Terrible manager ruining a normally nice place

The manager just lacks human decency. She has no idea on working in hospitality sector. First day, There was a mix in key codes they sent through whatsapp in check in and there was another women in our apartment when we opened the door. Immediately called the manager and she came screaming from the down stairs without listening to no one and trying to move us in a one bedroom when we were booked for two bedroom. She said she can not clean our original room and asked us to move the bed sheets by ourselfs and put new ones if we want and after we did not accept to move to the original room used by other client without cleaning she gave us another two bedroom (302) which was visibly less nicer (No refund processed yet). Next day we moved our bags to the original room and left with cleaning lady in the room and when we came back we found the door open to end with our bags inside. Luckly nothing was stolen. And on the last day another client opened the door with the code suddenly before check out time (So they don't change the codes between clients). When we said to manager this she started again with terrible attitute.

Best place to discover Bolzano

The flat is very clean and comfortable. You will find everything you need to have a nice stay here. Walking distance from Bolzano city center and restaurants, bars, etc. The team is available, flexible and provides good advices, I highly recommand !

Škoda, že zde není parkování, ale byli jsme na to připraveni, takže to nebyl problém. Celkově jsme byli spokojeni!

Luxuriöse Wohnung in top Lage zu fairem Preis

Sehr moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit ansprechendem Lichtdesign. Die Austattung (Marmorboden, Küchenzeile, Bad + riesige Wanne) ist ein Traum! Die Lage ist top! Man wohnt direkt am Zentrum ohne das Gefühl zu haben direkt am Zentrum zu wohnen (die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig). Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants sind innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, der jedoch erst nach Überwindung einiger Stufen erreichbar ist. Dies spart einem ein par Treppen, ist für Kinderwagen aber leider sehr ungünstig. Das bereitgestellte Babybett (Reisebett) war absolut neuwertig und von hoher Qualität - wie der Rest der Wohnung. Die Verwaltung ist bei Fragen vor Ort oder per Telefon/Messenger sehr schnell erreichbar.

Die Klimatechnik. Es war durchweg zu kalt (wir hatten ein Kleinkind im Krabbelalter dabei). Egal welche Temperatur an den Panels eingestellt wurde, es wurde immer auch ca. 20°C heruntergekühlt. Lediglich mit dem Elektroofen im Schlafzimmer konnte die Temperatur in der Wohnung erhöht werden, was jedoch augenscheinlich ein noch stärkeres Herunterkühlen durch die Fußboden"heizung" zur Folge hatte. Durch diese Problematik haben sich zwei der anwesenden drei Personen einen Schnupfen zugezogen (im Sommer!).

Très (trop) cher pour ce que c'est !

La situation géographique, en plein centre, est bonne, mais c'est compliqué pour décharger et charger les bagages. Places de parking pas trop loin mais payantes la journée. La personne responsable de l'accueil a été très sympa malgré les problèmes rencontrés (voir l'autre commentaire) et a fait son possible pour arranger la situation...

J'avais réservé sur Booking un "appartement de 3 chambres" pour 3 personnes. De bonne foi j'ai cru que cela impliquait 3 lits différents. Mais en fait il n'y avait que 2 chambres à coucher, chacune avec un lit matrimonial, et un living. Or nous étions trois personnes et aucun de nous n'était en couple avec une des deux autres personnes. Le fait qu'il n'y avait que deux lits n'était indiqué qu'en petits caractères et cela ne correspondait pas à la demande que j'avais faite sur la plateforme Booking. Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôte, mais celle de la plateforme. À corriger impérativement : quand on fait une demande pour 3 personnes, 3 chambres il ne faut pas proposer uniquement 2 lits matrimoniaux. Heureusement que la personne chargée de l'accueil a pu nous proposer un lit pliable, mis dans le living. L'ameublement et l'équipement sont très luxueux mais peu fonctionnels. Le sol de la salle de bains est très glissant.

Appartamento molto bello , oltre le aspettative. Facile comunicazione, in posizione centrale a due passi da tutto. Un po' scomodo parcheggiare ma per fortuna a pagamento abbiamo sempre trovato. Lo consiglio e spero di tornarci presto!

Eleganz ist nicht alles.

Die Lage war gut, es war sehr sauber, die Unterkunft hatte einen Fahrstuhl, die Aussicht war sehr schön.

Die Kommunikation ließ zu wünschen übrig, für 4 Personen nur bedingt geeignet. Aufteilung der Räume schlecht. Parkplätze gibt es zur Wohnung nicht und das empfohlene Parkhaus kostet am Tag 48 €. Wohnung war kalt 19 ° und der Vermieter antwortet auf Hinweise nicht, keine Abhilfe.

Wunderschöne zentral gelegene Wohnung mit dem einem super Service

Sehr saubere und schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt, sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter die super leicht kontaktierbar sind

Am Abreisetag war die Putzfirma schon etwas sehr überpünktlich, es wurde schon vor der Checkout Zeit die Tür mehrmals geöffnet um zu sehen ob noch jemand drinnen ist.
