A huge minus is the unclear move-in instructions. There was an empty wine bottle next to the trash can. The apartment needs cosmetic repairs. The air conditioner runs for 10 minutes, then the warm air disappears and the air conditioner starts making loud noises. When the neighbors turn on the air conditioner, the same unpleasant sounds can be heard in the room.

Good location close to the city center, but only on warm days in winter I wouldn't recommend it.

I have received email with clear instructions on where to register and pickup the keys in advance. That help me with organizing my trip.

The phone numbers included in the email wasn't reachable, also the property wasn't available on Whatsapp. When my spose enter the office, because she couldn't reach them by phone, they didn't want to instruct her that we will receive the keys at the property, but requested her to visit the office again 1 hour later. After 1 hour, the man from the office arrived with half an hour delay!!!!!!! Just to told her she has to drive to property. Property was very cold, as the small heater wasn't working properly, nor the AC. If we try to use the radiator to het up the apartment, radiator would cause power outage. The bedding was dirty, cleanless in general was poor. Also the wifi name & password given to us was wrong...

A really good stay

The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything, and with the terrace overlooking the city and the mountains it was really worth it. The owner is quickly available and very nice.

The keys have to be picked up elsewhere (and that's fine, because the owner provides instructions in advance), but after getting them, it was a bit difficult to figure out the entrances and which keys to use for each door and elevator. Another small issue: the refrigerator was making too much noise, so I turned down the temperature.

Simply Awful

It was quiet. That's about al there was to like.

It taught me a lesson to read the reviews more carefully. I have since found that nearly all the negative reviews to be accurate. There was a smell in the apartment. The hosts were very unhelpful. Walking into the town with luggage is a ridiculous thing to have to do simply to collect the keys. I was 10 mins early to collect my keys and they made me wait. The towels and bed linen were damp. There was no soap in the ensuite. The external terrace furniture was rotting. The Air Conditioning system attached to the external wall kept me awake all night (humming loudly) even though I had it turned off. So I had to sleep on damp bed linen in the kitchen all night (see picture). When I complained the next day I was simply ignored with silly text messages. The annoying thing is that all the problems can be simply solved. Dry towels, bed linen and soap in the ensuite is easy, Keys should be in a lock box AT the residence (not in town) and put vibration pads on the AirCon (or simply move it off the bedroom wall!). Do not stay here, you have been warned.

Lack of communication

Location

1. First, the elevator to go up to the third floor doesn’t work. You press the button and nothing happens. 2. Second, there was no place to park. We parked in a spot and tried to contact the emergency numbers provided, but no one answered. In fact, one person replied saying they no longer worked with you. How can you keep an emergency number that’s outdated?! 3. Since we left the car in a spot we didn’t know who it belonged to, we were woken up in the middle of the night by a very rude man threatening to call the police, and we had to leave the car on the street. The place itself is great, but the lack of communication is a major issue.

Beautiful place to stay, incredible value, outside of but convenient to the city center.

Incredible value - Was one of the more affordable listings for the area, but was really a beautiful space. Balcony with an incredible view. Lots of natural light. Modern design. - Makes me wish this was actually my apartment to live in. Very quiet neighborhood but still close to the city center. Was equipped with a kitchen, so you can cook your own food with local ingredients. - Check in staff was incredibly professional (note that is at a different address). Check out was to just leave keys in the room.

There was a Bialetti-brand coffee machine in the room, but none of the local groceria's carry compatible pods. (Spar, Coop, the other one in between). Front door key was a tad tricky at first.

Would never book again

Good location

I usually never write bad reviews but I would never support this business ever again. I am honestly outraged about the experience with this accommodation. I had some issues with booking resulting in my booking being cancelled automatically by booking after I had already paid. I booked again as I needed an accommodation for my stay in Bolzano. Since the money had already been issued to the accommodation, booking couldn’t refund me directly. I tried to talk to the accommodation personally but they refused to refund me. In the end, I lost all my money and paid 600€ for 3 days there. And don’t even get me started on the value for money. The communication with the hosts is minimal, they send you confusing messages (e.g. reminders that you have a booking tomorrow on the day of your check-in), don’t reply and don’t give you a real introduction for check-in so you feel quite lost trying to figure out everything yourself. Also trying to scam you about parking, the booking itself says there’s free private parking but they try to direct you to another paid private parking that is 5-10mins away from the accommodation, so have fun with carrying all your bags there and then onto the 3rd floor cause the elevator is broken as well of course. The accommodation itself would have so much potential but they really did not make anything out of it. Loose toilet seat, there’s not even soap to wash your hands. The towels are ridiculous, size for a child, apartment ist dusty, bottom part of the walls is coming off. You can really understand that the owners just wanna make the most out of it by taking a lot of money while showing little to no care.

