Beautiful apartment

Very good location, easy check in and check out process. There's car parking onsite which was a bonus for us as parking was a nightmare around town. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had decent amenities. We had a lovely stay.

Great apartment in the heart of Bolzano

Beautiful space, with plenty of room and sleeping options. The sofa bed was actually really comfortable as was the bed. Wonderful location only a few minutes from the bus, train and cable car.

A lot of things could easily be improved and then this place would be great.

Spacious apartment in a convenient location, quiet, close to the centre of town.

Many things lacking. There was an oven, but no oven mitts or anything to enable you to remove something hot. Unlike any other apartment we’ve stated in during the past 5 weeks in Italy, there were no staples: no coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar… nothing. This is not appreciated when you are travelling by bicycle as we were. Also, there was a clothesline but no clothespins, which are important when the clothesline is on the outside of the balcony two floors up.

Bolzano vacation 🥰

Впринципе квартира неплохая . Немного старовата , но понравился закрытый комплекс . Было тихо и спокойно . Недалеко от центра . Есть некоторые кухонные принадлежности на кухне , в ванной кроме мыла нет ничего .

1 - не понравилось общение персонала . Заселение прошло быстро без проблем , но квартира была холодной . Спросила почему не работает отопление , ответили что центральное отопление и они понятия не имеют . В итоге оказалось что на стене есть термостат который нужно было просто включить , чтоб квартира отапливалась . Странно что персонал об этом не знал , или решил не говорить . 2- плохо работали телевизоры , которые периодически отключались сами 3 - в шкафах лежит старое использованное грязное белье . Использованные салфетки . Уборка никакая 4-неприятное общение менеджеров компании , отвечают грубо . 5- цена и качество не соответствует

Appartamento moderno e ben rifinito in centro a Bolzano. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno con numero assegnato. Zona tranquilla a 2 minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Molto silenzioso. Vicinissimo a locali e bar. Base ideale per visitare i mercatini di Natale.

Lage, Innenstadt 10 Minuten fussläufig,

Wasser in Dusche lief nicht ab, wir mussten Abflussfrei kaufen. abplatzende Farbe an der Wand Schimmel im gesamten Bad,Schwammtücher alt und gebraucht, keine Geschirrtücher-mussten wir kaufen, Frontblende an Spülmaschine lose, Kein Feuerlöscher wie angekündigt, eine Schranktür lehnte im Schlafzimmer an der Wand. Unsere beiden teuren E-Bikes wurden vom gesicherten Fahrradträger im abgeschlossenen Innenhof gestohlen. Der Wochenpreis für die Wohnung war unverhältnismäßig hoch zur Wohnungsqualität

Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr geräumig, großzügige Zimmer, hohe Decken, sauber, alles strahlend weiß und schön gemacht, kein Schnickschnack. Wirklich schöne Wohnung.

Die Dusche ist nicht besonders komfortabel und heiß/kalt lässt sich nicht gut regulieren. Decken-/Fliesen-Schimmelprobleme im Bad, halt Altbau. Eine WC Bürste kostet max. 2 EUR u sollte nicht so aussehen! Sonst alles tiptop! Tolle Wohnung.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, der Parkpatz direkt im Hof. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet.Es gab 2 TV in der Wohnung

Es fehlen Nachtischlampen, der Backofen und auch einges an Geschirr war nicht sauber. Die Balkone waren sehr klein und es gab keinen Platz , um dort zu sitzen

Slechte prijs-kwaliteitverhouding

Het appartement was fijn gelegen dicht bij het oude centrum. Supermarkt er tegenover was ook zeer prettig. Het zelfde geld voor de privé parkeerplaats op het binnenpleintje.

Er vielen mij een hoop dingen op waardoor ik de prijs wel aan de erg hoge kant vind. Bij aankomst bleek de vaatwasser nog vol te staan met vieze vaat. En het deurtje wat er op hoort te zitten valt er ook bijna vanaf. Verder missen er een hoop dingen in de keuken bijv. Onderzetters en fatsoenlijk keukengerei. Om vervolgens te beginnen over dat maar de helft van de stopcontacten werken in het appartement, het doucheputje verstopt zat, de wcrol houder kapot is en er beginnende schimmel in de douche ontstaat. Er zitten wel handoeken bij. Overigens ook maar 2 p.p. voor een hele week. Maar iets van een vaatdoek zou ook wel praktisch geweest zijn. Hetzelfde geld voor een bezem of veger en blik. Alles bij elkaar is er te veel mis. Zeker voor de prijs die we ervoor betaald hebben.

L'appartement est bien situé, assez proche du centre, il est spacieux et propre

L'équipement de la cuisine était un peu juste, peu de vaisselle, des prises électriques qui ne fonctionnaient pas toutes,, une TV qui est tombée en panne le 1° soir. On nous a demandé d'envoyer nos passeports par internet, pour obtenir le code du coffret à clés, ce qui est contraire aux mesures de cybersécurité. . Le salon donnait sur une rue très bruyante, ce qui était gênant pour la personne qui occupait le canapé-lit du salon

Posizione dell'appartamento in pieno centro che consentiva di raggiungere il centro comodamente a piedi. Molto comodo il parcheggio privato interno al cortile. Le camere abbastanza spaziose e la cucina funzionale e luminosa.

Eravamo 5 ospiti e non tutti hanno gradito i cuscini e il materasso in cui hanno dormito (un pò sottili). In alcuni punti delle stanze la pulizia non era perfetta, ma nulla di particolarmente grave.

1. South Tyrol 지역 대중교통 패스를 제공하지 않으므로 대중교통을 이용할 경우엔 가성비가 아주 좋지 않은 편입니다. 2. 7박을 이용했지만 음식물 쓰레기 등을 처리해주지 않아서 불편했습니다. 3. 체크인 후 24시간 이내에 실내 파손 여부를 알려주지 않았는데 나중 발견시 배상하겠다는 협박성 안내는 참 황당합니다. 이에 따라, 체크인 후 무려 40장의 사진을 촬영하여 찍힌 곳, 긁인 곳, 부서진 곳 등을 통지했습니다. 이런 숙소는 20년 이상 여행 경험상 처음입니다. 4. 궁금한 사항에 대해서 메일로 문의하면 답변 내용이 불친절함을 느낄 정도로 성실하지 않습니다.

Die Lage ist gut sowie Parkplatz am Haus. Gute Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Keine Kissen auf dem Sofa d.h. unbequem, sowie die Renovierung in der Nachbarwohnung. Schlüsselabgabe umständlich. Ein wenig billiger wäre nicht so schlecht.
