The location is excellent, in the very middle of Bolzano, historical building, safe (there are several doors to unlock until reaching the apartment) and clean.
Parking is possible nearby, with 50% discount from the location.
The staff was friendly, kind and helpful
We stayed only one night and had everything we needed for it.
Our apartment was at the 3rd floor, with no elevator. I imagine if one will stay longer and had a big luggage, may be uncomfortable

Very spacious, silent, very comfortable beds, pillows, etc. kitchen was better equipped than most. In super good location, on a main drag of shopping with incredible architecture everywhere and a wonderful market at the end of the block. Walking distance to transit, bars, restaurants, everything.
We got an apartment that didn't look like the photos which threw me off. Instead of colorful and vibrant it was very minimal and neutral. Was a bit surprised by that but the unit was still very very nice. Only 4 coffee pods for 3 nights stay for 2 people.

The location
Limited towels , no conditioning lotion, no skin lotions, 2 espresso pods for 2 people for 2 days stay . No drinking water availability nit even for purchase .
No directions on how to utilize AC or heat .