No breakfast supplied. Location was good. The car park is secure.

Collecting the keys was inconvenient. The reception is within a traffic calming zone so we could not drive to it. We parked some distance away and walked. The receptionist was quite offhand and rather unwelcoming. The building is like a bomb shelter with heavy steel doors from the dark, underground garage. Getting to the apartment is using a dedicated elevator and electronic key. One exits into a dark, bare hallway under video surveillance. The apartment is entered through yet another heavy security door to find white, bare walls with very basic fittings and furniture. Not at all welcoming. Upon checking, we found the towels to have been laundered but still wet as was the bedding. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. We had come prepared, having read the reviews. We had sleeping bags and kitchen equipment with us in case the reviews were accurate, which they were. This is clearly a multi occupancy building owned by one business. Yet there were no signs indicating emergency exits, no emergency lighting and no fire extinguishers or fire blankets. There was no signs warning of video surveillance in operation. The only thing that was good about the apartment was the location. The whole building, as we experienced it, had the atmosphere of an open prison or Cold War detention centre for defectors. Be prepared.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, no shower gel too.. only small sachets with shampoo. The fridge was very loud, and whole kitchen was shaking because of it.. something was definitely wrong with it.

Very nice apartment with a big roof terrace. The beds were comfy and the bathroom well equipped.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned well and the dustbin full of trash of the previous tenant. But apart of that the apartment was perfect.

Location was good and secure parking on site.

Check in process was difficult and finding that location then the apartments was frustrating nainly due to the local access restrictions. Took ages to get out of the car park as you needed a key which you had already left in the room as instructed!

The location

The directions to the apartment from the rude receptionist were shady, to say the least, plus the key to the lift didn't work. We stayed in apartment 6 for one night and it wasn't worth the money to be honest. The apartment wasn't very clean. The kitchen was grubby, the walls and curtains had disgusting smears on, especially in the bathroom around the toilet flush. The toilet is a saniflo system which is clearly broken and makes an awful noise like a pneumatic drill when in use and also when not in use, (this goes on through the night) it also makes the apartment have a horrible smell. The terrace partition was broken and flat on the ground and the sharp fixings were left jutting out of the walls. The terrace also had dead plants in pots with old dirty mops and brooms accompanied by an empty water bottle filled with fag ends. The wardrobe was stocked with an old stained duvet and lumpy dirty pillows. So glad it was only for one night. This apartment shouldn't have been let to people in its condition. We contacted Terraza Central Apartments to make them aware of the condition of the apartment numerous times, and although they have read our messages they have chosen not to respond.

Large modern flat, comfortable.

Nice modern accommodation, well equipped. It was large like a flat, suitable for long stay as well. A bit outside of the city center but few minutes walking are fine. Best with bicycle.

The reception starts working at 13h and before that literally nobody can be found. In the flat there was a built-in equipment in the pipeline what made loud noise randomly like a tractor is moving inside. I was afraid neighbours come to complain.

Beautiful bathroom. Nice hardware throughout the apartment. Pocket door leading from bedroom to rest of the apartment. Two balconies in my apartment (#401), off of the kitchen and bedroom. Wi-Fi worked. Air conditioner worked.

I had to go a long way to get the keys…the map shiwed it was 700 meters. And then I had to walk back. Not good. I think there should be someone there for a fixed time period, for example from 6 to 9 PM. OR BETTER, include that information in the description. “PICK UP KEYS AT VIA DELLA MOSTRA 9.”

Nice place with good view, big balcon, i was alone but i thing it’s very good place for holidays with your girl. Kitchen with all facilities. Not far away from centre of city, clean, quietly, big bed.

Minus that you need to go for another place to make check in first, it’s maybe 10-15 minutes from apartments. Door to apartments was didficult to open, but i asked reception and they explain how to do it right.

Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento con sporco a terra, i muri pieni di segni e pedate, la maniglia della porta di ingresso inserita nella sua sede senza la copertura di protezione, alcune prese senza placche a coprirle, nessuna tenda alle finestre che danno tutte sulla terrazza comune, con obbligo di tenere le avvolgibili abbassate se si vuole evitare di farsi vedere da chi si trova in terrazza e non si vuole la piena luce esterna in camera. In bagno il phon è pericoloso, ha le resistenze scoperte e accessibili e una volta acceso si è spento subito dopo. In cucina la macchinetta per il caffè è a disposizione, ma le cialde non sono quelle adatte alla macchinetta. Terrazza e i suoi arredi malmessi e trascurati.
