Awesome place and a fine choice if don’t need a Mountain View to wake-up.

Owners take very much care of the place! Very nice!

It’s pretty loud at night. If you re a little sensitive bring ear plugs. The streetlights shine into the room all night. The apartment is in a backyard. No good view.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. The place was really well equipped with everything we needed and more. Exceptionally clean and we appreciated the little touches of lollies and breakfast items and thoughtfulness for my kids. The hosts were so kind and hospitable and helpful - went the extra mile for everything.

Ideal little apartment 10/10

Good sized apartment, has everything you need. Clean, quiet, secure, easy check-in. Good shower, air conditioning worked well. There’s even a kettle! I appreciated all the little extras provided like soap and breakfast croissants.

It’s a 20 minute walk from the station and maybe 15 into town which wasn’t ideal but I knew this when booking

Wonderful stay not too far away from the center

A lovely little tiny house! If the weather was terrible I wouldn't have minded staying indoors the whole weekend. Super spacious, has everything that you could ever imagine for cooking and relaxing. Location was wonderful, near the water and close to big supermarkets. Nice little cafes and restaurants around in a quiet area

Out of the control of the hosts of course but he neighboring buildings' renovation work was quite loud and disruptive.

Very Clean & Modern

It is clean and modern. The breakfast was a nice touch although I don't eat that sort of thing. A small milk would've been a better option.

I would like to have seen more hooks to hang coats and a clothes airer to place damp clothes from rainy weather. Also and very important, please provide a kettle as I drink much more tea than coffee. Tea must be made on boiling water as opposed to simply hot water.

An excellent apartment located in a beautiful little city. Very modern and well equipped. Spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very helpful in showing me around. Located reasonably close to the centre - around 15 minute walk however there is a bus stop directly outside with very frequent services into the centre.

The appartement has exceeded our expectation. It is comfortable and very well equiped to the detail.

The accomodation was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hosts was super helpful and kind, we came much later than we expected and they waited for us. They also helped us with finding parking. The host has excellent grasp for detail, everything was not only clean and funcional, but also beautiful and prepared with love and true hospitality. The beds are comfortable.

The only thing we missed was a freezer, we would like to use it to freeze the blocks for our cooler as we traveled far. Other than that everything was perfect.

A fantastic flat with great hosts in a lovely, central part of Bolzano.

This is a beautifully located flat in a quiet courtyard in a lively and centrally located part of Bolzano. Great restaurants nearby, groceries nearby, and only one block from the river and ten minutes walk to the Old Town. The flat is new, clean, cozy and comfortable and well supplied with everything you need. Super fast wifi too! Angelo and his wife are lovely, friendly hosts who made me feel welcome (even though I don't speak Italian). When I asked them for advice or needed something, they were always really helpful. I had a great stay and recommend the flat very highly! It's perfect for a single person or a couple.
