Really well-located apartments which are a good size and clean

The location is exceptional, walking distance from the train station and to the old town. Nice sized apartment with kitchenette and desk, clean and feels safe.

The bathroom was quite noisy (water moving in the pipes a lot - perhaps the fittings or the piping needs improving) and could also hear noise from other occupants of the apartment complex.

Quiet, clean, simple, and perfectly located!

Enrico was very relaxed, kind, and was a great host! The room is one of a few small apartments behind their own secure door, making it safe and secluded. The rooms towards the back are quiet with small views of the mountains. Everything is simple, clean, and works perfectly with drinkable tap water and (very) hot water. The fan provided was more than enough for the 38 'C heat, but it can get a little humid! The apartments are located only a few minutes walk from the train and bus stations, a very short walk to the parks along the river and the old town centre, and close by to bike rentals for adventures further afield!

Nothing! Unfortunately there was a water leak into the apartments below and plumbers needed to enter our room to fix the pipes- Enrico was very courteous of our belongings and kept them safe, and there was no disruption or inconvenience caused to our stay. Thank you Enrico!

Apartment Fewo is a wonderful place to stay in Bolzano. Very spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains, well equipped with everything you need. Everywhere was cleaned and very comfortable. We had a great time. We would come back again.

A very central apartment in Bolzano

Very central, nice and warm room, good cooking facilities and fully equipped apartment. The host gave us recommendations where to go and eat.

The shutter of the left window is broken so it was a little bright. The door of the main building was also hard to open, other than that it was a good apartment :) Thank you!

Comfortable two day stay but staff communication was poor.

Clean, well furnished and had everything we needed including fresh mountain tap water.

The staff member who helped out was friendly enough, but the check-out process was quite messy. We were told that we could leave our luggage after checking out in the hallway area, and also confirmed this with the cleaning staff member who arrived shortly after. As keys were required for that area, she told us to keep them and walk around as long as we liked. Later, I received quite a rude message from the other staff member telling me to immediately return and that she told us that we could not leave our luggage there (even though she did not). We then had to plan around this situation and ended up carrying our luggage around for the whole day.

Just perfect!

Very good location, clean and quiet place. I spend 8 nights there, stayed in two rooms, both were perfect, both with windows to the yard and the mountains. Quiet, tidy and very spacious rooms. I received an invoice, as promised. Coming back to Bolzano, this will be my location for sure. It was a perfect stay and I absolutely do recommend this place and host!

We had a great stay and enjoyed staying at Fewo.

spacious room with everything you need for your stay. Right next to Waltherplatz ( everthing is in walking distance). Even though it was a really hot day ( >35C, >30C during the night), the apartment was relaxing ( fan in the room). Tip: If you sleep with open windows,bring earplugs since the street is noisy during the night as well. As soon as the windows are closed, no noise from the street comes inside.

Great mountain view and double glass doors opening to the balcony. We could see the church bell tower as well! Host was friendly and helpful.

Great and clean apartment

It’s a great apartment- very clean, accommodating owner and has complete utensils. My husband was able to cook dinner and breakfast as there’s a small grocery store nearby. Location is 10-15 minutes walk from the train station.

The location is perfect, very close to the station and the bus station, so u can easily hop to ur next hike. Old town is also just a minute walk away.

Good location, but otherwise disappointing

-The room is fine, clean enough, and located right next to the old city center. -The host was cheerful and welcoming, giving some recommendations about the city.

-Horrible check-in procedure and terrible communication: We were informed there was parking available not beforehand, but only at the moment we were driving into the city. Causing us to not go to the parking we planned, but follow the host. However, the directions to the parking were frustratingly unclear. Having to follow the host on her bicycle who kept disappearing amid endless traffic jams. -Wifi didn't work during our entire stay. No effort was made to fix it, nor was there any compensation. -Terrible payment method: normally you can pay by card at the apartment, but this didn't work (probably because the wifi didn't work). Causing the owner (who wasn't present) to call us by phone, asking for my credit card info and CVV security code so he could make the payment himself?? (FYI: never give anyone this info, there's a reason Card Stop exists.) So after an already tiring check-in I had to go to an ATM-machine in the city center to get cash for the payment. I don't understand why they couldn't simple bill the amount to my credit card, as I've done with so many other apartments on booking.com. -Not enough warm water: count on about 1 short shower. -Noisy busy street right next to the apartment. Loud even with the windows closed. -The room is not very cosy, only some basic furniture, but if you stay only for a short period it's fine.
