Amazing place to stay!

The most amazing place to stay in Bolzano. Very peaceful surroundings and beautiful garden with a lot of fruit trees and huge wine fields. The property was spacious, well organised and super clean. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Also we were given locally grown apples, figs and exceptional wine. We just loved our stay!

Serenity, comfort and natural beauty

This property is a farmhouse guest house in a vineyard with mountain view. My room has two big balconies with views. The room was meticulously cleaned and well equipped. It is very close to the town centre. The host responded promptly to inquiries. He actually greeted us in person when we checked in.

Newer, clean, light and bright, surrounded by vineyards, quiet.

Nicely appointed, but bring EVERYTHING you need: dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, shower shampoo and gel, paper towels, tissue, trash bags, washing machine soap, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. and a fan if it’s hot. Not well set up for English speakers—only German and Italian. Bring maps and tour information or go to local tourist office located near the train station for tourist info. No market or restaurant information given.

A beautiful apartment over looking vineyards and orchards just minutes walking from the city. We could purchase local wine and apple juice, use bicycles at no charge and sit outside on our private terrace.

Quiet peaceful location within easy access of Bolzano town, modern well equipped apartment with awesome outlook and comfortable bed. Free secure parking, responsive host. Enjoyed our 4 night stay very much and highly recommend.

Lack of basic provisions such as soap in bathroom, dishwashing detergent of any sort, rubbish bags. Was starting to get warm and there is no air-conditioning or fans for comfort.

Ita/eng La vacanza presso Urbanhof ha superato le nostre aspettative. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto in foto, immerso in un vigneto. C'è una tranquillità incredibile. Bolzano è raggiungibile in una ventina di minuti di camminata ed è punto di partenza per esplorare il territorio. Luis è stato gentilissimo, discreto ma presente nel rispondere a tutte le nostre domande, il clima che crea è molto familiare. Torneremo da lui e dalla sua famiglia senza alcun dubbio! Molto consigliato ENG the apartment is exactly as described in pictures, it's fully equipped and it lays in the middle of a vineyard. The area is incredibly quiet and peaceful. You can reach Bolzan by a 20 minutes walk and it's also a great starting point to explore the surroundings. The host Luis was very kind, discrete yet ready to help us out when needed. The atmosphere is incredibly familiar. We're sure we'll come back someday because it's definitely worth a second (and third...) visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent!

The apartment was very comfortable with balconies/decks on three sides. It was furnished well and quite spacious. It is close to town but in the middle of a scenic vineyard so it is very quiet. Luis was prompt when we arrived and gave us excellent property instructions. Make sure to follow the detailed directions that Luis sends to you because it is a bit confusing on how to get to Urbanhof but after the first time, it is easy to find. The bikes available to use were perfect to get to the historic town center where parking is limited. I highly recommend Urbanhof Prantenberger while you are in Bolzano.

There could have been a bit more cookware and a fan for the bedroom would have been appreciated.

Exceptional stay

The place is very quiet and beautiful with surrounding gardens and mountains. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Found everything we needed in the appartment and was very clean. Parking available just in front of the place. Would definately go back and recommend.

Superb

We liked the peaceful location of the apartment. We loved the super comfortable bed, the large balcony overlooking the vineyards and the mountains in the distance. Short walk to bakeries, good restaurants in Greis, or longer walk or cycle to central Bolzano for a huge choice! We loved the apples and plums from the orchard and the apple juice. The wine excellent.

Ein Besuch im Frühling oder Frühsommer ist eine Überlegung wert

Die ruhige Ferienwohnung im Urbanhof Prantenberger einem Weingut war sauber und komfortabel. Für unsere Zwecke ausgezeichnet. Der Vermieter und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich. Der selbstproduzierte Rotwein und der Apfelsaft schmeckte sehr gut.

La struttura è situata lontano dal centro 15 minuti a pied circa! ,consiglio vivamente di arrivare in macchina e sperare di non perdersi lungo il labirinto di piccole traverse. ci aspettavamo un minimo di accoglienza all'arrivo da parte di qualcuno della famiglia ma ci siam trovati solo un biglietto sulla porta con scritto che il proprietario aveva un altro impegno,e nessuno si è fatto vivo per tutto il soggiorno {3giorni} ricordarsi di portare shampoo e bagnodoccia Bagno con guarnizione rotta

Un lugar encantador y seguro para conocer Bolzano y alrededores

Este alojamiento es una excelente elección por estar muy cerca del centro pero a la vez se siente como un ambiente de campiña, muy tranquilo y seguro, nos encantó!, puede utilizarse para visitar zonas cercanas con bellos paisajes de las Montañas Dolomitas . Gracias por las deliciosas galletitas, hicimos un viaje largo para llegar a Bolzano y moríamos de hambre.

