Roomy apartment in a quiet building located close to the Centro Storico, the river, museums and a short walk from the train station. All amenities were provided and the windows were equipped with electric shades to close out the sun and heat when needed. The shower was the biggest we have had on our travels and was amazing! There is a laundromat very close by which comes in handy. The host provided a “Bolzano Pass@ which gives you free access to the buses (right outside the door), the museums, and even the ride on the cable car/tram which is highly recommended!

No air-conditioning but two fans and the electric window shades keep it comfortable.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, and has everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the historical centre. We really enjoyed staying here and would stay again if we are in Bolzano!

Mit ein paar Optimierungen ein sehr gutes Apartment.

Sehr gute Lage am Rand der Innenstadt von Bozen. Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock und ist mit einem kleinen Aufzug zu erreichen. Es ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es war sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 10 Nächten und bekamen das Angebot, nach 5 Tagen eine Reinigung des Apartments mit Wechsel der Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu erhalten, was wir sehr gerne angenommen haben (Kosten: 50€). Das Bett ist bequem, es gibt je ein normales Kissen und eines mit Memory Foam. Der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen und hat uns für den kompletten Aufenthalt die Bozen-Card bereitgestellt.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage! Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatte es in Bozen Temperaturen zwischen 30 und 40 Grad, in der Wohnung war es unerträglich heiß. Die beiden Ventilatoren konnten nur wenig Abhilfe schaffen (auch durch unpassende Positionierung der Steckdosen). Wir haben nachts die Fenster geöffnet, um etwas Durchzug zu haben, wurden jedoch ständig vom wirklich dauerhaft sehr lauten Straßenlärm geweckt. Zur Ablage von Kleidung gibt es nur einen kleinen Kleiderständer und ein kleines Regal, obwohl genügend Platz im Apartment wäre für mehr Stauraum. Der Schrank und die Truhe auf den Bildern sind abgeschlossen und enthalten vermutlich private Dinge des Gastgebers. Die Deckenbeleuchtung ist sehr schlecht und dunkel. Wenn man wie wir tagsüber die Rollläden herunter lässt, um die Hitze zu meiden, sieht man auch mit angeschaltetem Licht kaum etwas. Es gibt keinen Ganzkörper-Spiegel, der Spiegel über dem Waschbecken im Bad ist sehr klein und hoch (ich als kleine Person konnte mich kaum darin anschauen). Die Tür des Apartments hat zwar ein Sicherheitsschloss, dieses öffnet/schließt jedoch sehr schlecht und nur mit viel Mühe. Das Tor zum Grundstück ist immer geschlossen und man muss selbst beim Verlassen des Hofes immer den Schlüssel heraus holen, um das Tor zu öffnen. Bei unserer Ankunft lagen schmutzige und übelriechende Lappen im Spülbecken. Alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt und mit ein paar Optimierungen (Klimaanlage, Stauraum, Spiegel, ordentliches Licht) kann dies ein sehr gutes Apartment sein.
