The 60m2 new non-smoking apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, controlled ventilation and is suitable for allergy sufferers.
The apartment is fully equipped.
Great attention was paid to the use of natural and regional materials. The oiled solid wood floor gives a particularly pleasant feeling of living. The view of the surrounding vineyards is unique.

My partner and I stayed at the Messnerhoff winery guest house for a week in May and will definitely come back next time we are in Bolzano/Bozen. The location is close to town, but quiet. The views are incredible, and the house is comfortable, clean and well-designed. The home is within walking distance of several amazing hiking trails, and it is only 1.25 miles along the river path to historic downtown Bolzano. Bernhard was a lovely host -- he was responsive, gave us a tour of his vineyard and wine cellar, and was kind enough to give us a ride to the train station at the end of our stay because taxis were hard to come by. Definitely recommend this VRBO.

A really wonderful location just a few minutes from the heart of Bolzano. The house was incredible and our only regret is that we didn’t get to enjoy it in the summer! We’ll be back! Highly recommend

A beautiful home set against the lovely vineyards in Bolzano, run by the friendliest, warmest and most caring host, Mr. Bernhard. My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children, 8 & 9) had the most amazing stay at this apartment. As we did not drive during our trip, Mr. Bernhard even offered to pick us up from the train station on a Sunday. We eagerly accepted and were really really grateful to that. Actually, it wouldnt have been difficult to get to his place on our own. With luggage in tow, it is possible to reach by taxi that would have just cost around 8 Euros. He was really very kind.Everything in the house was impeccably designed and built. Upon arrival, Mr. Bernhard gave us the tourists cards for Bolzano which saved us a lot of money as it allowed us free public transportation in the area and also free visits to selected museums. Those cards (7 days validity) would have cost our family about 100 Euros otherwise. We put the cards to good use and went to Lake Carezza, up the Ritten cable cars to Renon (free too, with the cards), and visited museums.We enjoyed the wine produced by Mr. Bernhard too. We had a chance to try his Gewürztraminer and loved it. The jam his family produced was also tasty. Although his family no longer bakes bread where guests can order, Mr. Bernhard gladly helped us get our daily dose of the freshest and yummiest bread you can find in Bolzano.I dont think we can find another apartment of this quality in our travels. The hospitality we experienced was amazing and the memories of this wonderful place will last forever. Thank you so much Mr. Bernhard.
