A bit expensive flat but in the heart of the city

In the centre, convenient beds, big flat, heating ok, many furniture for babies and children. Easy contact with the host.

Broken blinds, no plus toilette paper, no dishwasher pods, no teflon frying pan. No shelves in one of the bedrooms. The doors were sticking.

Central and spacious

Very spacious and comfortable apartment for our family of five. Location was perfect and it was easy for us to walk everywhere we needed to go. It was lovely waking up to the church bells every morning.

A great location for your stay in beautiful Bolzano

Right in the heart of the old town, 15 minute walk from the train station and 20 minutes to the cable car. Bakers, supermarkets, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Washing machine is a bonus. Communication with host very easy.

There is no oven but it does have a microwave and hob, coffee percolator, kettle etc.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. It was cosy, comfortable, and had a charming Italian style that we loved. The flat was located in the heart of Balzano, which made it easy for us to explore the city. One of the standout features of the flat was the balcony, which was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the views. The living room was spacious, well-furnished, and provided plenty of space for our family to spend time together. We appreciated how quiet the flat was at night, which was especially important since we were travelling with our children. Overall, we highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Balzano.

Overall, there were no major issues during the experience, but two minor points were noted. Firstly, the water flow in the shower was not particularly strong, although this was only a minor inconvenience. Secondly, the stairs were not spacious enough to easily accommodate a stroller, which made going upstairs more difficult.

A lovely spacious apartment in the very center.

We loved staying at the Goethe 1 apartment. It was very spacious, with a nice balcony, and close to everything: bakeries (downstairs), cafes, restaurants, the market (steps away), the South Tyrolean museum, the gondola, train, and bus stations (a short walk). The check-in was very easy because someone met us in front of the apartment building as we arrived. The hosts responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

No on-site recycling, but common-use bins were just a short walk away. It looked like many people used them, so it must be how recycling is run in Bolzano.

Fantastic four night stay in this wonderful apartment close to all amenities. A great base to explore the South Tyrol.

The apartment was located in a fantastic area in the Old Town, a short walk from the train and bus station, and right amongst the shops and restaurants. It is a spacious, 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely balcony and all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Stefan was very helpful in checking us in, and we would highly recommend staying at Apartment Goethe.

Apartment needs repairs especially bathroom. No lighting at entrance. A lot of stairs for heavy luggage. No instructions eg garbage.

A big and convenient apartment at a great location.

The apartment is very big, and so it can fit a very large family. The location is great, ~10 minutes walk from the train and bus stations, and it at the border of the old city. The facilities are great: beds are very comfortable, there is a washing machine, equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The apartment was extremely clean upon arrival, and we see that the owner put a big emphasize on preparing it for our arrival. The city view from the balcony is nice and cozy. The owner is very nice and likes to help. The shutters completely block the outside light, so no light problem at the early morning hours.

The apartment is close to the main church, which wakes its surroundings using its bells at 7am every morning. I surely annot blame the owner for that, but it is a fact that you may want to know about.

Not worth the money

Location

I Booked for 3 nights. Left after 1 night and checked into a hotel. We were paying €250 euros a night and this apartment is worth less than €100 a night. The apartment needs updating significantly to meet the price charged. Very old bathroom. Exposed wiring. A cot and pram left in the room. No bedside table or socket.The hotel I moved to was 4 star and charged less for a junior suite.

Nel complesso un soggiorno piacevole, con ottimi punti di forza e alcuni dettagli da rivedere.

L’appartamento si trova in un’ottima posizione, nel pieno centro storico, con la comodità di avere un panificio proprio accanto. Gli ambienti erano ben riscaldati e dotati di molte comodità. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il bagno ampio con doppio lavabo e la presenza della scopa elettrica, davvero utile durante il soggiorno.

Alcuni aspetti potrebbero però essere migliorati: il bagno, pur spazioso, risulta un po’ datato e avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di manutenzione. Inoltre, i materassi di una delle camere matrimoniali sono risultati molto morbidi, al punto da avvertire le molle.

Schön Wohnen im Herzen von Bozen

Eine sehr schöne große Wohnung :). Wir waren zu dritt und das hat alles gut gepasst. Es ist alles drin was man braucht. Knappe 10 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Betten bequem. Nachts ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Attraktionen alle in der Nähe.

Kleiner Punkt. Man braucht etwas Geduld mit dem Warmwasser. Ging aber generell und es ist ja eh besser für die Umwelt nicht so lange zu duschen ;)

Klare Empfehlung, top Lage, trotzdem ruhig

Grosse Wohnung. Unglaubliche Lage, gleichzeitig absolut ruhig. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einmal hat ein Nachbar abends gefeiert, selbst da hatten wir sehr ruhige Verhältnisse

Die gute Lage hat natürlich den Nachteil, dass man nicht mit dem auto vor direkt für die Tür fahren kann. Mittlerweile haben die Vermieter einen eigenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz unweit vom Apartment gemietet. Das war sehr angenehm. Trotzdem empfiehlt es sich mit leichtem Gepäck zu reisen.

ottima soluzione in centro di Bolzano!

l'appartamento è veramente in una posizione eccezionale. In centro con moltissime attività commerciali sotto e diverse soluzioni per colazioni, pranzi e cene. Le camere sono molto comode, un soggiorno con cucina a vista molto ampio con un divano ottimo e tv. Bagno sia con vasca che doccia, separate.

Sull'appartamento direi quasi nulla. Forse andrebbe inserito un tasto luce all'ingresso per il corridoio. Un po' la problematica è il parcheggio, ma che non dipende ovviamente dalla struttura e dall'host che si era reso anche disponibile a fornire un posto auto. Noi ci siamo mossi tardi e in zona c'è poca disponibilità di striscia blu (le bianche sono solo per i residenti), ma ci sono i parcheggi multipiano. Per più giorni però rischia di essere molto oneroso.
