Property spotlessly clean. Location central to everything in Old Town. Market square is only a few meters away with great restaurants, shopping and all the fantastic photos opportunities. Very impressive to be woken up with the cathedral bells on the hour. And breakfast on the back veranda off the amazing kitchen is something else whilst listening to the church bells. Washing machine is a plus when travelling/ detergent supplied. Very comfy bed. Great security . Couple Australia

Plenty of space, clean and modern

The property was larger than I expected and stylishly decorated. The upstairs area with the well-equipped kitchen had space to relax nice with a terrific view from the terrace. There was also a warm welcome at the 'Stay COOPER' office to pick up the keys, a short walk away, and that worked well.

Unpleasant , you feel trapped in due to 60plus stairs

60 plus stairs to reach the apartment in narrow stairwell No help with the luggage (allowed us to keep the luggage in the office because their was no way to carry the luggage 60 stairs to the apartment) No view other than the terrace with additional one floor No air conditioner in the living room, other than the one on one floor up

Great location in the heart of Bolzano with sensational views of the Rosengarten mountains.

The location was excellent in the heart of Bolzano and walkable to all key attractions including the railway and cablecar stations. The property was very well maintained with good facilities. We really appreciated the washing machine! The major bonus was the sensational view of the Rosengarten mountains from the roof top terrace that was off the living/kitchen area. This view alone would have been enough to give the property a top rating. We had very good communication from the property managers over WhatsApp both before our arrival and whenever we needed during our stay. They provided us with good information about things to do in Bolzano. We were also able to have breakfast in the cafe run by Stay Cooper with a 10% discount - a good value option.

There was only one bathroom/toilet. When travelling as a group of adults this can make things tricky - it would have been great if there was a toilet separate to the bathroom - and even better if there were both a toilet in the bathroom and one stand alone. The bathroom was otherwise excellent - modern with a large walk in shower and large bathtub. Note - this is a walk up apartment on the top floor of the building so make sure you are ready to climb 5 flights of stairs. No problem for us but be warned.

Glorious views of Bolzano from Balcony

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The bathroom was the largest we’ve had with a huge bath and shower. Downstairs was so spacious we felt we should’ve stayed longer simply to make more use of the space. The kitchen was immaculate with every necessity and a wonderful oven. We ate in every night because it was so well equipped. Zitlalli was very accommodating and met us earlier at the apartment so we could leave our luggage there to get lunch. She explained the layout of the apartment and we were very appreciative as it was a Sunday and we knew she was going out of her way. Would go back there again. Thoroughly recommend.

The staff were super amazing. Far beyond our expectations and hope! They were also very responsive. The locatiom is great. A great view from the balcony.

AC only in 1 bedroom, so the other one can get quite cold. The apartment is in ZTL, and the parking and luggage drop-off is some minutes walk. They have some arrangement with the parking lot, but it's still quite expensive. High floor with no elevator. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

quadratisch praktisch schlecht eingerichtet. schlafsofa im wohnzimmer zum sitzen nicht geeignet. 2. schlafzimmer mit fenster zum treppenhaus . im kühlschrank noch nicht mal eine flasche wasser. preis/leistung kann nur über die größe des wohnzimmer ballsaales gerechtfertigt werden . werden nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Der Fernseher hat keine vernünftigen Kanäle (fast nur polnisch ;) / Beim Bett würde ich mir ein Boxspringbett erwarten - wäre Standard - ein bisschen "ungemütlich"

Die perfekte Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt.

Am meisten hat mir die wunderschöne Terrasse mit dem grandiosen Ausblick und der perfekt eingerichteten Küche und sowie dem großen Bad gefallen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Auch das Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind super weich. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Der Bäcker ist gleich nebenan. Der Markt um die Ecke und es gibt viele schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

An der Beleuchtung des 2. Schlafzimmers könnte noch gearbeitet werden. Eine einfache Glühbirne mit warm weißen Licht würde schon helfen. Die Beleuchtung kommt einem Krankenhaus gleich. Das ist aber nur jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die zwei Zimmer sollten mehr Kleiderbügel haben.

Superbe

L'appartement est situé dans la zone piétonne de Bolzano. L'emplacement est juste parfait. Il suffit d'aller récupérer les clés dans les bureaux de Cooper (ils sont très sympatiques), ainsi qu'un ticket de parking à 20 EUR par jour situé à proximitè (300m). Les deux chambres sont confortables (une des chambres est climatisée). Le meilleur est le séjour/cuisine à l'étage (aussi climatisés) avec terrasse, qui offrent une vue sublime sur le Duomo di Bolzano, les toits de la ville et les montagnes). Tout est très calme. L'appartement est spacieux, la cuisine assez bien équipée. Bonne literie.

Pas un problème pour nous, mais l'appartement est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur.

zu kompliziert mit dem Buchen und einchecken.

Das ganze Prozedere von Buchung bis und mit Schlüsselübergabe war nun wirklich viel zu kompliziert. Wenn dann der Schlüssel schon im Büro abgeholt werden muss, dann sollte es auch möglich sein, dass die Pässe oder ID Karten, d.h. das Check-In auch gleich vor Ort erfolgen kann. Dann 67 Stufen bis zur Wohnung macht nun wirklich keine Freude mit Koffern. Wir würden diese Suite nicht mehr buchen. Da wäre uns ein Hotelzimmer doch lieber. Die Wohnung als Solches hat zwar Alles aber wenig Ambiente.

Wie immer - jedes Jahr um diese Zeit in Bozen - nächstes Jahr wieder !!

Wir sind später angereist, Schlüssel lag im Depot - absolut problemlos. Klimaanlage vorhanden, ordentliche Bade- und Handtücher, Küche absolut top ausgestattet. 3 verschieden Kaffeemaschinen. Schlüssel bei der Abreise einfach in der Wohnung liegen lassen - Tür zu und ab!!!

Gab nichts auszusetgzen - werden für nächstes Jahr wieder reservieren - für 5-6 Personen Top !!!

Schön eingerichtet. Lage Top. Aussicht vom Balkon super.

Die Heizung war falsch programmiert. Somit war tagsüber geheizt und am Abend war die Heizung aus.
