We had a wonderful stay!

Ferdinand was very welcoming and helpful! The accommodation was even nicer than what we were expecting from the photos. Location was convenient and the unit was clean. We could tell that the host paid careful attention to detail to ensure guests had a great experience (helpful recommendations/maps/brochures, chocolates on the pillows, coffee pods, laundry detergent, etc.).

Wish the parking were nearer, and that we would have to climb stairs to get to the unit. Also, one of the bedrooms had a sofa bed - it was not very comfortable.

Gastfreundlicher und hilfsbereiter Wohnungsbesitzer.

Ein sehr gastfreundlicher, hilfsbereiter Besitzer empfing uns an der Garage, die doch ein paar Straßenzüge entfernt liegt. Er ist höchst felxibel und empfing uns - nach Abstimmung über Mobilfunk - zwei Stunden früher (14 Uhr), als avisiert (16 Uhr). Er gab gute Freizeittips; so fuhren wir - weil die BOZEN CARD im Preis includiert war - mit der Seilbahn nach Oberbozen und stornierten unsere gebuchten Zugfahrten nach Antholz (zum Biathlon), weil auch das in der Bozen Card enthalten ist. Auch die Restauranttips waren gut. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und die Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln gut bestückt.

In beiden Schlafzimmern hat es große Fernseher. Vielleicht wäre ein Fernseher besser in der Wohnküche aufgehoben. Die Matrarzen waren für uns zu weich.

Ottimo soggiorno

L'appartamento è in centro ma.in una zona tranquilla.... è a 5 Min dalla stazione dei treni e degli autobus e dalla funivia del renon. Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutto anche di giochi per i bambini.che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Bolzano offre molto dalla natura alla cultura...belle le escursioni da fare nelle vicinanze. Ottimo soggiorno. Ferdinand è molto gentile e dà anche info sulle zone da visitare.

Un pied à terre idéal à Bolzano

L'accueil chaleureux de Ferdinand, qui nous a aidé à porter nos bagages entre le parking et l'appartement. Le parking souterrain, vaste et sécurisé (rare à Bolzano). L'emplacement de l'appartement en plein centre de la vieille ville mais au calme.

J'ai beau chercher... La déco pourrait être plus soignée peut être...

Perfekte Lage und positive Überraschungen

Die Lage ist einfach genial, mitten im Geschehen und dennoch absolut ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Ausstattung besser als erwartet - es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine, die in der Beschreibung gar nicht drin steht! Die dazugehörige Garage ist auch ein absoluter Pluspunkt:-) Ebenfalls eine positive Überraschung war dad Kinderspielzeug, dass für unseren Sohn bereit gestellt wurde, das ist einfach unglaublich aufmerksam!

Da wir uns ohnehin nur wenig in der Unterkunft aufgehalten haben, hat es uns nicht gestört. Aber das Wohnzimmer lädt nicht zum verweilen ein, war aber umso besser als Spielzimmer für unseren Sohn geeignet - und wer kann das schon behaupten ;-)

Groß, geräumig, super Bett, vollständig eingerichtet Extrem nette Begrüßung durch Ferdinand, der uns auch noch tolle Tipps gegeben hat

Wohnung sehr düster, Wetter konnte nicht erkannt werden, da man nur auf Mauern schaut Wasserkocher fehlt
