It's between good and bad

The receptionist was good, she helped us to keep our bags at the beginning. You can cooked, available most of the items to help with that. There is freezer working very well, from the Bolzano train station 20 minutes walking distance . There is tv available even we didn't watch a once

They dont do room service, first time was clean but after they don't do room service for cleaning, they don't provide shampoo,only first time body shower. They ac was very bad, it's even not working. Toilet door can't Lock

The room had a very well equipped kitchen and we had an awesome stay.

The room was very clean, it had combatable beds, a very neat and well equipped kitchen and it was in a awesome location, right next to the river and had an amazing view of the mountains around Bolzano. We highly recommend Roma Ariston Apartment.

We really liked the Roma Ariston Apartment so we don't have any complaints.

Very comfortable and well equipped rooms.

Staff retained driver's license in exchange for a timed parking permit. We later realised the license was stored in an unlocked drawer instead of a secure location.

Overall it's just a decent place to sleep while passing through with a few negatives. Shower and bathroom were nice.

There is ZERO parking. When we booked we have a screenshot where it says "offering private parking" which is clearly not the case. There's only public parking which is always full everywhere. Kitchenette is far from fully equipped, simple things like coffee, sugar and cream go a long way. No soap in the bathroom.

Big and very clean flat

Very clean and big comfortable flat, enjoyed the stay very much, parking is free overnight from 19 to 8, good kitchen, fridge, beds are big and comfortable, would definetly recomend for big group of people.

Excellent for our family of five for one night. very clean, excellent value for money. Comfortable beds and pillows with blackout shutters

Pretty comfortable apartament for 7 guests. Great view from the balcony, very clean and really nice service. Just a few steps to the nearest reastaurat. I definitely recommend it🙂

Praktisch, schön & günstig

Das Hotel Ariston, in dem der Check-in erfolgte, war leicht zu finden. Die freundliche Rezeptionistin ging mit uns in die Wohnung, welche zwei Häuser weiter liegt, und zeigte uns alles. Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und zweckmäßig, aber freundlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber, auch das Bad und die Küche. Diese haben wir nicht genutzt, daher kann ich nichts über die Ausstattung sagen. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass es im Schlafzimmer 3 Zusatzbetten gibt und wir mit unseren drei Kindern schön Platz hatten, im Wohnzimmer übernachteten noch zwei weitere Angehörige auf dem bequemen Schlafsofa. Ein großes Plus sind die Verdunkelungsrollos und die Klimaanlage! Wir konnten so sehr gut schlafen. Quasi vor dem Haus befinden sich Bushaltestellen (Bus ins Zentrum) und es soll auch einen schönen Fußweg ins Zentrum geben, den wir allerdings nicht ausprobiert haben.

Wir hätten einen kleinen Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon gut gebrauchen können, da wir feuchte Handtücher vom Baden dabei hatten.
