Perfect

It was incredibly spacious, clean and tidy. The bathroom was huge and adapted for people in weelchair. The location was great and very close to the Ötzi museum and a parking. The street was beautiful and the host was nice. The beds were really big and comfortable. Way better than expected.

The check-in and way of entering was a bit confusing, having to unlock at least three doors. You need to use the phone, which I didn't like, but that's a personal preference.

It was a digital check in using their own app. You will need t download it and then use throughout. We liked the location, it was very central. It's OK apartment for 1 night.

Apartment was adapted for people in a wheelchair. we didn't need ask for it, so I don't know why was it assigned to us. It smelled chlorine throughout the apartment, must have been after cleaning?

Relocated to another property which was not bad but not family friendly

Checkin was really easy and the staff on the next day was very friendly. Location is good, easy (although not cheap) to find parking nearby. We had a second reservation at another one of their locations which went much better.

Unfortunately, we had booked a one-bedroom apartment, because we were travelling with a toddler and a baby and on the day before arrival we were "upgraded" to a "loft" - split in two levels separated by a staircase with a metal rope railing. Needless to say my toddler fell from the stairs. The only bath and WC was on the upper level which is also not ideal when traveling with a baby. No storage for strollers.

Half eaten tub of frozen yogurt in freezer compartment and bedroom curtain needing reattaching to rod. Instruction for parking, finding the apartment could have been clearer . Cooper have a printed map in their office which would have been a better source of information if emailed as a pdf in advance.

Wonderful stay

Loved the modern design and space. Fantastic location in city centre and a short walk from train station. Comfortable sofa bed which was a huge plus that was easy to get out and put away. Smooth check in by code. Bags could be left at main office upon check out so you can enjoy your day.

Modern room in the old city close to everything

Amazing location and nice facilities in the room so we could have breakfast there. The keyless entry system was very convenient. It was nice to have a lift to carry our luggage and stairs were available too.

The wifi was terrible, there was a repeater in the room but the problem was the main wifi kept cutting out. I was forced to pay for roaming fees on my overseas mobile phone network. However, the host did provide us a mobile wifi adapter which we were able to use on our final day, which I appreciate.

Beautiful comfortable apartment in a very central location

Lovely centrally located apartment with plenty of space for family of 5. All amenities provided including a washing machine! Easy walking distance to train station & to all sites in this beautiful town. Check in was okay - with a keyless code system, although it was a little difficult to find the front door in the little shopping alleyway. This was the most expensive accommodation we had in a month long stay all around the north of Italy, it is a beautiful & expensive town and we were there for Christmas though, so I guess to be expected.

The lift/elevator has to be the slowest and least comfortable one in all of Italy. We were on the 3rd floor I think and ended up carrying all our luggage and everything else up and down the stairs. We tested it with one suitcase in the lift, walked at a slow pace up the stairs and still managed to beat the lift! The pillows on the otherwise lovely beds & other linen are terrible - blocks of concrete would have probably been softer. We ended up using our puffer coats in pillowcases as pillows - LOL
