Schöne Wohnungen und eine schöne Atmosphäre.
Parkplatz Möglichkeit schwierig. Klimaanlage war nicht ganz eindeutig zu sehen ob funktioniert bzw. Verstellung. Laut Unterkunft wird das vom Betreiber übernommen war nicht so eindeutig.

Immaculate! Beautiful stay, we got everything we need. Clean and neat environment, nice kitchen, comfy bed, very attentive hosts(Thanks for your accommodation!)
No exhaust fan, and unfortunately the air-conditioning was out of order during the stay.

The apartment itself was quite nice and modern, lots of marble and very nice bathroom facilities and shower.
Air conditioning was advertised but even after requesting it be turned down and the thermostat was visibly set to 20C, the temperature in the room didn't change much at all and was over 25C. I recognize that air conditioning isn't super available in Italy but the presence of a thermostat would suggest better than what we experienced.
