Our stay in Bolzano was wonderful. Upon arriving our host Katejan met us on time and gave us a tour of the apartment. He then spent time showing us a detailed map of the Bozen region and recommending places for us to visit. We then went and had a great time in the exploring in the mountains, seeing wildlife, and biking.

Unsere recht spontane Reise nach Bozen führte uns diesmal in eine schöne Ferienwohnung in Altstadtnähe. Sie ist sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindung sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein kostenloser guter Parkplatz ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben mit den vor Ort verfügbaren Fahrrädern die Gegend erkundet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Après notre demande de réservation, nous avons reçu un message du propriétaire qui stipulait que son établissement était complet. Nous avons alors trouvé un autre hébergement.
Puis le lendemain, nous avons un message signalant que nous sommes prélevés pour la nuitée.
Nous avons donc contacter le propriétaire qui doit se mettre en relation avec la plateforme Abritel pour que je puisse obtenir le remboursement.
