The location is near perfect. Literally on the side of historic center of Bolzano. There is a good parking two blocks away. The place is really well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, room). Thomas is a classic AirBnB host, there is no self checkout, he waited for our arrival and explained everything about the place, even we staying for two nights only.
The place is clean, but there are some details like the sticky floor and old towels that could be improved. For the summer there is no air cond, only a fan (this was not an issue for us).

Very comfortable apartment, great location and the host was helpful and welcoming .
It was quite hot in Bolzano (global warming) wish we could open the windows completely to have more air. The host was kind and brought a fan but open doors to the balconies would have been a nice . Besides that all was great
$$$$
