Sehr zentral! Klimaanlage gut! Drei sehr Gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe!
Vierter Stock ohne Aufzug - mühselig! Nur ein Schlüssel, falls die Kinder vorher nach Hause wollen! Die Stühle am Esstisch waren nicht sehr stabil! Es gab keine Terrasse! Es gab einen Mini-Balkon, denn man nicht nutzen konnte, da dort die Klimaanlage stand und warme Luft rausgekommen ist! Die beiden Einzelbetten quietschen sehr stark! Schlaf schlechterdings nicht möglich!

Apartamento muy espacioso y bien ubicado
Está en un cuarto piso sin ascensor. Muy duro para subir las maletas. Esto debería indicarse por el propietario en las características del apartamento. Por otro lado, escribí dos veces pidiendo consejo sobre como gestionar el aparcamiento del coche y no recibí ninguna respuesta.
