I want my apartment to be like this

It's the most homey apartment I have ever stayed in. Well furnished with light furnitures and decorations which serve the purpose and necessities, makes it a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Also the view from the windows are amazing.

Location near train , bus station, local bus routes, public transport very reasonable excellent choice cafes restaurant and gelato 1 , 1.30 hour into the dolomites asked to leave bags because we were early and accommodated this for us .

Great location in the city centre, has bonus rooftop access. Apartment was nice, clean and well decorated. The kitchen had all the essentials and was perfect for our stay

Was a little difficult to find the correct entrance, and there was a few communication issues trying to check in and find the building. The air con was fixed at a certain temp and could have been cooler.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of the old town

– The location is fantastic – right in the heart of the old town, so you are just minutes away from great restaurants and shops. It's just 10 minutes walking to the main bus and train stations as well – The room is large and comfortable and has lots of natural light. The kitchen is especially fantastic – there's enough plates, pots and pans and even table mats and cutlery. If you like cooking, this place is great

Great apartment for a stay in Bolzano

We had a very enjoyable stay at this vacation flat. The owner lives just upstairs in the same building. She was very helpful. Her English is passable, though far better than our nonexistent Italian and failing German. Fortunately, her daughter helps her out with guest arrangements and her English is fluent. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious. We had no problem cooking a few simple meals when we didn't feel like eating out a restaurant. The apartment is in a building along a main pedestrian corridor in the old town. There are lots of shops and restaurants just outside the door of the building. The apartment is on the third floor, and there is an elevator as an alternative to the stairs. The owner has access to a parking space in a nearby parking garage that guests can book for an additional fee. We made use of it and were satisfied. Prospective guests should note that the garage space is small and won't fit anything other than a small car.

Unfortunately, some nights there were noisy people out and about late at night in the street below the apartment. The noise wasn't the owner's fault, and we dealt with the situation by closing the windows until all was quiet.

Beautiful accommodations in Beautiful Bolzano!!

The apartment itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean…very comfortable, and perfectly located for any Bolzano activity. Good shopping literally outside your door, and plenty of restaurants within 5-10 min. walking distance. We really enjoyed staying here, and would again if in Bolzano.

I requested, and the owner/manager told us she arranged a taxi to the train station for the rainy morning we were leaving. After waiting 20 minutes at the designated time and pick-up spot, the taxi was a no-show. So we had to wheel our bags in the rain on wet cobblestones through puddles to arrive at the station on time. Not our favorite way to start the day.

Hospitality at it's best

Beautiful, comfortable and amazing apartment! It's more like a residence than rental accomodation. Great care and consideration has been given to providing everything. It has a well fitted out kitchen, everything you could possibly need, there are even condiments and some basics available. So tastefully furnished, once again lots of extras like hat stand, trinket boxes and baskets. You are really provided with every thing down to sewing kit and pens and sticky tape! Comfortable bed, great lighting and plenty of hot water. Highly secure! Located right in the heart of the old city, step out of the lift and you are in the main shopping street. It's not far to walk to all the main areas; the market street, train station, cable car station, the river, museums, city square. There are multiple supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Restaurants and bars and gellaterias, take your pick, all close by. Communication is excellent, timely and helpful. Hostess is on site. My second stay, different apartments, same quality and charm.

Bolzano felt like home!

The location was superb: right in the heart of town! We loved the apartment. Our host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated all of the extras that were provided in the kitchen: coffee, tea, sugar, etc. The terrace was a lovely surprise where we enjoyed a happy hour with a beautiful view of an old church and the mountains. The bed and linens were so comfortable.

Our only regret was that we didn’t book a longer stay at our lovely apartment in the great historic town of Bolzano.

A wonderful base to visit the Dolomites

A terrific apartment located in the centre of town and a 10 minute walk to the railways and also the cable car. Spacious and beautifully decorated with lots of windows and everything we needed for a great stay.

Superb!

This is a superb apartment, great care has been taken to provide guests with everything that you'd come to expect when booking an apartment. There's a fully equipped kitchen with consumables along with some condiments and tea and coffee. There's plenty of space for two people. Wi fi works well, plenty of hot water, room and building are very secure and there's a lift...no stairs!!. The apartment fills with natural light and it was warm enough not requiring heating though chilly outside. Extremely clean and everythng neat and well organised in storage areas and cupboards. The hostess is a most gracious, friendly and helpful lady, there was ease of checking in with being greeted and settled into apartment. The location is just fantastic, right in the heart of the historic centre, a few minutes walk from the train station, located on a beautiful arcaded street filled with shops. All major sights to see are located close by with the market street just a little further down. There's supermarkets close by at either end of the street and a cinema through a passage way just a few buildings away. The apartment was a huge plus for my stay in Bolzano.

Excellent stay in Bozen!

The owner helped us into the garage (which is small, but its manageable) and lead us to the apartment. It is in the middle of the town, location couldn't be better. As we were travelling with our baby, the host provided a high chair, moved all the "dangerous things" out of reach for the baby and even put a teddy bear in the room. Very lovely details! The kitchen was equipt very well. We felt very welcome and liked hanging out in the apartment. The windows are remarkable, they cancel out the noice in the street below almost completely. We can definitely recommend a stay here!

A great stay in Bolzano

It was a really pleasant stay in Bolzano. The location was great close to the station and in the city center, a nice big and bright room with a kitchen to make yourself a nice breakfast which can be enjoyed on the roof terrace. They even had a washing machine to do some laundry.

It was a bit warm in the room some occasions.

Great location - right above the main shopping street in old Town.

Couldn't figure out how to use the air conditioner (actually not sure if there was one.) Also there was some sort of construction or cleaning on the street below at very early hours which was quite noisy.
