Nice apparment in great neigbourhood with your own parking garage

Good communication and warm and friendly welcome. Great location, private parking garage and within walking distance of the centre with a lot of restaurants and shops. Also good for exploring the area. Very nice stylish modern appartment, super clean and good space. We also liked the outdoor space and the neighbourhood. It was a bit warm inside but with the shitters closed during the day it was still comfortable. Don’t hesitate to boom this, it is the right place to stay in Bolzano area!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. Perfect.

The apartment was in a fantastic location a flat interesting walk into Bolzano. We went in on our first evening to see Otzi and then had dinner and wandered home with a Gelato. Perfecto. So easy we went back in to town in the morning for a relaxed breakfast as the checkout is 11am. Verena is so easy to communicate with and her father Pino was so kind giving us the keys and showing us around. The garage meant we felt very happy to leave the car and walk around town. The icing on the cake for me was The Bath 🥰

A perfect accommodation with everything you need

It was a mordern, clean, comfortable and beautiful place to stay. Not only was the kitchen well-equipped, but everything we needed was readily available, making our stay very convenient. The apartment was not far from the old town, close to a supermarket, and easily accessible to anywhere using a transportation card. Verena communicated with us even before our stay, thoughtfully preparing everything we might need and taking great care of us. Her father, Pino, gave us a truly warm welcome. We loved both Bolzano and the apartment so much that we didn’t want to leave. Thank you for everything!

Everything was brand new, there was everything (and even more) I needed and it was super clean. Communication with the owner was perfect. She provided a city card (free of charge) for busses and museums

Location is not that central, but Bolzano is not that big. It's easy to walk anywhere to and in case the bus is available (which is free thanks to the city card)

Everything was great. Brand new apartment, great location, close to pizzeria and supermarket. Verena was great!! She even had a surprise for us, a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our honeymoon. Her father received us, what a great guy! I would recommend this venue every single time. Don't miss out!!

Best stay in our whole Italy trip!!!

Our host Verena is the most considerate person I have met in our week long trip in Italy. Apartment is very clean, has everything you need and more; bathtub, dishwasher, big balcony, and a big living area. It is also very close to the bus that goes to the city or you can just walk. Would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be back!!!!!!!

Best Apartment I have lived in

Security, private garage, clean space

Verena, our host, is the loveliest and most accommodating. Our train got delayed into reaching Bolzano, and the car rental place also took a while. She patiently waited for us at the apartment way past the scheduled time and showed us around. The apartment is by far the best I have ever stayed and is in a brand new apt building - it is a huge space, she has the automated blinds that are so cool, a nice big balcony, and a wonderful bathroom that my sister and I appreciated. She even left us a bottle if wine and cookies which were yummy. The location is fantastic, there is a private garage that we really appreciated, and she was so quick to responding to all my messages. When I was unsure about renting a car or not, she even offered to keep bus pass ready for us. We had to leave early Sunday morning and Verena was gracious enough to come early to collect the keys. I would give her and the apartment 5 stars! Thank you so much for hosting us.

Appartamento nuovissimo e pulito. Arredato molto bene. Dotato di ogni comfort. Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici. La signora Verena e il suo papà Pino sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Lo terremo in considerazione per altri viaggi eventuali!

El apartamento en sí está bien y es bonito, no muy cerca del centro, pero con transporte cerca y garaje si llevas coche.

