公寓的地理位置很好，离火车站和公交车站都蛮近的，大概步行十到十二分钟即可到达，出行很方便；房东热情友好，细致地向我讲解公寓内的各项设施；房间宽敞整洁，设施设备齐全，生活起来很方便；站在阳台上往外看的风景尤其好，整洁的街道、起伏的阿尔卑斯山脉和蓝天白云，组成了一幅漂亮的画卷，特别赏心悦目，每天早上起来看到这个画面都觉得神清气爽的。

公寓因为临近街道，略微有点嘈杂，但也可以理解，戴耳塞睡觉可以不受影响；另外，卧室里有一侧的床垫稍微有点塌，也许可以考虑修理下或者换张床垫

it was a short walk to the train and bus station, which is great when you have luggage of course. it is close to the main places in the city. it was clean, had a wonderful view for breakfast. bed is comfortable (for 2). my son slept on the couch which he said was fine. the bathroom and shower are big and nice. there is a washing machine if you need. the host is super friendly and nice. normally you have to supply your own laundry detergent but he had some for me to use! plenty of cookware, and dishes etc. Great big towels! 3 balconies! bike place close by and a mall. air con works great as do the blinds but the bedroom gets a bit warm as no air con vent there.

it was on the 5th floor and had 1 tiny elevator. big enough only for 2 people with carry-ons. so if you have big luggage only 1 at a time. no microwave. insignificant but moka pot is very small. I needed to brew x2 for a cup lol. there is a regular coffee maker in the drawer but it didnt work. it would be nice if there was a folder with some extra details- ie) location of trash bins outside, how to operate the cook top (i figured it out but some people could struggle from the usa lol),reminder for the washing machine operation, suggestions for restaurants, or shopping for food for your kitchen, pharmacy (yes we all have maps on the phone of course). the balconies face the street so it can be a bit noisy.

Locale Pulito e molto carino. Bellissima vista. Thomas perfetto e gentile.

The location is near perfect. Literally on the side of historic center of Bolzano. There is a good parking two blocks away. The place is really well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, room). Thomas is a classic AirBnB host, there is no self checkout, he waited for our arrival and explained everything about the place, even we staying for two nights only.

The place is clean, but there are some details like the sticky floor and old towels that could be improved. For the summer there is no air cond, only a fan (this was not an issue for us).
