location is very good and quite central. The airco worked perfectly in the hot nights. Good value for money.

For a 5 night says, I would have expected more towels, to allow us to change towels after a couple of days.

Overall a great place for a holiday in Dolomites

Spacious environment, very clean and modern. Electric window shutters were great. Creative use of furniture to hide shoes and coat hanger hooks that fold.

Upon arrival, there was no complimentary tea/coffee and sugar. This would have been very nice to have, especially after a long journey. Shower drain was rather clogged, causing water buildup.

Would be helpful to offer bottled water, salt, olive oil for cooking. Right around the corner from Piazza De L’Erbbe , so many great ingredients to cook with. would be great to have some staples. Also 10 am is early for check out with the option to hold bags.

serviceable but not anything to write home about.

This was a self-serve studio apartment with minimal comforts. It was not clean on our arrival, though after a few phone calls to the remote/distant management company, they sent a cleaning person over. No parking. Well located to the city center for dining and grocery stores.

The second sofa bed is very small -- more of a trundle bed than a true pull out. Zero counter space in the bathroom so there was no where to put down a makeup bag. The apartment was hot--no AC to speak of. It's set up in a weird configuration like an office suite with similar apartments behind a locked door in a multi-use apartment/office building. So, no charm.

In the heart of Bolzano, Perfect stay

The location was prime, just in the heart of Bolzano. I had never stayed in the center which made it so easy and accessible to go to the apartment when we were tired after walking the whole day with a baby. the apartment was very spacious. Everything was sparkling clean and the code to access the apartment was super easy. the biggest plus is that it includes a parking space 5mins away which is a true treasure in Bolzano.

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Stadt

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zum Zentrum nur ein paar Schritte. Ruhig. Der Garagenplatz ist ums Eck und aus meiner Sicht eine gute Lösung.

Die Einrichtung ist wertig. Es fehlt nur wenig: ein Trockentuch in der Küche und Schrankraum im Bad.
