Would love to return one day

Close to station and the centre of Bolzano. Host was lovely. Clean and spacious

Not a problem for us but you need to be aware that to reach the apartment you need to bring luggage up a narrow staircase

The floor is slightly slanted and not flat.

The location was good. It was about a 10-minute walk to the train station, so there was no difficulty in moving around. The room was on the 3rd floor, and there was no elevator, so it was not easy to go up with my bags. I wouldn't recommend this place to people with allergies or a sensitive sense of balance.

Hanna was super helpful, and respond very quickly whenever I need help! Everything is clean and well-organized and easy to use. I was having issue to check out on time and I even willing to pay extra for the delayed checkout (because it’s my fault), but Hanna was very understanding and let me checkout late. Thank you!

Perfect location. Grate place to stay in Bolzano.

We liked the location - it's really perfect! The host Hanna was very helpful and friendly. We liked the sunroof and the amount of light in the apartment. Highly recommend this place!

Before the booking, you should know that there is no elevator, only narrow and steep stairs. The floor of the apartment is slightly sloped, but it wasn't a problem for us.

A comfortable stay in a beautiful part of town

The location was fantastic! We loved being able to walk everywhere. I loved the sunroofs and the amount of light in the rooms. The bedroom was spacious and the shower was exactly what we would hope for

Excellent comfortable stay in delightful property

Lovely property in a great central location. Excellent communication with host throughout. Prior to arrival the host sent a very detailed and helpful guide with lots of very valuable information. The property is delightful - up two flights -into a lovely flat with wooden beams. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

An addition of a microwave, as there is no oven, would be helpful.

WEEKEND A BOZEN

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal centro, accanto ad una chiesa antica. L'appartamento è accogliente e dotato dei comfort moderni. Grazie alle indicazioni della proprietaria è stato semplice raggiungerlo, parcheggiare e recuperare le chiavi per accedervi. Hanna è sempre stata reperibile telefonicamente e ci ha seguiti con cordialità

Non ho gradito che il riscaldamento fosse gestito da remoto dalla proprietaria, perché piú volte ho chiesto di alzare la temperatura. Il disagio maggiore è dipeso dall'acqua della doccia, che si raffreddava in tempi brevi, non consentendo di lavarci in tranquillità. I proprietari gentilmente si sono resi subito disponibili per verificare il problema, ma senza poterlo risolvere (a causa di un guasto?): sia la sera che la mattina seguente dopo 5 minuti l'acqua era gelida.

Nulla. Unica cosa positiva abbastanza centrale

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura ma purtroppo ci siamo trovati malissimo, l’appartamento era: - sporchissimo - scale piene di polvere e residui di qualunque cosa - odore di fumo di sigaretta che sale dalle scale e se viene aperta la finestra - l’appartamento è PIENO di polvere. Le travi avranno almeno 2/3 cm di polvere sopra per non parlare delle superfici del bagno, camera e cucina - l’appartamento è pieno di ragnatele ovunque (addirittura sulla lampada del salone) - lavandino del bagno con crepe per silicone che si è staccato, bidet inutilizzabile perché non entrano nemmeno le gambe per poterlo fare, ragnatele nel bagno e polvere su specchio e addirittura dentro la presa !!!! - non ci sono sufficienti asciugamani e alla mia richiesta di avere teli per il bidet la proprietaria mi ha detto che non utilizzano gli asciugamani piccoli ma che mi avrebbe potuto dare un asciugamano grande (impossibile utilizzare un asciugamano da viso per il bidet) -sapone dei piatti dentro quello per le mani in bagno -casa completamente in pendenza non segnalata Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente sfavorevole.

Soggiorno fantastico

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni in questa struttura e non possiamo che parlarne benissimo! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità. L’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. La posizione è strategica: tranquilla ma a pochi minuti dal centro, perfetta per esplorare la zona. Un grande punto a favore è stata anche la disponibilità di Hanna, sempre pronta a fornire consigli utili su ristoranti, escursioni e luoghi da visitare. Veramente il Top!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal in der Innenstadt, als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig.

Es gab ein wenig Stauraum für Kleidung und Lebensmittel in der Küche, was uns aber nicht wirklich störte!

Heerlijk verblijf, schattig appartementje

De locatie is geweldig, zo midden in het centrum maar ook dicht aan de rand van de stad, je bent snel met de fiets buiten de stad en ook is alles te voet te doen naar het centrum. De keuken en douche zien er netjes uit en er is voldoende servies en kookgerei aanwezig. Fijne slaapkamer met voldoende ruimte om lekker al je spullen uit te stallen.

De stop in de gootsteen van de keuken sluit niet af, er zijn eigenlijk te weinig stopcontacten boven het aanrecht en te weinig ruimte in de kastjes voor boodschappen.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica vicino sia al centro storico sia alla stazione e funivia. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e premurosa, l’appartamento pulito ordinato e dotato da tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno.

Muy cómodo, limpio, y la ubicación ideal.

Falta de menaje. Solo 4 tazas de café y una estaba rota. Solo había 2 cucharillas. Nos gusta tomar infusiones y no había tazas tipo mugs.

Hacía un poco de frío dentro ya que en las escaleras estaban las ventanas abiertas.
