Lovely apartment, well equipped and comfortable

The apartment is incredibly spacious - lots of space to get comfortable and settle in. Loved the balcony overlooking the river. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. The bathroom was really nice and had a great shower once we got the hot water to work, which just required a text with the owner. Incredible location close to everything. We were able to drive right to the apartment and double park to unload our luggage, then parked just a few blocks away safely on the street.

As noted by others, the stairs to walk up are a bit of a challenge with luggage, but day to day was not a problem.

Very cozy and relaxing, superb location.

Absence of box of tissue paper on the table, absence of a washing machine and instead of "Out of order" stickers either have everything functioning or remove them from the premises. And FINALLY the four flights of stairs 😌😌😌

Excelente opción en Bolzano: bien ubicado y muy cómodo.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y es muy cómodo para tres personas. La cocina está equipada adecacuadamente para pasar unos días.Las camas son confortables. El balcón y la vista son bellísimas. El sistema de ingreso es muy eficiente, Hanna está muy atenta a cualquier cosa que requieras y fue muy amable y flexible con el check-in. El mecanismo para dejar las valijas hasta que parte tu transporte es muy bueno y seguro.

В будинку немає ліфту, я це знала коли бронювала помешкання, тому до мінусів не відношу, але підійматись було складно, майте це на увазі 😀 Заселення було дистанційне, зручно та швидко Господарка була завжди на зв’язку!

Неприємний запах у квартирі, було волосся на підлозі Платка в душі в нальоті, який можна було б прибрати Не було капсул для посудимийної машини ( користувались без них)