Una de las noches haciendo la cena nos quedamos sin luz. Intentamos contactar con la propietaria, pero fue imposible y Booking nos dijo que hasta las 7 a.m no podían volver a contactar con ella. Acabamos pidiendo ayuda a unos vecinos y gracias a eso solo estuvimos una hora y media sin luz. Al día siguiente cuando pudimos hablar, me dijo que el problema era mío por no haber leído unas instrucciones que me mandó por WhatsApp (no las que había en el piso, que si leí) y en las que pone que la luz salta si se consumen más de 3kw y que el cuarto de contadores está frente al garaje. Al parecer, según me dijo, era algo habitual con huéspedes extranjeros y todos se habían apañado para solucionarlo solos. La luz salta si se consumen más de 3kw y hay que bajar al cuarto de contadores al garaje a subir el fusible para que vuelva, no se puede hacer desde la casa como en España. Nosotros estábamos usando un fuego de la vitroceramica, el horno y la campana extractora en ese momento. En definitiva, fue una experiencia muy desagradable, y la primera vez que me pasa algo similar en un alojamiento. La comunicación tampoco fue agradable y llegó al punto de decirme que habló con Booking porque le parecía que la estaba acosando. Me dijo que lo sentía, pero que todo había sido culpa mía por no leer las instrucciones y me ofreció el reembolso de la última noche que nos quedaba si preferíamos irnos del alojamiento ese mismo día (cosa que no hicimos porque viajábamos con un bebé y teníamos que irnos a las 6 a.m almdia siguiente). Mi bebe acabó durmiendo con nosotros porque la cuna que había no tenía un colchón, solo la base. La trona que nos dejaron estaba sucia con polvo, como si hubiera estado un tiempo sin usar. No recomiendo este alojamiento.

tutto assolutamente oltre ogni aspettativa, l'appartamento è un gioiello tutto estremamente curato, pulito e arredato con gusto. Cordialità e disponibilità da parte della proprietaria. Posizione ottima, 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro della città o comunque con mezzo pubblico per arrivarci a qualche centinaio di metri.

Appartamento ideale per un soggiorno a Bolzano

Appartamento bello, luminoso, accogliente, curato, pulitissimo, ben arredato ed equipaggiato e comodo al centro. Si trova in un piccolo condominio recentemente ristrutturato, ha un bel balcone e un garage di grandissima utilità se ci si reca a Bolzano in auto, vista la sostanziale impossibilità di parcheggiare al di fuori delle zone di sosta a pagamento. La proprietaria è una signora estremamente gentile ed affabile. Se tornassi a Bolzano prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo questo appartamento.

Super und liebevoll ausgestattete, sehr gepflegte und moderne Wohnung, ruhig gelegen am Rande des Zentrums von Bozen. In der Wohnung, aber auch im Umfeld des Appartamento Ligeia ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was zu einem entspannten und perfekten Aufenthalt beiträgt (zum Beispiel die umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche, der Zuschnitt und die Ausstattung der Wohnung; separater, abgeschlossener Tiefgaragenstellplatz; großer Balkon; Aufzug; unmittelbare Nähe zum Öffentlichen Nahverkehr; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants u.v.m). Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Appartement Ligeia und im wunderschönen Bozen mit seinen unzähligen Möglichkeiten sehr genossen und danken Verena und ihrem Vater für den herzlichen Kontakt sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthalts.

Relax tra i mercatini di Natale di Bolzano e Merano

Peccato che il soggiorno sia durato solo un weekend. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia con l'appartamento che con la proprietà. Molto disponibile e a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Veramente un piacere e sarà un piacere soggiornare di nuovo in questa struttura al nostro ritorno in zona Bolzano. L'appartamento è moderno e funzionale, in ogni suo aspetto. Ben curato e pulito. Zona silenziosa e in posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro di Bolzano a piedi e non dover spostare la macchina. In zona, sono presenti diversi servizi (supermercato e bar/pasticeria per fare colazione, oltre pizzeria e ristoranti). Ci piacerebbe tornarci in primavera per poter apprezzare ancora meglio le attrazioni che Bolzano ha da offrire oltre ai mercatini di natale (la proprietà ci ha dato alcune opzioni).

Da recepção super calorosa do Sr. Pino que veio nos encontrar pessoalmente para entregar as chaves do apartamento e nos explicar o funcionamento de todas as facilidades da propriedade, além da assistência just in time da Verena via whatts até chegarmos ao local !! De todos os pequenos detalhes de aconchego, como por exemplo um cartão para livre acesso ao sistema público de transporte e o carinho de ter nos deixado uma pantufa para podermos usar quando estávamos em casa. Verena realmente é uma host sensacional !!