Todo bien! Tiene que tomarse en cuenta que la habitación no incluye cosas básicas de cuidado personal así como tampoco en la cocina, si llegas y quieres preparar un café no hay posibilidad ni para una toma , debe ir al supermercado

Einfach alles perfekt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Familie Walcher gelingt die perfekte Mischung aus herzlich-familiärer Stimmung, ohne dass das zu Lasten der Privatsphäre gehen würde. Der perfekte Ort, wenn man es ländlich und ruhig mag. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem (kostenlosen) Bus oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr angenehm geheizt (Dezember). Wir hätten uns unseren Aufenthalt nicht besser wünschen können.

Für Paare, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, absolut zu empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt zwar am Stadtrand, ist aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, vom Balkon gibt es eine Bimbenaussicht! Dank des kostenlosen Südtirol Passes sind wir überall gut hingekommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Äpfel, Eier, Wein und Fahrräder gibt es frei Hof. Das Wetter hat auch noch gepasst. Wir hatten eine super Zeit!

Tolle ruhige Lage in Zentrumsnähe

Der Urbanhof liegt in ruhiger Lage, das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Oma des Hauses ist eine tolle, äußerst hilfsbereite Dame! Man kann sich auch Räder leihen, die eignen sich perfekt zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Das Zentrum ist leicht mit Bus oder Rad erreichbar… Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Ruhige Lage inmitten der Weinreben und Blick auf die Dolomiten. Dank Gratisfahrrädern waren wir schnell im Zentrum von Bozen. Die Vermieterin war sehr gastfreundlich.

Non adatto ai soggiorni estivi e poco comodo per lunghi pernottamenti

Appartamenti in un contesto bucolico, nella tenuta dei proprietari, che abitano in una casa adiacente. Spiazzo con parcheggio davanti agli alloggi. Ambienti spaziosi e ristrutturati.

Gli aspetti negativi che abbiamo riscontrato sono quelli descritti dagli altri ospiti nelle loro recensioni Assenza di saponi, detersivi, sacchetti spazzatura, sale, olio.... ( tutto quanto necessario per uso quotidiano) Difficilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi (15 minuti dalla fermata del bus); in bici il centro è piuttosto lontano Contatto con I proprietari difficoltoso (mai visto il proprietario, sig. Luigi, in 10 gg di pernottamento) Assenza di zanzariere: gli appartamenti sono immersi nei frutteti e vitigni, perciò, come è normale nella natura, gli insetti brulicano, e la loro compagnia è costante in casa, non sempre desiderata (zanzare) Assenza di climatizzazione e Bolzano è una città notoriamente calda d'estate: abbiamo chiesto al proprietario se poteva fornirci un ventilatore, ci è stato negato chiedendoci di tenere tutto chiuso tutto il giorno, che comunque non risolveva nulla.... siamo dovuti andare a comprare un ventilatore al mediaworld: sig. Luigi, vi siete persi per 19 €, potendo fornire un utile sevizio per altri ospiti

Estancia demasiado breve para disfrutar completamente de un apartamento fabuloso.

Los servicios y la comodidad. La limpieza, y una terraza preciosa con vistas. Que estaba en medio del campo y muy cerca del centro de Bolzano. La amabilidad de Hildegard y su hijo, los dueños. Nos gestionaron incluso el pase gratuito a los servicios de bus, tren, etc.

Urlaub auf dem Urbanhof

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf dem Urbanhof. Südtirol können wir auf jeden Fall als Urlaubsziel empfehlen. Dank der Gästekarten konnten wir unser Auto während unseres Aufenthaltes stehen lassen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen. Hildegard war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns immer gefreut, wenn wir sie getroffen haben. Luis war jederzeit, auch abends, telefonisch erreichbar. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal auf dem Urbanhof.

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Die Weine sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr angenehme Vermieter. Die Wohnung war schön und der Blick von dem großen Balkon fantastisch. Es stehen kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung mit denen man schnell in der Altstadt ist.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön gelegen.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage inmitten von Weinbergen mit einer tollen Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Wir wurden von Oma Hildegard begrüßt und mit vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und von dort hat man sehr guten Anschluss an den ÖPNV, den man mit der Kurtaxe umsonst in Südtirol nutzen kann. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und schön gelegen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Es war einfach toll. Bozen und diese Unterkunft ist eine Reise wert.

Es ist eine sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr guten Standard. Ich fand auch sehr hilfreich, dass wir kostenlos Fahrräder benutzen durften, so konnten wir zur Bushaltestelle fahren und das Auto die ganze Zeit stehen lassen.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage! Sehr nette Vermieter!

Die Lage ist sehr gut für eine Stadtbesichtigung, da alles mit den Fahrrädern, die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden, gut erreichbar ist. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Schöner Blick in die Berge.

Geschickt wäre es, wenn ein Staubsauger in der Wohnung wäre, dann könnte man Staubflusen, Brösel und Haare o.ä. selbst immer wieder mal entfernen. Schön wäre auch ein Spüllappen oder Schwamm und eine Minimalausstattung an Putzmitteln: Spülmittel oder Tabs für Spülmaschine.
