A great short stay in a stunning town

Location was PERFECT. Not in a noisy location but still close enough for quick access to all the local amenities and Christmas markets! The room was very large, very warm and the bed very comfortable.

Stay here if you travel to Bolzano

I like to use my phone to open the door! And the host prepared some snacks for us! So nice! I like it. And we are really in the heart of Bolzano! I'm so happy to walk in the town/city every day during my stay! The host also provided us with Bolzano card (?), which is super easy to use! I just added it to my apple wallet and I could take bus and even train and gondola (not sure if its name is this...or the cable car)

The only thing I feel not happy with is that there is no mini kitchen in my room (which is also my fault for not paying attention when booking.) But there is a good restaurant just across the street so yeahhhh I love this place!

As others have already mentioned, there is the lack of service according to cleaning and fresh towels. I can see the point of not being a hotel but within this price class I would have expected that this important information is clearly written down wherever necessary (e.g. Booking.com, their website but at least on a information flyer within the rooms). It really disturbed us that there was no cleaning and towel changing for our whole time of stay of five days and there was no advise on that issue literally nowhere. It is definitely not intuitive for people to ask explicitly for cleaning and towel changing when there is no information about that nowhere.

The location for this property was great. We initially had trouble getting in the main door and luckily there was another guest that let us in. Otherwise, not sure how we would have gotten in. The room was clean, cool and had everything we needed. The restaurant next door was excellent.

Unbelievably Great Location, poorly appointed room, a little dirty

Location was unbeatable. I liked using my phone to enter the room. That was very conveniet.

The room was poorly appointed. There is room for a couch, but no couch. (We had friends staying in another apartment and neither of us could hang out in each other's rooms). There are no shelves for the suitcase. There are a few shelves for your clothing but unpacking for two people is rough. You basically end up with your suitcases on the floor and much of your clothes on the floor. There are ZERO shelves in the shower so your soap goes on the floor. For us, cleanliness was an issue. The shelf behind the sink is dirty b/c it's painted with rough paint (seems like it's only primer) and it is simply covered with dirt that can't wash off. Worse is the floors are unfinished raw floorboards. I guess that was an aesthetic choice but they have dirt and oil ground in b/c they can't really be washed. They are rough to the feet. I was fine walking around barefoot but my wife found it dirty and gross. (Our friends room had the same floors but their floorboards might have been newer and weren't so obviously dirty). In all, it wouldn't take much for them to improve this place. A small couch, a couple of small stands to put suitcases on, finishing (sanding and polishing) the floors, and installing some shelves in the bathrooms. We considered giving up the $$ and switching hotels b/c we were there for five days and were not happy aobut returning to the room, but, in the end, didn't spend much time in the room, so it was okay. I feel bad about writing such a harsh review, but I think they could improve the situation very easily and without much cost.

La posizione è perfetta, letteralmente a pochi passi dal centro e a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Perfetta per visitare il centro di Bolzano. L'host è stato gentilissimo per la gestione dei bagagli, essendo arrivati prima dell'orario del check in e ripartendo diverse ore dopo il check out.

Niente di cui lamentarmi, solo un piccolo suggerimento, visto anche il prezzo non proprio economico, magari qualche prodotto in più per rendere l'alloggio meno ridotto all'essenziale.

Soddisfatti e con voglia di ritornare

Appartamento restaurato molto recentemente penso ,in maniera scrupolosa, pavimento in legno e travi al soffitto che fanno molto ambiente montano. Bagno spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort camera spaziosa,letto super comodo e perfino una tv mega ( anche se sintonizzata esclusivamente su canali in lingua tedesca ). La posizione è buonissima ,10 minuti a piedi da piazza Walther,cuore della città, e sorpresa.. sotto all'appartamento c'è un ristorante dove si mangia benissimo. Insomma soldi spesi davvero molto bene.

Qualche canale in italiano alla tv non guasterebbe, ma sono bazzecole.

Het is kamer, je hebt verder niks, het is letterlijk bed met douche. we konden niet eens koffie of thee drinken op de kamer.... tafel was te klein om uberhaupt samen aan te ontbijten of lunchen.. een spelletje spelen ook niet mogelijk aan die tafel... hoge prijs voor een slaapkamer met badkamer.

Mes commentaires doivent servir à améliorer, ceux-ci ne sont nullement une critique. Il n'y a que 2 plaques électriques ce qui semble peu vu qu'on peut loger à 4 personnes. Les plaques électriques ne chauffent presque pas, même si on les met sur POWER. Au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine, il n'y presque rien, 4 ou 5 couteux et fourchettes, 1 ou 2 casseroles, pas de ciseaux, pas de congélateur pour y mettre des glaçons, pas d'aspirateur pour aspirer les miettes du petits déjeuner,... Il faudrait investir 200 ou 400€ pour l'équipement et ce serait PARFAIT !!

Sehr schön renoviertes Gebäude und schöne Einrichtung. Sehr zentral gelegen und somit alles in der Stadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Das „Schlüsselsystem“ zum Öffnen von Haus-und Zimmertür ist etwas ungewohnt und man muss daran denken immer das Handy dabei zu haben, aber funktioniert zuverlässig.

Prinzipiell war alles vorhanden. Jedoch wäre aufgrund der Größe des Zimmers ein kleines Sofa schön gewesen.

die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, sehr zentral, kurzer Fußweg vom Bahnhof

der automatisierte Check in ist eine Katastrophe. Sehr mühsam und zeitraubend. Es ist telefonisch niemand zu erreichen. Die Person die abgehoben erklärte sich für nicht zuständig. Das öffnen der Türen geht nur mit Smartphone. Das Zimmer ist kahl, nur mit dem allernotwendigsten ausgestattet. Keine Möglichkeit ein Glas Wasser zu trinken oder sich einen Tee/Kaffee zu machen.

Zauberhafte klimatisierte Zimmer in sehr zentraler Lage von Bozen

Sehr süßes Self-Service Appartement mit exzellenter Lage in Bozen. Spannende Kombination aus alten Bauelementen mit modernen Oberflächen und gemütlicher Einrichtung. Vor allem die Klimaanlage war an den heißen Tagen Gold wert.

Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass zur Eingangstür der Wohnung eine Treppe führt, die keinen Aufzug als Alternative bietet. Den gibt es nur im Gebäude selbst. Die Bar nebenan ist durchaus zu hören, wenn eines der Fenster auf ist. Uns hat das aber nicht wirklich gestört.

Das moderne Zimmer ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Auf Schnickschnack wurde verzichtet. Das historische Haus wurde mit Fingerspitzengefühl restauriert Toll ist auch die Lage direkt am Rand der Altstadt. Es ist ruhig in der Nacht, und doch erreicht man mit wenigen Schritten ein einladendes Wirtshaus/Restaurant/Café sowie die schöne Fußgängerzone.
