Clean, bed was so soft like sleeping on a pillow, nice location. Starting a day with italian coffee seeing alps is the best thing ever.
Missing a kitchen. Eating out every day tends to get too expensive in Bolzano.

And the heating system is so good
Very comfortable from every aspect. Absolutely loved the place. Insane view and the costumer service is one of the best

A lovely apartment in a great location. It was spacious, a separate room for your luggage and clothes. Bedding and linen were lovely quality. Although in the centro it was very quiet The Sudtirol Guest Pass was an added bonus - we took a local bus 10A to do a wine tasting at Kelleri Bozen Cantina.
The only small negative was the city tax - you were asked to pay by IBAN or PayPal - to me it would be easier to give cash or pay by credit card on check-in

I loved the location and the apartment which was very clean, very new and everything worked perfectly.
