Arcade Apartments

Our apartment is the newly and stylishly decorated, very modern, spotlessly clean and the timber floor is lovely, lighting throughout makes the huge apartment and very long hallway feel homely. Kitchen and dining area are very spacious and modern. Location is central, staff are helpful.

The apartment is the only one in the building where aircon js not yet installed, it’s not featured in any of the photos in the listing yet. We stayed during the peak of heatwave it was way too hot. We were arranged with another apartment nearby that’s managed by the same reception office. The other apartment was also nice but wish we didn’t have to move. For the size of the apartment the bathroom is a bit small and it’d be very practical to include a washing machine in the huge kitchen. Staff was helpful at check in office but not responding much via the booking site.

The apartments could not be better situated. They are lovely spaces in the very core of town on the elegant Via dei Portici. Central to absolutely everything you might want to do in Bolzano. The apartments were clean, tastefully furnished and well-served by A/C. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more!

Limited towels , no conditioning lotion, no skin lotions, 2 espresso pods for 2 people for 2 days stay . No drinking water availability nit even for purchase . No directions on how to utilize AC or heat .
