Fantastic

A lovely apartment in a great location. It was spacious, a separate room for your luggage and clothes. Bedding and linen were lovely quality. Although in the centro it was very quiet The Sudtirol Guest Pass was an added bonus - we took a local bus 10A to do a wine tasting at Kelleri Bozen Cantina.

The only small negative was the city tax - you were asked to pay by IBAN or PayPal - to me it would be easier to give cash or pay by credit card on check-in

Beautiful apartment in the center of Bolzano, could not have asked for a better location. Well equipped and comfortable bed. Great bathroom and the balcony has nice views of the mountains.

Heaven in Bolzano

The location was great, close to the centre, but also walking distance from the station. The apartment is tastefully decorated, exactly like the photos on the site. There are things that are important to a traveller, such as packing space in the bathroom. You have amazing views and can see the beautiful mountains surrounding Balzona.

Balcony. Really comfy bed. Liked the roof windows, but one wasn’t working.

One window non operational. Shower drain was blocked so bathroom nearly flooded. We unblocked it.. eugh!! Limited catering possibilities.

Superb short stay in Bolzana

The bed was so comfortable! Location was so ideal for me. Easy to walk around to get food, sightseeing and shopping. Coffee machine, kettle and 2 bottles of water supplied. A complimentary public transport pass was also provided in advance via WhatsApp and email. Perfecto! So easy and quick to reach Manuela if there was any questions. Will definitely come again.

Great stay in city centre

Very central location with easy access with codes for the doors. Communication with Manuela was fast through WhatsApp and nothing was an issue. The Bolzano card was great as we used it to get to brixen and Ortisei without having to pay. The apartment is recently renovated, very comfortable and modern.

A unique and great apartment

Immaculate, very modern, fantastic interior design, very good bathroom, great location, easy access, good communications with the manager, thick towels, coffee, unique bedroom!

A "room" at the centre of the action.

The "room" is located at the very centre of town. Couldn't be more convenient for moving around. very clean and decorated according to the high standard of most Sud Tirol hospitality. Host was corteous and prompt when contacted because the Tv remote control was missing.

The property is presented in Booking as "apartment". I automatically assumed, then, there would be a kitchenette for the necessary self-catering function. My booking clearly stated i had booked an "apartment" and, as i travel frequently, I did not check in depth details. To define a property such, a kitchen or a kitchenette must be present, plus often other elements to support a medium-long stay. This was not the case here. The property was a "room", a very small one, with bed on pretty tiny mezzanine. As I must follow a strict diet I could not fully avail of my booking and decided to leave a day early. I believe this should be rectified in order to avoid misunderstanding in the bookings.

Comfy & stylish place

Very clean, modern, well-equipped appartment. Good sound protection, which is important as you are in the middle of pedestrian area. Great communication with the host via WhatsApp, very clear check in instructions. Location: 8 min walk from the train & bus station

Kettle & safe were broken, which was a pity. Internet was disconnecting sometimes

Facility is superb, there are Netflix, coffee maker with coffee capsules in the room. Room is bigger than expected and clean. Location is at heart of old city and can walk from train station.

The room is not cleaned everyday by housekeeper. They will clean every two days.

Would not have booked had description of property been accurate.

Location was excellent. Proximity to tram station was a easy walk.

Suite was not cleaned on arrival…took three hours to complete the service. Bedroom on a balcony not disclosed when booking-we are seniors with serious joint issues. Cleaning was every third day also not disclosed. Suite amenities were very minimal. Contact with management was impersonal and untimely.

Incredible location but still private and quiet. The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. My host was exceptional - very knowledgeable and very helpful. This is an amazing property. Highly recommended.

Incredible entrance to the Dolomites

Incredible apartment in the centre of Bolzano, on a spectacular corner, taking in the mountains and bustling little streets. Tower Suite has a prime view, lovely interior full of light. Make sure you’re fine with stairs as it’s a loft style, otherwise you’ll love it. It should be mentioned how lovely and accomodating Manuela is, answered very fast to messages for recommendations and sorted so small things out with ease. You should also consider the fantastic Bolzano Pass they provide, great transportation card, included in your stay. We loved Bolzano and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
