The location was perfect for our needs - right in the centre of town

all good

- clean, comfortable apartment - terrace with seating area and nice view - great location in the heart of the historic center - lift - good air conditioning - access by numeric code, no keys or apps required - very fast internet - public transit pass included

- bed is in a loft, this wasn’t explicitly described anywhere I could see. Could be a problem for people with mobility issues. - while there were dishes, microwave and coffee maker, the only place to wash the dishes was the bathroom sink, which had no stopper. - no direct access by car, though a somewhat expensive parking garage is about a 5 minute walk.

WiFi sometimes don’t work.

If you like to stay central, the location is amazing and unbeatable. Really, everything you wish for is at your doorstep! Beautiful shops, great restaurants and coffee shops. The flat is on the third floor, so the elevator is very welcome. Once you enter the flat, it feels very spacious, with lots of windows for natural light. All is designed to look modern and minimalistic. We both love the buzz of living in the centre, but if you are noise-sensitive, be aware that Friday and Saturday nights are an ongoing street party until the crack of dawn. Overall, a little too much design and a bit too minimalist, even for me as an architect.

Disappointing! The sleek and modern design looked great in the pictures, but in reality, all the surface materials turned out to be plastic - fake marble, fake wooden floors. Everything, really, everything was out of plastic! Even the beds, pillows, very warm duvets in a small French bed with a very soft mattress, plastic, plastic everywhere. A tiny, tiny minibar-refrigerator that was not fixed in the cupboard. Only one small, very small open bin with only one plastic bag. Real plates, glasses and cups, but no sink, so you have to wash them in the bathroom in a round designer bowl like a hand basin. No kitchen towel for the glasses & plates. Only one bathmat for the two-part, not-connected bathroom - WC, bidet and hand basin in one room - bathtub and shower in the living room! Great spacious glass shower and an open freestanding bathtub in the living room - but no curtain or door for privacy.
