Spacious apartment in an excellent location in beautiful Bolzano

Excellent location in the heart of Bolzano. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Very peaceful - no noise heard from the street below at all. Excellent black out blinds kept the sun and heat out. Very clean and spacious. Modern bathroom with very good shower. Amazing air con. It was 35 degrees when we were there and returning to the air con apartment was so good. Comfortable and big main bed.

Other reviews have said it but the squeaky pull out beds. Couldn’t believe how much noise they made with every movement. Actually interrupted our sleep, it was so annoying. Please do consider changing these as they did affect our overall stay.

Wonderful apartment for short stays

The apartment location is amazing, it is in the center of Bolzano. The apartment was equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Both the bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

The smaller beds squeak a bit at night when one moves. One of the outside locks is hard to open at first, but then one learns how to do it.

My experience was amazing. The apartment is all new and beautiful We felt very comfortable at the apartment . I loved the decoration and the bed were super comfortable. The apartment was super clean and we had a lot of towels The location is unique located in the heart of the city, in a historic building, is walking distance to all the main attractions of the city Overall our stay we great we have a wonderful time we loved it! I fully recommend it

Location, kitchen, size.

The owner claimed toothpaste spots or shampoo caused 500 Euro damage on the bathroom counter. The owner claimed that these toothpaste or shampoo spots (though likely toothpaste) were not possible to remove. This is of course absurd. Any person can remove such toothpaste or shampoo spots easily with a scrubber sponge and water. The owner is deluded or is lying.

Purtroppo alle finestre non ci sono persiane ma solo delle tendine quindi la luce della strada, per tutta la notte accesa, entra in camera. Chi ama dormire al buio si porti una mascherina. Il materasso ha un top che per i miei gusti è troppo morbido: si sprofonda nel letto.

Ottimo monolocale centralissimo, pulito, letto comodo, cucina ben accessoriata con pentole e piatti nuovi. Bello e spazioso il bagno. Riscaldamento autonomo, ambiente caldo. Host gentilissimo comunicazione attraverso w.app. Possibilita' di lasciare i bagagli fino alla partenza pomeridiana.

Posizione centrale.letti comodi ( anche se abbiamo dovuto cercare il secondo letto singolo nascosto dentro il primo! )

Asciugamani nn proprio profumati! Neanche una scopa x spazzare a terra! Il nulla(a parte lo zucchero e 3 cialde) in cucina!! Insomma tutto un po troppo minimal x il prezzo.

Schöne Stadtunterkunft

Das Apartment liegt direkt im Herzen der Altstadt und bietet damit die perfekte Ausgangslage, um Bozen zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, von der komfortablen Schlafgelegenheit bis zur vollständig eingerichteten Küche. Besonders gefallen hat mir die ruhige Atmosphäre trotz der zentralen Lage sowie die liebevollen Details in der Einrichtung. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und angenehm. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Lauben Flat Bolzano uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Der Zugang zur Wohnung führt durch ein Treppenhaus mit Kakerlaken Befall ! Die Duschkabine lies sich nicht schließen alles schief - Wasser überall. Die Wohnung müffelt es waren Duftspender aufgestellt der Geruch sehr unangenehm. . Lüften Lüften Lüften Mitten in der Fußgängerzone - der Lärmpegel war extrem. Das Schlimmste aber war das Bett - ein selbst zusammen geschraubtes Möbel Discount Bett das bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht und geknarrt hat. In der Nacht bei gekippten Fenstern wegen des Geruchs dann auch noch grölendes Partyvolk das mitten in der Nacht lautstark heimwankt - woher die 8,6 Punkte kommen ist uns ein Rätsel 👎 Positiv war die schnelle Zusage wir sollen nach der ersten Nacht ausziehen der Vermieter/Booking erstattet die anderen beiden Nächte zurück

מדובר בחדר אחדגדול שבו יש את הכל. מטבח קטן שאפשר לבשל. צפוף למשפחה, מיקום לבאמצע מדרחוב, כמעט ללא חלונות, כניסה מורכבת של מעבר 3 כניסות והמון מדרגות, והכי חשוב-אין חנייה בחינם, חנייה 5 דק מהחדר בעלות 20 יורו ללילה כשהגענו, הבנו שהוא לא מתאים לצרכים שלנו, ורפאל הסכים לאפשר לנו לבטל 3 לילות על אף שסיימנו את תקופת הביטול חינם. מאוד הערכנו את התגובה של רפאל, מייד מצאנו מקום חלופי בכפרים(לא בבולצאנו) על מנת לאפשר לרפאל להציע את הדירה בבוקינג. פינינו את הדירה מוקדם בבוקר, על מנת להיות הוגנים. אך לצערי רפאל בחר לפעול בחוסר הוגנות, ולהמציא שהשארנו בית מלולכלך ועם נזקים, וקנס אותנו ב130 יורו. לצערי בוקינג לא יכולים לעזור, בכלל שלפי ההסכם, הביטול אינו חינם. אז שכל אחד יעשה את השיקול שלו!!!

La posizione della struttura è semplicemente perfetta per vivere il centro storico di Bolzano.

La pulizia in generale. Sotto le lenzuola abbiamo trovato un fazzoletto di carta stropicciato. Alla nostra ripartenza, le lenzuola erano appese alla finestra a prendere aria (invece di essere sostituite) e il tappeto del bagno non è stato sostituito con uno pulito. Migliorabile sicuramente.

Posizione fantastica in pieno centro. Struttura pulitissima e molto accogliente. Letti comodissimi e biancheria (lenzuoli, asciugamani) nuovissima . Ideale anche per 3 persone. Bagno con doccia e bidet. Ottima la climatizzazione/riscaldamento
